Tried this place on a whim since it’s right around the corner and wow i was not disappointed!! ashley was fantastic. took her time and they look beautiful. the staff was very nice and the area was very clean. great prices! will definitely be returning and recommending*UPDATEi went for a fill and the service was not on par. i felt the technician was rushing due to the place being busy (even though i had an appointment). my nails aren’t really shaped that well and don’t feel symmetrical. kind of disappointed. not every staff member knows how to do all of the services either so i had to wait for someone who could do a fill. i may try again but i feel like the experience is very dependent on the technician available since requesting someone doesn’t mean they are able to do it.

I live near this salon and only went for the convenience, but WOW am I glad that I can call this my “go-to” spot now. Andi is the technician I was paired with and have now returned to twice. She is sweet, professional, and meticulous. The salon is always clean and they are flexible with different payment methods (most nail salons are NOT!) which is really appreciated. Always a great experience and the value is good for the price.

My go-to nail salon not being able to accomodate a last minute appointment was a blessing in disguise. I googled nail salons near me and decided to give Q Ten a shot. I am glad I did. My nail technician, Nancy, was thorough and applied the nail polish well. I came in 45 minutes before the salon closed, but she took her time. The salon was spacious, well ventilated, and clean. I found my new go-to nail salon.

Andi did a phenomenal job! Love the color selection for gel, and was very impressed with the care taken to remove my existing gel nails. Some places can be so rough on nails but they really kept the nail intact with no scratches or chips removing. Super happy with how my nails turned out and will be back in a few weeks to refresh them!

I had a pedicure about a week ago. I dont know the name of the operator. She did not understand much English, which is okay, but when I put my feet into the tub as she began the pedicure it just didnt feel clean. I couldnt communicate that clearly, thought I was being unfair, and continued. A bit later I started to feel itchy, and tried to tell her, but even with hand gestures she had no clue!! At that point, she was cutting my toenails with a straight edged clipper, but had no alternate tool. Most places use the pointy version, as it is stronger and more versatile. She then filed my nails down with the Revlon orangy file, and started filing down the sides of the nails, (why?) over and over. I tried to stop her.She put the polish on okay, but overall I was really unhappy. There was no supervision at all; no apparent manager. The next day, two of my toenails cracked- one on my big toe, and one small nail that cracked down the side. I felt burning under my nails for days - so I washed a few times with peroxide, and keep putting antibiotic cream under my toenails!DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!!!!!! I will never go back.

CC was great at conversations and gave me a great dipping powder gel manicure with gold sparkles for the holidays! Highly recommend for anyone in the neighborhood.

When I went to pay and gave her the money plus tip, she was rude and made me give her more tip money. I already had given her a reasonable amount. It was rude because tips are up to the paying person how much they want to give. Don’t be greedy.

Clearly get quote BEFORE services!! Rip off.. $54 to put nail color on kids hands (no polish removed) and polish on other kids toes and fingers.. no mani pedi nothing. Tried to charge me for callous remover that was not even done.. very sneaky..

This is my favorite nail salon in the neighborhood! The salon itself is modern and clean. Theres a large color selection, and the nail technicians all do a great job. It can get busy, so call head if you plan to go at a peak time. I am excited to visit again once they reopen.

Super sweet lady did an amazing job on my nails best nail salon around Im 3 hrs away from them but definitely coming up for them again!

Just had my nail done SNS / OPI dipped with ombré . My nail technicians took her time and professional and amazing job on my nails. Price was reasonable. I will definitely come back.

Great service.clean salon. So impressed with the SNS Powder manicure I had at Q10 nail. I do believe that the manicure you get highly depends on the technician you are pairedWith. she shaped each nail perfectly, which is the part I’m always most nervous for. I did show her a photo her get a better idea. ( brand new set of tools to use on my nails)

Great service! Got a manicure and pedicure. Lasted for over 3 weeks and looked really good. Minimal chips. Will definitely go back

Ive been to Q Ten several times since they opened and have had a great experience every time! Very clean facility and super friendly staff. Ive had various members of the staff for gel manicures and pedicures so far, and each time Q Ten exceeds my expectations. Linda in particular is a real perfectionist and does a lovely job on my french manicure!Highly recommend Q Ten!!

I like this place. They are really nice and its an above-average ambiance for sure. I had my first extensions here and she did a lovely job. Ive enjoyed a handful of pedicures and some good massages. Its your everyday NY nail salon but they take a bit more pride and care in their work for the same price.

My fav spot in the area! Get manicures and pedicures here regularly.

They are open until 9.30 pm on weekdays. And when I went in, they were still very busy. Love the bright daylight color lights and how clean and minimalist this place was. My technician Shirley was meticulous, thorough and FAST! The corners were pefect. Love my new nails. Thank you!

Ive been going to see Linda for 5 years, she does the best work of every place Id tried in NYC so I now see her at their newest store Q Ten. Its very spacious inside and modern decor! I especially like the brand new pedicure chairs, new nail polish lines to choose from, and LOTS of new spa pedicure options (blueberry antioxidant, green tea soothing, coffee detox). The staff are very accommodating, do their best to see you as a walk in quickly, carry your shoes/coat, complimentary bottle of water. They know how to make the client happy, and Ive been so happy ill never go anywhere else!

1) I didnt care about the color and she knew it! So I dont know why she had the problem..2) Im so interesting why my nails took more time when it was not from your salon? One was without sns powder and one had sns powder.She was really unprofessional and it is unacceptable to just said the price from the head what was different like so many of times before.Next time put your price in your price list!.For people who ARE costumer and who ARE NOT!I came there to fix my two nails like always when I do not have time to do all of them. Always going to do my nails per a weekend and one nails $5. I did it there so many of time.Today, she told me $15 for two nails with her tone of voice : Im there to do only two nails. So it will cost me $15.When I told her Im always paid there $5 for one nail she looked at me like what Im talking about it.

This nail salon is wonderful great. I went for dip powder extension and spend in total an hour at the salon. They do a great job and take care u.

It took them 45 minutes to remove gel between two people then upcharged me because it “took too long”. They left my nails jagged and broken without offering to fix them and when I asked them to fix them, only one hand was filed before being rushed out. Now my nails are completely uneven and brittle from the gel being torn off. Nice.

Very clean (line tubs with plastic bags, open new set of tools for each client), professional, excellent work! Carry several lines of nail polish with lots of colors- esse, opi, zoya, etc. They also do gel and dipped manicures.

The girl cut my toe during my pedi then I asked her not to put the blue liquid they use on the cut but she continued to do so as I pulled my foot out.

Clean, nice people, detail oriented. Would definitely recommend!
