Such an amazing place. Friendly, hardworking, and professional staffs! Nails last long + has great color variations. The best nail salon in the city in my opinion.

The following nails are a month old, I had a wonderful experience at this nail salon. The workers are very friendly and carry a witty personality. The service was gorgeous and durable. After a month my nails are still perfectly entact. Will be paying a visit again!

Went here on a whim and Im so glad I did! Their customer service was amazing, they were gentle, efficient, and sociable. Maria & Sofia did an amazing job on my hands. Veronica did an amazing job on my feet. Would definitely recommend, I will be back!

My first time trying out this nail salon and I can say it was the best experience I’ve had so far. Sofia did an amazing job. She was very attentive to her work and took her time.

I went there after work it says they close at 8 PM I went there 40 minutes to 8 PM and they refused to do a simple manicure on me when there was more than enough time for me to get my manicure done with them. It says they’re open 10 in the morning until 8 PM and I got turned away at 7:25 they lost a customer that they could’ve had I’m never going back there

This is one of the best salons that have ever done my nails. They were so professional and respectful. But above all that they are talented at what they do; I will continue to go there. Those are tips below they look natural, which is what I wanted!!

My daughter went here to get her nails done. she was happy with them so I called the next day to ask if we can make an appointment for pedicure and eyebrow shaping. Granted it was 10am when they opened but that shouldnt matter. Business hours posted says 10am open. Woman that answers phone has an unpleasant tone when she speaks and answers questions. Sweetheart you are being paid for service provided there.K wanted to spend more money. Valid questions and clarification should not be met with huffing and sighing and a nasty tone. Customer service 101 should be taken again if it was ever taken by this woman. We went somewhere else where service was Great. Oh, and 2 of my daughters nails broke within 2 days of service. Smh.

Best nail salon! Nancy and Maria are lovely ladies! Great manicures and pedicures. Top of the line products and my nails always look amazing! Gel and powder are worth the money here too!

If you are coming to the salon call and book an appointment. If you dont have an appointment youll have to wait till those that do are done. you may be turned away if you are unable to wait. I do enjoy coming here I use to just walk in until about a month ago when I came they told me I had to book an appointment and they scheduled me 3 hours later. Now I call 2 days before planning to come in to schedule an appointment and have had no issues. My manicures and pedicures are always great.

Its decent, although the manager wanted to put another client before me because she snuck out of work to get waxed and her nails done. The nerve!!

Horrible place, does not have the proper hygiene precautions. Not sanitary at all, had to ask the lady that did my pedicure to get a new nail file. Zero stars . Never coming back

My full set broke off in literally 2 days, it took 2 hours to do a full set plain with gel.They artist could not draw a simple heart. The nails look terrible and one of them is currently bleeding !

Amazing, my expectations are always met. They have the best services. My favorite is getting a massage. You need to try this salon at least once. They do not rush you, treat you like VIP. Love it!

I came to this salon short notice on a Sunday and the service was excellent. I received a pedicure and powder tips. Nancy and the pedicuist took their time each and didn’t rush me even though they were closing. I went home with the BEST pink and white nails and silliest feet. I was given complimentary messages and wax for the feet.Can’t say it enough but this is a gem in East Harlem and my new spot. They also have a bonus rewards voucher for when you visit and take appointments.

Terrible experience one of the ladies cut the side of my toenail so short it made it painful to walk the first two days. A week later I went to a different salon just to find out that my toenail was infected and green pus was coming out. Never again.

Service is great. Walk in availability but scheduled appointments are better.

The service was not great I was told to make appointment so I did and I still had to wait a bit and then one girl did my pedicure and then she left right after my pedicure and didnt even do my manicure and I still had to wait again for someone to do my manicure I will not be coming back
