My experience here was great and easy. I got the SNS extensions done for Halloween, and the “Ballerina” shape was the best I’ve ever seen. My technician Jessie really took her time on also making sure that they laid flat on my nail beds to look as elegant as possible. Also don’t miss out on her back massages - it was heaven!

I got my nails done here last week, I got acrylic full set and within 5 days they started cracking, now one has a fallen off. The man who did them was so rude and had no idea what he was doing. I have been getting acrylic for a year now and knew the technique he was using was wrong but when I asked he rolled his eyes and kept doing what he was doing. I do not recommend this place and will not be coming back because of how poorly he did my nails and how rude he was. The women who worked there though were extremely friendly and looked to know what they were doing. If you do go, DO NOT let the male nail technician do your nails.

I came here for SNS extensions and was completely blown away with the care and attention to detail by my nail tech technician Jessie. However, when I came back two weeks later, my nails were rushed! Cuticles never cleaned, application was sloppy and not near the cuticle, thickness varied, and so did the shapes! I was disappointed but gave Jessie a pass and didn’t lessen her tip . I booked an appointment as told but they mustve double booked because this time, she was under pressure. I let It go Until today, only one week later and 4 of my nails have popped off! Forced to glue my nails back on! $70 for this? I think not.

Sunny did such a wonderful job! She was very detailed oriented and did a very quality job! Highly recommend and was wonderful to go with my girlfriends!

Spoiled Diva is on point. I used to go to this spot frequently years ago because I worked in the neighborhood, but when I stopped in today it wasnt like I remembered.Everyone is super friendly though. So thats great.So I came in around 1:00, got seated right away, picked out my color and nail shape, and she got working. I didnt look at the shape until after she finished, but I should have because each nail is shaped differently.I am disappointed in how they came out, not only are they misshaped, but theyre also streaky! A good nail technician would have asked, this color is streaky, is this fine or would you like to pick out another one? Im kind of taken back that she didnt.She did a nice paint job, but I think the polish itself was the culprit and she should have pointed it out to me.Also, some of my nails were shaped slanted; what I mean by that is they are longer on one side than the other..... I dont get it..Still on the look out for a nail salon I can regularly visit. Spoiled Diva used to be my regular spot, but I am not happy with the results today.

Best nail salon in the city. The only place I go. All my friends love the mani/pedi’s here.

I wasn’t happy with the manicure they gave me, lady did it hurriedly and my nails didn’t look clean afterwards. It’s like they just painted my nails but never really cleaned it, especially on the sides. The massage was very good though :)

Tolerable-the attendant Amy was coldly efficient & did not tell me that a foot massage & paraffin wrap was part of the package--the attendants kept talking to each other in another language....which is fine if they weren’t too busy to hear you!!Had to ask questions several times for a response!!Prices reasonable

They always do a great job, fast, and have never turned me down for a walk in. Sometimes simple is better.

All the workers are lovely and I consistently receive excellent pedicures and manicures. The price is also very fair for NYC.
