I always enjoy going to get my laundry done here. The staff are wonderful and they have always treated me and partner with kindness and respect. They do an excellent job when we drop off our clothes. They are neatly packaged in our laundry bag and they always ask us which detergent and softener to include. The place is clean and the staff are efficient and wonderful to be around. When we are able to do our own laundry, there is always machines available for usage.

This place is awesome and the staff is super cool and helpful if its your first time trying to figure out how to load up the pay card 👍

The lady working the front keeps the store looking clean and fresh. They updated the machines to be able to take card which is cool. They just need to update the vending machine to take card too. None the less, great place to relax and wash your clothes.

Wash and Clean is community. I like that the staff is friendly and extremely helpful. The owner shares pics of her beautiful daughters and shares her warmth to customers. The machines are clean and in tip top condition. I live 8 blocks away and I choose to walk to Wash and Clean👍🏿⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

1. Service is super rude and they make you wait a long time. Not welcoming.2. Two wool coats of mine took 3 weeks to clean. I was originally told 1 week. I was patient with them, but felt I deserved a discount for this wait time. When I nicely asked the cashier said they can’t give discounts to anyone.3. A belt from my coat was missing after the cleaning. When I called they said they didn’t have it.4. A number of my items were not properly cleaned. Nothing felt fresh or cleaned.

Staff working at night was very friendly and helpful. However, this morning, female boss was very rude and unfriendly - one that makes you feel unwelcomed. Much better to head to the cleaner’s next door!!

Excellent hours. Reliable service. I moved to another part of the city and am having a hard time finding a comparable dry cleaner to this one, which i used for 5 years. I wanted to take a moment and give them some positive feedback.

Takes too long, phone calls are prioritized over people trying to bring them clothes to clean. The manager literally stopped helping me so she could get in a lengthy call about picking up laundry in the Financial District! During that call she took another call. Then when she was finished with both those calls she started playing with her cell phone all while I waited. Two other employees just stood there doing nothing. Never again for me! Went a few doors down and was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Go where you are wanted.

DO NOT COME HERE. This place lost my suit and tried making me pay full price for it. Ive never gotten it back! Thats $400 down the drain. These guys are scammers. Disgusting place with grime all over the walls and crappy service. There are multiple cleaners within walking distance of this lawsuit-waiting-to-happen place. Go to one of them instead.

Terrible management. They let other laundry businesses use the laundromat so customers often have to negotiate one drying table. The laundromat uses 3 of the 5 tables, and other businesses use another, often leaving only 1 narrow table for customers. The situation got worse and worse till I just stopped going there. Final straw: One of the workers literally pushed me away from where I was trying to fold my laundry on a tiny section of a table and management did nothing about it. They called it a language barrier. I said no words were exchanged, she just started pushing me. Manager just looked at me and walked awsy. I watched other customers complaining about this situation to no avail. Finally enough was enough. Management attitude was so irritating. I like the workers at the cash register and the delivery people, though. Theyre great. Not their fault. Bye, Felicia.

I have been using this laundry mat for over two years now. I have always been pleased with the quality and service.The only negative, the tops of the machines need to be cleaned of old soap.

The Cleaning is good . I have no problem with washer and dying my cleans.but the coin machine sometime gives out bogus coins.The folder that fold your clothes are nasty.

I hate this place! The service is laughable and they consistently screw up my dry cleaning and hemming.

Good laundromat, but theres always someone yelling at their children in there. The machines all work great though, and theyre not too expensive.

This place has taken on too many customers and cant handle the volume. Minimum wait times for deliveries is over an hour if your lucky.
