Great Covid setup - quickly and easily take temperature with automatic handheld device when you enter, plexiglass on the manicure counters, blocked off every other pedicure chair, masks, new equipment etc. In at lunchtime and only one other customer there.I was very happy with my gel manicure which was $40 (ok $45 as I chose organic polish) which is the cheapest in the area. The beautician also spent an hour on me. Don’t think you can hang around and dry normal manicures and pedicures in there at the moment so fyi.

I went to do my nails and in less than a week they are in atrocious conditions. I paid for SNS POWDER GEL which they charge $45.00 for. This is supposed to last 21 days and it lasted me only about two days. Never going back.The photo is what they look like less than 7 days after paying to get them done! 🙄

I called specifically to ask about a matte topcoat for a dip manicure... they said yes, but failed to tell me it was $10 extra... it wasn’t until I was part way through the manicure they told me it was extra. Definitely don’t waste your money here, there are places that do the matte finish no extra charge

The space feels crowded easily during rush hour and sometimes their quick service could make you feel like youre being given a rush job, but I have no complaints about the quality of the work. Gel nails always last me a good 3 weeks and the pedicures are always on point! I personally request Rosa every time! BRING CASH! (you can pay with credit, but cash gets you a discount). They also have a rewards card where you can accumulate points to exchange for a free manicure!~ :)

Always a pleasure coming here, even when they are busy. I had an appt for a 12:15 pedicure & was out by 1 even though 4 people were waiting. By the time I left all 4 customers had been helped and seemed happy. I usually have Elsa, Estrella, Maria or Martha.

I came here because this salon is close to my work, and I was desperate for a pedicure, and it was really wash & convenient to book through my Snailz app. Everyone was so sweet! My toes look great, my pedicure was very relaxing and their pricing is very fair, especially for this area in Manhattan. I will be back again for sure!

Ive been going here for a several years now and love them. The pedicures last for a long time and I never had any nail issues since I started going to them. Spa pedicure it the best.

I really like this place! Ive been here 3 times now and its awesome! The service is super fast (Im pretty busy so it works for me) and they dont try to make awkward conversation (which I hate) and my nails are always done very well! The only thing that is a negative is that they dont have many colors for the powder dip gel so I wish they would get more

They did such a bad job on my eyebrow wax. I was really disappointed. Ive been there before and never had any complaints. The waxer gave me tweezers and said here you fix. I thought thats what the employees were there for. Do not recommend eyebrow wax from this place.

Absolutely appalled by the attempt of nail extension. She couldnt file evenly all nail shapes were different. She did three nails with acrylic before asking her to remove them. I was left in acetone for over 15 minutes and received nothing but attitude and rudeness for complaining. But $75 plus tip for a set of nails you expect quality. You are not treated well just looked at for money, they have no conversation skills either.

I went in with a gift certificate...I was informed by people from my job they all received certificates due to Admins Day; one of the admins went to this establishment assuming her certificate was valid and after her mani/pedi was informed her card was not good. (which is nuts because it was a week later when she used it)So ask for Sandy who is wonderful; but if you have a certificate ask first if its valid.

They will rush you in and rush you out. It nice to go to a salon where you can relax and enjoy your mani and pedi, this is not the place. But they do a good job.

I paid 80 bucks for a spa pedicure here because I wanted to treat myself during lunch. Anyways, it was the worst one I have ever gotten for a few reasons...The technicians kept laughing and talking amongst themselves as if they had never seen a guy get a spa pedicure.And even worst, she cut me on my big toe and within weeks I developed toenail fungus! And as someone whos always had great hygiene and awesome feet, this is ABSOLUTELY APPALLING!Now Im paying for expensive medical treatment and have an ugly toenail. Called and requested to speak to management and to this day no one has gotten back to me.Avoid this place like the plague.

My GEL nails chipped 3 days after getting them done. My skin was also peeling and hang nails formed. It was the worst manicure I’ve ever gotten. Not worth the $40.

This is my neighborhood nail salon. Unfortunately they are not open on Sundays so that makes it less convenient. The mani / pedis always last a while and the women in here are super pleasant - helps to make the hour go by very quickly. The mani / pedi package is $32, which is a great deal for the quality.

Rush..Rush..Rush.. I know time is money, but I am a paying customer.. Went three times, same out come.. Terrible pedicure..

This place is gross. They dont sterilize the utensils. We made an appointment and I was still made to wait 20 minutes. The towels were dirty and they tried to charge more than the prices listed on the wall. The staff seemed to have colds and werent wearing masks. They had already taken my money before I realized the illegal cleaning methods. Dont go here! This place should be closed down!!!
