I’m just so disappointed in the egregious customer service. They were rude, curt, and unprofessional. The space is beautiful and they did a nice job on the manicure and pedicure and would love to be able to support as they are right near my location, but will never come back here based purely on customer service. I cannot recommend.

Nice and clean BUT would not go back or recommend. Gel mani is $54, paid $65 with tip. Was by far the fastest gel mani I have ever had! The lady spent very little time preparing my nails. Couple of fingers have uneven, wavy and thick color (I chose bright red). I tried to point out the issue but she did not understand at first and then did not see a problem . One nail has already chipped. It’s average at best. I usually go to another local salon where they spend almost twice as much time on the nails. They are also cheaper. Thought I try this place while waiting to pick up my kid from school.

Love this salon! It is a pricier than most NYC salons but always very peaceful, clean, not crowded, and the manicures last a couple weeks. Also highly recommend the chair massage while getting nails done - the masseuse is really good.

My wife loves getting her nails done there. Its very clean. The massage services are also Amazing.. A great bargain for the price. One of the best keep secrets on the UWS.

Lovely experience - I walked by here for 12+ months before trying and I am so glad I finally popped in. The environment is very calming and tranquil. You are never smushed for space which I adore. I first tried the mani & pedis but one day the 10 minute massage really alleviated some of my significant shoulder and neck pain. I tried a massage of 60 minutes with the massage therapist Susie.Susie is AMAZING! As in I tell friends she is a muscle whisperer she massages muscles I either never knew I had or have never had massaged. She just knows what to do. I recommend her very highly and am going at least once a month as she just realigns me. Also she is a very lovely welcoming person each time I arrive.You can not go wrong with Salon M.

Best salon on the UWS. Extremely clean and very attentive to detail. Expensive but worth the money. They take their time and make sure that you are pleased.

The environment is calming and definitely a soothing experience. The end product is not worth the money. My nails lasted less than a week.
