Old school nail salon. Hardworking women who really put in the time.

I love these ladies. I’ve been coming to Diamond Nails for about two years now. The shop isn’t anything special but they treat you like a star. In the winter, they give you a heating pad for your back and in the summer, they’ve got personal fans for you. They take their time and give great back rubs. I usually get dip manis there and I’ve never been disappointed.

Janet’s is a great local spot. Very consistent and affordable. Just got my holiday set done (powder tips/gel design) by Gladys and I love them!

You guys, I never write reviews but I just had to for them! I walked in for a pedi, it’s very low key-no frills there so my expectations were low. Basic was $25, callus removal $7 and I did a 10 min massage for $12. (went all out, first pedi since last summer). It was THE BEST pedi of my life. Jenna went all out and gave such close attention to detail. Gave me probably an extra 3 minutes for my foot massage and even have me a 5 min back massage for free! I will definitely eat going back to her!

I have been going to the salon since 2012 and they always make me feel like a queen. I come in a stressed-out mommy and I leave a relaxed Woman with beautiful nails, usually a softer back after a little massage and sometimes cleaned up eyebrows..if it’s necessary. Love them! They are all wonderful and do a great, job, paying attention to being personable and taking care of their customers needs!

The WORST PLACE EVER!!! If u want good service DONT GO HERE!! They messed up my nails while trying to rush my nails to dry and had to redo it over multiple times. Then I had to leave with soaking wet nails and this happened 3 mins after walking out! So rude! I would never spend money there again!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

This picture is how my nails looked fresh out the nail salon and they already look like it’s been 2 weeks and my nails only lasted 3 days... I went back and at least they fixed it for free but they over charged me.. “70$” for these short nails ... the only thing is that the ladies are nice but I’m never going back again

My pedicure was rushed and overpriced. $33 dollars for a basic pedicure is a joke.

I wanted to have my acrylic nails removed a few weeks ago & one of the nail techs didn’t know how to: A) soak off acrylic nails w/ 100% acetone OR B) cut & drill the acrylic nail off. All she did was soak my hands in something that definitely wasn’t acetone, then attempted to use a Metro card to remove the “glue like” acrylic from my nail bed. Also, I’m not too sure about how often the tools are being sanitized.

The greatest customer service Ive ever experienced! NO ONE ELSE in the city like it.

I honestly wish I could give them no stars. They did a horrible job, had two people working on my nails, one lady didn’t ask me what length I wanted my nails and made them way too short. when I told her I didn’t like short nails she said “long nail no good for you”. It got so much worse I made them stop and told them I’d pay for what they did. She told me to give her $30. I gave her a $100 bill and she only gave me $50 back. Of course it’s my fault for not counting the change but all and all my experience here was horrible.

I am so upset because I should have listened to the reviews I read. DONT EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME. The customer service is great! & I enjoyed my pedicure. However, my nails look horrible! & as much as they tried to fix them, it did not work. I’m literally on edge right now because I was there for hours & paid $70 only for two of my nails to break off as soon as I got home. & I would go back to get it fixed, but why bother?! Again, really sweet ladies, but I don’t recommend going here if you like getting acrylics. Waste of time and way too expensive.

I visited this shop, being that Im new to the neighborhood, the shop looked cozy and they had a big sign stating mani/pedi for $25 on MonTuesWeds. This morning, Monday, I went and after everything was done, the lady told me my total was $50, because Im a man. Not only does it not specify that, I get mani/pedis more often than not, and my feet are well groomed. I thought it was ridiculous that she would charge me the price equivalent to TWO women getting their toes and fingernails done. Not only did they not rectify the situation, they immediately started communicating with each other in their native language. My experience was overall rushed and unprofessional. Would not recommend this shop to anyone.
