I just started coming to Enigma, since working back in the office. Really happy with this family owned business. They are clean, wear their masks, my manicure and pedicures are beautiful! My co-worker has been coming here as well. And their prices are so very fair. If youre looking for a nail salon during this pandemic - come here!!

Was empty at 3pm. Normal, I guess. I’m not going to describe the ambiance because I went in just for a mani not for relaxation or serenity.I specifically asked for “Sugar Daddy” by Essie. I pointed out that the bottle looked a bit pinker than usual. (Sugar daddy is a classic nude/blush color; not pink). The woman that seemed to be in charge said that it won’t be pink on the nail, so I went with it even though I had a bad feeling. Manicure & service was average to ok. I prefer to do my own nails to really get details done well but this was a quick fix. I mean, it was $14. Whatever.The photos are the next day 2pm. Meh.** But the color is what bothers me most**Definitely not sugar daddy. So, I don’t know if they refill nail polish bottles with other brands or Essie changed an amazing formula but...not the color I was expecting. Even the makeup artist on the set I was on the following day agreed that it’s too pink to be the color I chose.The Sugar Daddy lovers will agree.

Was supposed to get a gel manicure but their selected is SO limited. So I ended up getting regular polish. The manicure was pretty mediocre and I had to instruct the manicurist to make each nail the same length???? It hasn’t even been two days and my nails are already chipping. Such a waste of time and money, I’ve never been this disappointed with a manicure in my life. Won’t be coming back here

Went in for a quick massage early evening on a work break and felt great after. Returned during lunch on a Friday for a lip wax and mani. Great job done and paid $25 each visit.

DO NOT GO HERE! I had a regular pedicure from here and got a bacterial infection in my two big toes. The infection was so bad that I had to have the toe nail removed in multiple rounds of surgeries. Now, more than a year later I am still experiencing issues with my toenail and I have a huge bill to pay to my doctor for all of the office visits and surgeries. What a nightmare!

When I saw the reviews on here- I was hesitant to visit but I desperately needed a mani and every place in the vicinity had a wait. My mani came out fine! Great actually. My nails are all the same shame and comparable size depending on proportion. I got a regular mani- no gel. Price is $13.50. Lakshmi did my nails. She was very sweet and friendly. I’ll definitely go back. They’re also open until 8:30 which is so convenient !! Small color selection so maybe bring your own polish. I do that anyway for sanitary reasons

I love this Placethey are really clean and kind.I get my gel manicure from there every two weeks and the gel stay nicely the whole two weeks.i just have to come back every two weeks only because my nail grows.and i also get my eyebrow waxed from there too.never had to complaint cause they always come out so perfectly

Salon is nice a clean. Very tranquil. Staff was great. Indira took her time to do my mani/pedi and gave the best massage.

I dont know where the current 2.7 rating came from but my experience was great and Im not a spa rookie! In town for just a short time and went to Enigma ready to have a 2.7 experience...at least my nails would be done! Right? No, what I found was a clean, professional experience. I even took advantage of the 10 minute massage while my previous gel nails were being removed. Thank you. I wont hesitate to come back!! Btw, my French manicure is perfect!

Went here for a gel manicure and gel pedicure. Nice women but do NOT go here unless you are ok w your nails peeling three days later. Spent $90 and my nails are halfway peeled off after 5-6 days. Never experienced this anywhere else. Very unhappy.

It was a small place with nice ladies. The place seemed clean from what I could tell but I do prefer liners in the pedicure tubs. Also their was some confusion about what they did and did not offer. For example, the menu offers paraffin but when we asked what it was the manager told us it wasnt available. I dont know if that means ever or just at that time.

I arrived late on Sat close to closing and they graciously agreed to do my gel mani. She did a very careful job - beautiful! - including hand massage. I am very happy with my nails and with the service I got.

I came 20 minutes before closing. No other customers were inside, and the lady denied to serve me. When I walked up to the door, she was sitting playing on her phone. All I wanted was a simple manicure, which wouldve been done before their official closing time. And there are hardly any other shops open later in the area.

I got a regular manicure done and two days later all of my nails were cracking and chipping. I dont know what happened, I never complain about my nails ever because I dont feel comfortable but in this case, I paid $13 for a manicure tipped the girl $5 and I really thought they would understand. When I called she told me that I could come in and she would take a look but that I cant expect a manicure to last that long. I didnt expect it to last 2 weeks, but definitely longer than a day and a half. I went in and she changed the polish color, but made me feel like I was annoying for telling her the truth and I was so uncomfortable sitting there when she was changing my nail color. Really a shame, but if they are going to charge the prices they want to charge they should really treat customers with respect if they want them to come back. Disappointing.

Its Bad Enough I Paid $50 To Get My Nails Done But What Gives You The Audacity To Take Your Own Tips If Im asking for Change For A $20 B**Ish. If You Dont Give Me My $10.

I do not recommend -- did a terrible job on my gel manicure. I went on Friday afternoon around 1 pm to get a gel manicure and by sunday one nail had completely come off and by Tuesday 3 nails had completely peeled off. I called to complain and seek a refund but they refused.

Worst gel manicure I ever experienced! Gel polish cracked on a second day which is unheard of. Curing protocol was ignored and polish was most likely expired or diluted with thinners for this to happen. Stay away from this place!

I asked how much a pedi was. They said 27$. Very mediocre amd she used paper towel for the things she should have used towels and toe separators for. She gave me a 30 second massage saying 28.50. Excuse me ? Rip off

If I could rate 0 that be my rate, to begin with all of them are rude, and they do not help you at all! They do not do a good job, I paid almost $70 for mani and pedi and by the next day it was all messed up, I came by literally the next day to let them know and they were like, “nope! That’s not my problem!” The only reason why I went to that place is because is close from my job. But never again! I’m sorry ladies but you should at least be a little more polite!

Horrible. took an hour to soak off my gel manicure. and when I asked how much it was for a soak off w/ gel manicure one lady said $35, another lady said $45, but on the website it says $40.

Im in love with this place. I started going to this place few months ago after one of my co-worker recommended. I was there on the weekdays to get mani & pedi loved how they did it. very polite, nice and kind this is definitely my favorite spot for my nails.

THEIF!!!! I went there last night and got a spa pedicure. When my service was done I paid for the service. The girl who did my manicure asked if she could put the tip with the bill and I said yes, $3. I realized later she charged me $5!!! I WILL NEVER RETURN HERE AGAIN!!! THIS SALON DESERVES NO STARS!!!!

Was charged $5 to remove gel from nails. That was the first I ever heard .How is one with gel suppose to remove it???I think the lady just threw out prices as she saw fit.

Pricey and not very efficient. Polish selection is limited and paint job was mediocre at best.
