I went in over lunch for a gel manicure on New Year’s Eve and half of my nails were peeling off and lifting before midnight. Within 24 hours the rest of the polish was completely gone. No nail polish remover used.

Absolutely terrific salon. All of their workers are incredibly nice, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The prices cannot be beaten. DON’T skip out on the massages, their in house massage therapist has perfect technique. 10/10 thanks so much guys!

Went there at 11:50am and I’ve been told 10min waiting, I ended up 12:30pm still nobody showed up, at the end he said staffs were at training 🙄 he kept my entire lunch waiting, instead he could say, there is no staff in next 40minutes 😡

Ive been going to Victoria for five years and couldnt recommend it more. Great value, so clean, such nice people, and I my nails last so long. I swear by this place.

Great gel manicure. Staff is friendly (I got free massage- and didn’t pay cash- the owner is very nice!), tools are clean, and inexpensive. It reminds me of the simpler times when you need a quick quality manicure in nyc. Don’t be daunted by the sign-plus not too shabby they give you free 10 min massage if you pay in cash. Will be back again for my last minute manicure needs in flatiron

Plesantly surprised! I visited on a Saturday afternoon and it was very quiet inside.I dont think a manicurist has ever put so much time and effort into making my gel manicure look flawless ($31). This has been the nicest salon Ive visited so far in NYC .

Im very picky about where I get my pedicure and brow wax done. This place was clean, friendly, and truly top-notch. Best wax shaping Ive had in a while. They have massage chairs for the pedicure. And their masseuse is truly magnificent and knows what hes doing. Highly, highly recommended.

I love this nail salon! Such a cute little spot in the Brentwood Village. You can tell the pride themselves in cleanliness because they have individually wrapped mani/pedi packs. Such a great idea to do! I loved my technician today, her name was KV. My gel manicure looks perfect! I cant wait to be back and treat myself!

Don’t get there first thing in the morning! I arrived a little before opening and there were no nail technicians. I waited 15 minutes for one to arrive. One finally did and she was surly; didn’t speak, no “good morning”, no eye contact, no smile. I got up and walked out. I want my service providers to be happy. There was clearly something else going on in her life but it wasn’t my job to figure it out.

Horrible. The girl butchered my nails during what should have been a simple manicure. Way too short even after I asked her several times to please stop filing. Cuticles are all different shapes because she used a nail file to push them back which I’ve never seen before in my life and did not seem sanitary. Nail lengths or shapes do not match. I had to grab the file myself at the end of her chop job and do my best to attempt to fix it. My right thumb looks like a plunging diagonal line. The left one looks like a box. Other nails are round. Some square with rounded edges. Nail polish all over my cuticles and skin. This will take me weeks to grow out. I don’t even want to remove the terrible nail polish because the shape under the nails is even more horrendous. Might be the worst manicure I’ve ever had in my life.

Super nice technicians, massive choice of nail colours, and definitely not over priced. They do a great foot massage, too!

My favorites Marlene & I definitely recommend her. Shes thorough & painstakingly coats my nails with two layers of matte black polish & one shimmery coat (black under-layers make metallics pop). Before shlepping myself over there I call ahead to make sure shes free.I would not suggest coming to Victoria for a manicure-pedicure after 6:30. Nail technicians seem to pick up the pace the closer it gets to quitting time. Also, getting there late in the day means less time to let the coats dry. The staff really want you out on or before 8 pm, there isnt much leeway.You can use a credit card here but gratuities are preferred in cash. There is a large selection of Essie and Opi polishes. And as American composer Cole Porter suggested, I experiment. I make it my motto, both day and night.

I called and made an appt cus the day before my nails got botched by the place in the mall. I went and really was happy with the outcome of my nails. They were prompt about getting me in by my appt time and I didnt catch the woman who did my nails but she was very thorough. I heard that Vanna is the best and can do crazy designs so I hope to try her soon too.

Nice experience she took her time and did a good job but i felt a bit rushed at the drying process.

I work nearby and went in for a quick change of polish on my toes. My biggest mistake was not asking the price and was shocked to find out that they charge $17 just to change my polish. NO cutting, washing, pruning of any kind. Just remove the old polish and applying a new coat. Outrageous and needless to say, NEVER going here again.

Went for 9 am appointment and was closed waited outside door locked for 35 min no one was there went even upstairs and asked the hair salon upstairs where they were no one knew . After waiting just left . Unprofessional for first appointment on a Saturday if your ... open .. your open if your not your not ...
