Nice nail salon. Very calm, relaxing environment. Staff was very courteous. Went in for a gel manicure and Rachel did a quick, efficient, beautiful job. Only thing is there was no hand massage that’s why the 4 stars.

They always do an amazing job. Clean efficient salon with tons of gel options. Theyve added more nail stations which makes it easier to get in and out.

In and out quick, all questions were answered. Staff did their job, and I am satisfied with the work .

I was headed to the airport the next day for a trip and needed a quick manicure as my nails were looking naked and rough. I was told no appointments at a few spots, and then my husband pointed out this salon as we were walking. The lady at the front squeezed me in within a minute, and Joe very quickly made my nails look perfect. I asked for a solid color gel, and it was done in less than 15 minutes, followed by a massage. Many thanks for getting me vacation ready!

Never will I return, they rush your nails and literally my nails chipped (gel manicure) in 3 days. I went back to fix the nail. When I arrived and showed them my nails, they stared at me as if I were a science project. I received no apology, ever (seems this happened quite often). The gel cuticle solution was not used to manicure your nails prior to adding the gel, everything was rushed.Prior to getting my nail fixed, which she didn’t remove the entire (gel), I sat in 3 different seats instructed by them and no one helped me until I asked, “what’s happening here?” Following up, the next day 2 other nails chipped.Stay away, the overbook and only care about money!

Clean and spacious. If your nails chip they let you come back within 10 days for them to fix at no additional cost.

Nice spot if you want a quick manicure. This was probably the fastest gel manicure Ive ever received and it looked great. I personally enjoy when they go longer and there are more massages, lotion application, etc., but if youre in a hurry this is a great option. The place was clean and wasnt crowded. Its a good location not too far from Union Square.

Could have done it better myself. It’s very streaky and the whole nail isn’t even covered.

I can’t believe I haven’t reviewed Enail yet- I am obsessed with this nail salon and have converted so many people! I’ve been coming here every two weeks for a powder gel mani and regular pedi since they opened. The quality is consistent and I really love the staff especially after going for so long now. They always get my shape right, they remember the colors I get and are there to help pick a new shade if I want to try something new.The powder gel is a game changer and my nails grow so long because the powder is much stronger than regular gel. I also love that they offer touch ups within 10 days. That’s honestly unheard of, and also hardly necessary because in the 2.5+ years I’ve been going there, I think I’ve had my nails chip prior to two weeks like a half a dozen times. Can’t say enough good things about this spot!!

I was in NYC for a quick weekend trip and am so happy I popped in and got a gel manicure here! Over two weeks later and I still dont have a single chip in them - which is remarkable. The prices are good and the customer service phenomenal. They have endless color options and kept asking me every step of the way if I was happy with what they were doing. And offered me to take a picture of my receipt in case I had any questions or complaints after the fact. Great service and highly recommend!

If they are going to charge $17 for the most basic manicure, it better last more than 3 days. Almost every finger had a chip by 3 days. Total rip off. I should’ve realized regular manicures weren’t their “thing” when every single woman in the salon at the time was getting gel. Bottom line don’t go for a regular manicure.

Love this place. Im from the south so I can be very particular about my nail experience. Quality of work, atmosphere, & process are all important to me. After searching around the city, paying $100+ for a manicure and not at all being satisfied I come across this place. They work pretty quickly and do a great job (fingernails only). Ive gotten a pedicure from here once or twice but they do not do a good job at all on them. They have a fairly decent amount of colors to choose from, but I bring my own. Also I highly recommend appointments because they can get pretty busy.

I get my gel manicure done here and I am mostly satisfied with the results except for rare occasions.I have tried a couple of other nail salons and this is so far the best in the area

First time going to enail and Im in love. Danny was quick gentle and professional. Love the wide range of the powder gel selection. The vitamin e oil is a nice touch too! You really cant beat this price in the city for the level of service. This is my new go to spot

Really not a great experience. Felt messy, crowded, loud & like a factory. The quality of the technician was mediocre at best. They dont use water to soak your hands, and instead put your hands in these plastic gloves with lotion inside and then rub your hands through them. It felt really weird. Then just oil for cuticle cutting. The woman didnt know not to use base coat with the new Essie polish. The worst part was that my hands were just on the bare table - no towel and just a tiny paper napkin that was removed once it got wet. Really unpleasant.

I live in mid-town Manhattan. Last week, I got my nails done here. Love the matte black patterns Ana did for me. I strongly recommend Ana if you want to get manicure or pedicure. The store is 1 block away from 33st station which is really easy to find. The store has great interior design and comfortable seats. I go there 1-2 times every month. This place is now my favorite nail salon.

They have so many gel polish options! They are clean and friendly and do an excellent job. They provide a timely service without you ever feeling rushed or short changed.

Environment - Really decent and beautiful decor. I felt very comfortable while I am sitting on the pedi chair.Service - I did both gel manicure and pedicure. Daisy is beyond excellent! The water was just right temperature and massage was awesome. I will bring my daughter next time.

My Gel Manicure was done by Tina last time. She is very professional. My nail can stay 3 weeks. Also, they have wild colors selection. I am very satisfy their service every time.

I went to their Gramercy location on 3rd Avenue. Good price for Mani/Pedi at $39. However, they will NOT give you a base coat before putting polish on your nails.

Don’t go for regular manicure!! I came to take care of my nail and cuticles but they only know gel: the lady buffered my nails to look all scratchy - no water to soak cuticles in - walking out with my nails in worse condition they’ve ever been in... 👎👎👎

Place is clean and comfortable. Employees could be more friendly. Price is expensive, but I think is okay for midtown location. I did gel mani and reg pedi. Unfortunately after a few days my gel mani got ruined. And after a week looked like 3 weeks old. So I have to remove it. It didn’t worth to pay for gel mani that much money. I wasn’t happy with my experience.

1.8.19 Ive went to this nail place 2 times since then. Ive was seen at my appt time.my gel manicure lasted a little over two weeks.I booked my appointment for 12. I was told to have a seat at table 9. there was no nail tech at the table. so, Im waiting and waiting . another lady comes in, the hostess / nail tech immediately starts to work on the ladys nails. meanwhile, I am waiting and waiting... at no point did anyone say how long my wait would be. I said I would come back after work... but I am not sure I will. I had hoped this could be my regular nail spot.

Depends who you get as a technician, of course. Great prices though and they’re usually pretty quick! I come here from jersey city to get a powder dip mani because no one closer does it for this price. I’ve learned to make sure I get certain technicians though. Some just care more than others!

After this experience, I came here for the Powder Gel several more times. There were occasionally cracking and falling, but E Nail gave me free touch ups every time.

They were so rude.Laughing ridiculously at the people sitting in front of me, saying Chinese that I dont understand, Servis is also rough and messy, and until the end, they wanted a tip.
