Do not go here. The absolute worst nail place I have ever been to. Did a terrible job - made my nails so short and pointy and then refused to give any refund or fix it with free extensions or anything. Their polish is also horrible they thin it out so much it looks horrible. Also I was there for over 2 hours and it was way too expensive. Don’t waste your time or money.

Walked in and they took me right away. Nina was so kind and gentle. She asked if I’d like to threw in a foot massage for 15 bucks and it was the best choice I’ve made thus far today!

Came here in the middle of a weekday. It was quiet and I was helped immediately. I got a pedicure and it was $30 which is usually what I see. The lady did a good job and they use nice products like scrubs. The salon itself is more upscale. The furniture and equipment is new and the offer complimentary tea or water. They play soft background music and I was able to read while there.

The lady forced me to give more tip than I felt based on how she serviced. She got done with my pedicure quickly and did not do a good job. Even the manicure was so sub-standard, she started peeling my cuticles without first soaking them and had not many color options. When I was asking for suggestions, she was rude. I tipped her more and left. That was a Friday. By Wednesday next week my shellac peeled off! I would not recommend this salon

This salon is appointment only but worth the quality and the experience that Ms. Vicky gives you. She has over twenty years of knowledge and her nail work is amazing. I am really happy I have found a place where customer service is number one!

I am a huge fan....clean, consistent, good selection and always a good job! It is quiet and comfortable, and I always fer great service. It is more expensive, but I think well worth it! I bring people h st re all the time!

I stopped in for a back massage because I’m on my feet all day for work and my back was KILLING ME! I was seen right away, they were nice and clean and did a great job! Will definitely come back next time my back hurts!

Lama did a good job with a regular manicure. I was happy with both my cuticle cut and paint job. The salon is nice and clean but the staff is snooty and at times almost rude. Not a place where u come to relax and get a manicure. I came here on my lunch break--got a manicure --with wait I was done in under 30 min--exactly what I needed. But would I come here if I was not in a rush, would I come here to enjoy the experience and relax --NO! I am not sure about the custom in NYC but I did not even get greeted hello/goodbye, not even a thank you, or even a quick back rub when I dry my nails. So I give it 4 stars anyway because I walked out happy with the end results of my nails being done .....I will go else where for the manicure experience. I will come here to get my nails done---factory like

Been going to this place monthly for 6 months. My pedicures are always well done and the staff is kind and friendly.

A very expensive mani/pedi ($45) and the woman rushed through the whole thing. She barely scraped and massaged and the paint job was not great. I would not recommend!

A woman named Claudin is the woman to go to here . She is amazing & out of every manicurist I have ever had is by far the best.

Can I give a minus star? As a long time new yorker I am rather used to rudeness. However, this place manages to shock me with the attitude and rudeness. Horrible horrible service and just lack of basic human courtesy.
