I was able to get a walk-in appointment and was met by a very polite and welcoming staff, but this is probably the only good thing about the place.This was literally one of the worst manicures in my life. (The service was nice and I feel like the girl who was working with me did her best, but the results…)The color was not even, somewhere the layer was thick and some areas left kinda see through. The gel was on the cuticle and the cuticle itself was far from perfect.Now, 4 days after the gel manicure, which supposed to last for weeks, the corners are already cracked!

Great salon with a TON of color options. Lots of brand new gel colors and regular polishes. Been going here for a while and have never had a bad experience. They get busy (glad to see it!) so call head for an appointment to avoid having to wait or not be seen. Gels last a long time! Great value for the work done.

They’re super professional, very clean and organized. Their chair massage is also excellent and prices are more than fair. Very easy to schedule appointments as well. I super recommend their services for anyone that lives nearby.

Leslie is a life savor I called immediately when I got home just furious with the horrible job another nail tech did on my nails. I asked her if she can fix them and shape them for me. She did an amazing job and took me last minute. I had an amazing experience and so glad the other nail salon failed me bc now they have gained a loyal customer. First time there, a little pricey and the appointment took a long time but Jenny did an amazing job. Got a filling and gel. She was very polite and communicated with me wonderfuly.

It was great and It just opened.Everything is clean and bright.They use disposable tool so I like it.The menu is pretty reasonable.If you live near by you can get the membership for 10% discount.

Went in to get my manicure Ive gotten here before. After trying for a while, they informed me that the current staff couldnt complete it and to come back tomorrow. They still charged me full price for a completely botched manicure. You can see in the photo that they really did a bad job and yet still charged me. They are expecting me to come back tomorrow, have someone else do it, and pay more. Unfortunately, I will not be returning.

I called and was able to get in with short notice. Jenny did my UV gel nails and they turned out amazing. I will definitely come back and see her next time I’m in NY.

LOOOOOVE this new nail salon that just opened up 2 weeks ago! I had Rachel who was very courteous and professional and gave me an excellent massage and gel manicure. Highly recommend to people in the area who want to feel pampered and look great. This is close to where I work and is perfect for my lunch break walk.The prices are a bit higher than my usual spot, but everything was high-end, spotless and efficient. They use new tools in sealed packaging for each client and I signed up to be a VIP member immediately (free discounts yay!)They even had cute unicorn jewelry holders which I will now be looking to purchase for personal use 🦄

The pedicure service was great, but on the other hand, I would not recommend the gel set extensions. They did not last longer than 10 days and chipped during that time. They have the ability to do great art on nails.

I come here for basic manicures and have been very pleased with their services. They offer a wide variety of manicure types and it seems most of the clientele does a more advanced manicure such as gel. They have always done a great job and the place is immaculate. Cleanliness is key at a nail salon and this place does a great job of being neat and keeping it spotless. They also do a good job and their manicures last a full week. Pricing is in line with the neighborhood but they have the option to get a membership discount card. Overall a solid spot for your nail services on the west side.

I made an appointment for 5:30 and when I got there I was told they were wrong and they have no appointment for me and that I have to wait an hour and a half, I have a baby at home of course I went back home, irresponsible, I did not receive any apology, it is important to note that I and 5 other companies were regular customers. Well be back there after this incident, really annoying!

I did a gel nail last Wednesday, right after that I washed my hair, 7 figures chipped, usually my gel nails last 2-3 weeks without chipping. I came the next day for fixing them, I told them the lady did a bad job and even I could pay for a new set. They made a lot excuses but just buffed the top and did another layer on them. It was my first time there, if the manager did such bad job, that means its not worth a try for a 49 gel manicure.

Okay... I’m all for paying for excellent service and tipping well BUT when a price is not communicated clearly that is when MAJOR issues occur. I believe I was overcharged today and not offered a clear explanation as to why. I was extremely upset when I learned that my total was 284.00 !! 😡😡😡 for 2 manicures, one was a soak off of acrylic and the other a full gel set with designs. I heard the nail tech quote 116.00 plus additional cost for crystals at 2.00 each. When I got ready to pay I was told the cost of my daughter’s nails is 183.00, and I said to the nail tech, “I heard you say 116.00,” she replied rudely, “I said 160.00 NOT 116.00!” I didn’t even waist my time to argue with her. I mean REALLY... we could have gone anywhere but we chose out of kindness and respect for your establishment to support Unlimited Nail and Spa. However, you fight rudeness with kindness. I paid what they asked and even left a tip for both nail techs. But for what it’s worth I will never go back there again. Lesson learned.

I did a lot of research looking for a salon near me and Im glad I ended up picking this one. I have never had a pedicure or manicure in my life. This place was clean and Connie is a sweetheart and an artist. I sprang for the Lavender Spa option. My feet look amazing and the nail polish job is flawless. I signed up for the membership card and I will definitely be booking my first manicure soon! This is definitely going to be my go to place for my beauty needs!

Very clean and nice nail salon in the area. There aren’t many good nail salons in the Lincoln Square area so this one is definitely welcomed. It was packed when I went there on a Friday around 4. They prefer reservations by calling & scheduling in advance. I had a gel manicure & gel pedicure—both were good. It wasn’t the best service I’ve received as NYC has some of the best nail salons like Paintbox, Valley Nails, Bisou, etc but it was good for the price. It was $110 for both gel pedicure & manicure. They have a ton of gel colors & even an awesome Korean gel polish called Sugar Candy. I’ll be going back here again and will keep you updated on how the service is next time.

Place is very clean but the last few times, the polish comes off within a day or two and Im doing my normal routine at work and home. Literally - can see it start coming off and this is very discouraging and upsetting. I had high hopes for this place but if the polish is not staying on and Im paying that price - theres a problem.

This was my second time going tho this establishment and i was really pleased. The staff were very professional and treated me nice. The place is fairly new and big. Its also kept really cleaned. Just to know, if you are a resident who lives nearby can save 10-15% off each visit. They also have a reward card so you can earn points to receive a discount on services like each 100 points or so. I believe after few hundred points, you can receive and free mani and/or pedi. I honestly can wait for that. The price is a bit on the high end the service is great. The nail polish selections are amazing for a regular manicure and pedicure. Ill keep yall updated.

I walked in after work and asked for a mani-pedi. The salon looked nice and was clean, so it seemed like I would be okay. It was my first time there and, well, one never knows. A young woman handed me a menu to choose from, all services were above the normal price and it felt more like Madison Avenue prices, not outer Hell’s Kitchen. I asked for just a regular pedicure. The whole process took about 10 minutes. Including the 10 second leg massage. My nails were poorly trimmed, the rough spots barely pumiced, and I decided then that if the quality of the pedicure was this bad that I would cancel the manicure and not waste time or money. I was charged $38 (I’m a man, so no polish was needed) before my tip. After I got home and was about to get into the shower I realized how badly the work had been done. I then used my own tools reshape and re-buff my feet. What a bad experience all around.

I was introduced to Unimited by a friend. My little one requested mani/pedis today and I decided to take a chance. I was pleasantly surprised! I highly recommend their lavender pedicure which includes a 15 minute leg massage. I opted for a gel manicure and was pleased to see the care they took in cleaning cuticles and applying the polish. Memberships are offered if you live in the area and include 10% off your service. Overall, my child and I had a great experience and will be returning!

Disappointed that quality of service dropped significantly since last time I had pedi. The whole pedicure is like 15-20 minute... and cost 35 dollars. When I got home, I saw one nail is not even done properly

I’ve been coming here since they open in spring of 2019. I am a biweekly mani/pedi type of client who enjoys a relaxing spa environment. I have tried their regular mani/pedi, Gel mani, Japanese gel mani x massages 💆🏼They also do some really nice nail 💅🏼 Art 🖼 on nail extensions with gel on top. I will be trying that soon and will rt to review. Overall, my experiences with this establishment has been pleasing and I’m happy they’re in my neighborhood. The majority of the staff are very kind and welcoming. PSA 🗣Do not come here with the expectations of a $25 mani/pedi. Also, note that their standard nail polish selection are Essie Gel Couture at no additional fee. You also get some other perks that one would pay extra for as add ones but are part of the std mani/pedi here. You will just have to come try it for yourself. They won’t disappoint, swear 😉.

I loved the spa experience they give, even though I had a regular mani/pedi . Very nice staff, they take their time, nothing was rushed like the other nail salons in the area. And a bonus for me was to find they fo nail design !! Im big on that. I travel uptown just to get it done. So thats a plus! Welcome to the neighborhood 😉.
