I came in for the first time today for a manicure + massage & Anita was amazing! My nails look awesome & clean. Anita was very detailed & gave my shoulders a massage that i think put 10 years back on my life. Can’t wait to go back! I’m telling everyone I know about this place!

This was absolutely the WORST manicure i have ever gotten. i got a powder mani and after just 2 days one of my REAL nails broke completely off. usually a powder mani lasts me2-3 weeks. by week 2 most of the nails had cracks in them and now im down 2 nails and im not only in pain but so unsatisfied i paid for such an awful mani.

I really like the my experience in this little nail salon. The staff was helpful and efficient and at the end I felt happy with my spa pedi and mani. The space is limited but is was woth the results. Will definitely go back SOON. Mask is still required and the have dividers. I think they are following protocols, for sure they do disinfect in between customers.

I have never had a worse experience with a manicure. They rubbed my cuticles absolutely raw with the nail file and never seemed to notice that I was in pain and bleeding. My cuticles are so damaged and red now that I can’t even enjoy the manicure that I paid $55 for. The SNS mani took an hour and 15 minutes to complete, which was well over the longest I’ve ever had. Will not be going back here.

I came here yesterday for a fill in... my nails were already coffin shaped nude and white ombré. I specifically asked the owner if she knew how to do this and if she has color acrylic to complete my fill in request. She told me yes so I ask the price it was reasonable, so I sit down. I’m a nail tech who wanted to be pampered for their bday. They started to do the normal nail prep but the lady realized that my nails weren’t color painted with gel that’s it was color acrylic she looked a little panicked. And I was wondering why they going so hard to take the nude color off. Right then and there I should have gotten up and left. After the lady done took the shine off and stones off my nails. She tells me that the clear acrylic fill in isn’t going to match my ombré. 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ I know I specifically asked before I sat down if she knew how to do what I wanted. Like if you didn’t have the products to fulfill my ombré request you should’ve never taken me. I had to settle for dip powder which was $10 extra !! luckily I know how to do nails cuz I had to reshape my nails when I got home. I had some square nails some coffins and one almost almond. I’m more upset that I wasted MY HARD EARNED MONEY and didn’t get what I asked for. I was crying while she was doing my nails cuz it was ALL WRONG !! The Point is I GET ALOT OF BUSINESSES ARE STRUGGLING. But don’t play with people’s money if you didn’t have the products to do what The client was asking for then turn the person away !!

I went to this place for a pedicure and acrylic set, they just give me like 4 minutes pedicure and the acrylic was horrible.

Im so glad I found this place. They do an awesome job. Love how sanitary they are. I have never been to a nail salon that takes the steps they do. They sanitize all tools, there opened right in front of you.Me and my mom both got pedicures and they rinsed and lined the foot tubs with special plastic bags before filling with water. Also they change the pads on the foot scrubbers for each customer. They are a little pricey. But for the extra steps in hygiene and infection control its worth it. We got gel pedicures $40 . They got themselves regulars.

It’s been a year not come here since the corona. Still friendly, labor is changed a little bit but still did the great job. I love this small but peaceful place. How ever, if you don’t want something extra, they answer yes because they will recommend something else when you doing the nails. :)

Everyone is super friendly and place is so nice. Sometimes I spend here several hours doing manicure, pedicure and waxing, feels like spa, all the procedures are made by professionals. I should highly recommend Irina. Whatever nail design isnt a problem for her.

I came here a month ago for a fill in for acrylics and gel manicure. I was a walk in and immediately waited upon. The technician who did the work was very diligent and gave the most amazing massage I’ve ever had. I asked for her name but she mumbled and seemed reluctant to give it to me. I came all the way from Astoria to Alphabet city to have the fill in again and made an appointment. This time I was seen by a woman who was either the owner or manager. I was not impressed. She was clearly more interested in booking as many people who walked through the door, at one point got up and walked away while another girl took over and she did not know what she was doing. The owner/ manager returns to take over and kept getting annoyed at how I placed my hands? She kept pulling them and twisting them as if I was inconveniencing her. The ends were filed in different irregular shapes and I Kept pointing out to her what she has to fix. I should have asked for a different technician at the time (the really good one was next to her) but I wanted it to be over at that point. My nails are super globby and heavy and I hate them. Will be going somewhere else to fix. Overall do not recommend unless you can find the name of the technician who is good.

This was the worst pedicure I’ve ever gotten. They didn’t massage my feet or legs, I was in the chair maybe 10 minutes, and I had to ask for a second coat of polish. They rush through people in a very unwelcome way and I will NOT be coming back. Don’t waste your money here.

Despite having a nice staff, the product and cleanliness was below average. My nails all broke down and three weeks later are still in terrible shape. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

While this place can get jammed packed after 5pm, this is my local go to spot for basic manicure and pedicure care before the rush. Go on weekdays if you can! Always cut my nails to the length I need them (no surprise cuts to the pink as Ive had with other places for pedis), and they make sure youre taken care of.

Worst customer service ever! Rising the price during the visit and at the end adding $20 extra! The owner is yelling at customers and asking me to pay to her employee extra in cash.

I called to ask what the price for full set gel manicure, she said it was $30. I came in and asked again, and she said same price. My mother, sister (10 years old), and I got manicures, my mom a gel mani pedi, and I got a gel mani and regular pedi, eyebrow wax. It came out $258. The price for a kids finger nails was $30 Then she kept adding as she explained the prices, it was insane. Get a signed written statement of their prices before they start, and have a blood oath on top of that. You’ll never know how much it’ll say.

They have no honest employees and like to deceive customers with their high prices, says a price and then at the end is something else, if you want to go to do a regular manicure and pedicure. I don’t recommend you this place!
