Setting aside the price of each load and the unfriendly staff, theres also theft here. If you value what you are washing, I would not leave them unattended. Youre better off finding somewhere else.

Gave them a tux shirt to dry clean, it came back with no buttons... never new this would be an issue I would have to deal with. Obviously not bringing this place anything expensive ever again.Update: its been a month, the store went from telling us they would get us buttons to now claiming we took off the buttons and it is our fault.

Most unfriendly person I have come across in the city so far.Since the dryer in my regular laundromat died I wanted to dry my clothes here and offered to still pay for washing. She basically kicked me out of the shop. Will definitely never go here again!

These guys are the best. Quick, no nonsense, never lose anything. Dry cleaning takes a week, they do drop and fold in a day. Been using them for 18 months. These other reviews are a nonsense.

If i could give this laundromat a zero i would. The customer service is awful, it takes nothing to be a decent human being, lady here that give change is rude and dont even say Thank you after paying my money here. The machines are way over price unfortunately there not alot of other choices or places to wash your clothes if there was i would never come back to this place. When you are in business its in your best interest to be polite horribly disappointed. I will try my best to never go here again.

Horrific laundromat. Extremely overpriced and lose articles of clothing. Let’s not even talk about the customer service. You’re better off at the place next door way friendlier and less expensive

This building lacks heat and hot water in the winter. The laundromat is a poorly maintained place with employees who are so rude they must be getting treated poorly. Avoid this building (for rent and laundry) at all costs!You will be up at all hours of the night due to Carbone, whether you face the courtyard or street. The Douglass Elliman agents will claim ignorance.

Smooth experience for wash and fold. Seems like standard price for the area.
