Awful place. This was the closest cleaners near me & my building dryer broke down so I just needed to dry my clothes. The owner wouldn’t let me use the dryer & told me I needed to wash & dry to get service there. He then proceeded to tell where I should go instead. Makes absolutely no sense considering they would’ve made money regardless. Customer service is none existent here. Decided to give this place going against the bad reviews but next time I’m just listening because it’s 100% true.

Ive never had a problem here. I get mine picked up & delivered but the 2 guys that work there have been nothing but courteous to me every time I went in. Everything is washed thoroughly & separated & folded to a T. The guy who picks up & delivers is really nice. Theyre pretty timely in all aspects too. Overall great place. A lot better than the last place I had my laundry done.

Owner is very rude, makes rude comments, absolutely no customer service. I now walk to a further location just so I don’t have to be berated by the owner at this laundromat. Judging by most of the comments below it seems to be happening to a lot of women too.

Like many others have shared, extremely rude gentleman that works during the daytime hours. Even if youre minding your self and following the guidelines, he will go out of his way to reprimand you for something (that you arent doing, btw) and make you feel uncomfortable. If you can, go to any another laundromat.

Just left this laundromat feeling horrible. The older guy who I assume is the owner, harassed me for putting too much in the large $8.00 load. Mind you theres still plenty of space In the machine. Told me I can take out my laundry and go somewhere else. I would have if I havent already started another smaller load. Such a hostile and uncomfortable environment to be in. And...he just screamed at another girl for slamming the door. Just waiting on my laundry to finish drying so I can get the hell out of here. Definitely not coming back.

Made to feel uncomfortable every time I go in. Not sure why the staff hasnt fired the man that makes everyone uncomfortable. He calls people out publicly and touches their belongings without permission. I have put laundry in the washer before and he has come behind me and shoved my clothes into the washer (even after I have asked him not to touch my stuff). Hes yelled at me multiple times, which is unacceptable. I have heard him speak inappropriately to other customers as well. Others feel uncomfortable from this as well, its not just me. Would really appreciate if our voices were heard. Not acceptable.

I will never go back here. I’ve been going here for 3 years and I’ve had it! Extremely rude owner. Highly suggest going anywhere else.

Limited amount of machines, only take quarters.

The employees are really rude, make comments that make everyone uncomfortable, stare at you while you do laundry, and touch your stuff for no reason. Plus, they keep hiking up the prices. I literally started washing my clothes in my sink to avoid it.

The mother-son duo owners are usually nice but the staff they hired recently, especially the guy, is very aggressive and turns incredibly rude and yells at customers when things dont get done in his way. This happened a couple of times already. And their dry cleaning is also a bit more pricey. Normally I wouldnt mind paying for a bit more due to convenience as I have been paying over the years. However, i simply cannot take his manners anymore and I even tried to reason with him politely about customer services, yet to no avail . Now Id rather walk a few more blocks to do drop offs and dry cleaning instead. Its become just that unpleasant for me to go there. Some laundromats operate like they monopolize the blocks, but remember customers do have choices too. Everything counts.

Affordable, cozy, and clean laundromat. Its also a good Dry Cleaners. I use it regularly. The owners are friendly.
