Took super long, charged more than online menu, nails were not straight, “french tips” were not clean. Will not return. Pictures are a little over a week old but both the gel polish and nails cracked and chipped. Do not recommend

This is my and my roommate’s go to neighborhood nail salon and we love it! It’s so reasonably priced and the nail technicians all do a wonderful job. I get the gel usually and it’s definitely the best price I’ve ever seen in the city, they also have dip! My roommate always gets regular polish and even on her fingernails it usually last almost a week without chipping. I would recommend making an appointment as they are popular, but they can usually get you in the same day.

Dorma just set my toes off, this technician knew I was very ticklish and kindly applied pressure to my feet quickly and got the job done. The service is great as well; very flexible schedule and can work with you if you cant make it on time. Im surprised I havent reviewed yet since Ive been coming here since 2016.I love it here, coming all the way from Brooklyn to see my queens. ♡

Came here while running errands in the city before heading to a wedding. Let’s just say, I definitely won’t be back. Gel manicure chipped off within 3 days. I’ve had gel last a minimum of 2 weeks from other salons. On top of that, my toe nails were cut to close to the skin. My toe was swollen & in a lot of pain the next day. Not cute a vibe…

Best place for waxing (quick and painless) and great for a manicure and pedicure too. You can make an appointment with your go-to person but I just walk in and every single employee is great. The place is kept clean. Theyre friendly and efficient.

I had a gel powder manicure there. Worst gel powder manicure I ever had! I saw right away that the girl did not know how to do the gel powder manicure. It’s only 10 days, most of my nails fell off and some are 1/2 off. My gel powder manicures usually last 3-4 weeks and I only end up doing it again because it’s outgrown not because it peels off! And the nerve of the person that answered the phone there when I called to complain. She told me that gel powder manicures only last for 10 days! Bull sh..!! That’s in your place if you don’t know what you are doing!!!!The owner answered this review after I posted it! Why didn’t the person that answered the phone offer me to come in and fix my manicure. She told me that it’s only supposed to last 10 days! I wouldn’t step back into your place even for a free manicure! I would love my money back! It’s a pretty expensive manicure to last a week!

I am from Kissimmee Florida and needed to touch up my nails. Very glad I came upon this place, they were so nice and professional. Niki did an excellent job on my nails and face wax. The manager was so kind too.

The pedicure was decent however the dip SNS manicure was mediocre. You can see how uneven it is in the photo.

My sister and I went here after making an appointment last minute and we got ripped off. We went there for a spa hand treatment and tips with a usual manicure and the everything was great until I had to get my nail art design on my thumb. I showed the lady a picture of what I wanted, which was a tunnel of hearts and it was not worth the price at all. It was poorly done and I do not blame the lady, I blame the lack of equipment they had. My sister and I both got cuts when they were taking our cuticles off but it was okay because they treated it right after. I think my techs name was Lisa and she did a great job on my nails. I loved how she did the hand massage and how my nails looked after. She didn’t do designs but another lady did. Go her if you’re looking to get a nice manicure but no designs. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience here, but i’m just disappointed in the nail design and the customer care.

Got a gel mani and pedi. The actual service was pretty good but within 5 days my nails were chipping and the gel was coming off. Pretty disappointing when I paid ~$100. I won’t go back.

Nice staff, but a nail technician cut a part of my cuticle, painted the nails unevenly, spilled a bit of polish around the nails, and forgot to put top coat on my left foot.

Great service and manicure (also got a pedicure, equally excellent). Professional staff, clean facility. Prices are super reasonable (gel mani and reg pedi I think was $55). This is 100% my new go to nail spot. Bring cash for tip. It’s on the 3rd floor of a building and kind of hard to spot!

Nothing particularly fancy about the salon itself. Tons of gel colors and a very detailed manicure all for $30. The technicians were really nice too. Started to get more busy around 5:30 but walk-ins were accepted with no problem.

Very lovely salon with pleasant and friendly staff. I have been to this salon about 3x while visiting NYC and they never fail to deliver. I called around 5pm for a gel color change and the salon was able to service me the second I walked in the door! Amazing service and so happy with the outcome. Nothing worse than walking around with the wrong nail color! They even had my favorite OPI red so I was sooo happy when they were able to paint my nails over :)

Very expensive compare to the type of job they do, also very greedy. They ask you for cash tip to use their ATM machine. even though they accept credit card payment, but they remove the tip part on the receipt and ask you to use ATM inside the Salon. realllllllllly ???!!!! Poor communication as well.

Amy and Melody were super awesome and paid attention to detail. I love my toes and my fingers! So amazing. First pedicure I have ever had and I will defiantly come back to Amy to so it again. Melody did a great job on my nails!

I called specifically to ask if they had massage chairs (seriously its NYC, how are you competitive w/o massage chairs?) that you sit in while getting your pedicure. Was told yes. I take a 15 minute walk there and the place not only doesnt have massage chairs, its like an old salon from the 90s w/no new equipment at all (but weirdly an ATM). Skip it, Ive now researched and theres several high quality salons within blocks.

Fast, friendly, excellent service at great prices! Stress relieving massages only $10 for 10 minutes! the surroundings are nothing posh or luxurious, and you do have to climb a mountain of steps to get there, but the great work they do at unbeatable prices makes it more than well worth it! I wouldnt go anywhere else in downtown NYC!

I got a gel manicure here. They did a great job and it lasted over 2 weeks. Really affordable compared to other places in this neighborhood as well.

Worst service and value for money ever. They spent 15 minutes on a regular mani, then they impolitely requested to get paid while I was sitting and when I asked to pay before I leave because I didn’t use nail polish, they insisted more. The service was bad and they asked for a 20% tip which of course I didn’t give and they complained.

Okay. When I walked in Im not gonna lie my nails were a mess. Lol Needed a fill in badly+ two nail fixes etc etc lol! Then I met the beautiful Sunny😍. Not only does she pay attention to DETAIL, but takes her time and made me feel very important. For a first time visit this has to be the best nail tech I have ever encountered! She did everything exactly the way that I like. I will be back and definitely recommend this place. Talk about quality for what you pay😉

I got a gel manicure a day before Thanksgiving. The service and price (30) was nice, but the place didnt seem that sanitary. Also, my gel nail didnt even last a week. By the 8th day, all the gel nail fell off. I would never go back even with the cheap price.

The service was ok. But I’m shocked how impudent the woman on the reception was. My bill was 84$ and I told her to make it 90$. Then she arrogantly started telling/ordering me that I can’t give only 6$ for hour and a half work. I was unpleasantly surprised by this woman’s tone. I am paying for this one hour and a half and for the service I get. It is only MY DECISION if I will leave a tip and how much would it be. I think this is unacceptable!

Worst place for gel acrylics!!! Not even 2 full weeks and already 3 nails have come off on their own without any pressure! I went back to have 2 nails fixed because they came off within a few days, but now a third one fell off! I’ve had many acrylics in the past and have never had this happen. Overall way too expensive and very sloppy job.

Very friendly staff, but the pedicure I got doesnt seem to have lasted as long as previous ones: within a week or so my feet already callus again (usually at least a couple weeks)

I paid 60 Dollars for tips, which looked good afterwards, but the lady hurt my nails and they even were bleeding. My friends nails looked horrible and when she told the lady she doesnt like it, she was being laughed at. She got a discount, but anyway I think this is not how you should treat your customers, which is why even though I like my nails, I have to give a bad review to the bad customer experience my friend had.

They were clearly talking about me while I was trying to find a good nude nail color from their slim selection, then when I was saying im sorry, I dont think I see a color I like, the lady at the counter said ok,bye and pointed to the door. I was giving myself anxiety for like two days googling around trying to find a quality but affordable NYC pedicure after moving here and really knowing nothing about where to go. 😂 I was on Groupon for hours reading reviews, but finally decided to just tough it out and trust TimeOuts reviews for the best affordable NYC salons. Luckily for me and my wallet... the experience was everything I was looking for. The staff are extremely friendly, and my busted up toes look ten times better after three months of neglecting them lol. 😂 Im sure there are more expensive salons with a more high quality experience, but for the price, end result and the service I received... Im definitely adding them as one of my new NYC nail spot recommendations. 🙂

In the middle of SoHo? What more can a girl ask for?!
