Does great job. The place is clean. On the way back to hotel, you can walk though Crosby street and watch nice shop and restaurants!

The laundromat ruined my white clothes and distressed me when I went back to show them. And didn’t fix it my white clothes. I am really disappointed. I paid for the service.. they didnt deliver.

Dropped off laundry to wash, as its a drop-off only, and my picked up 3 hours later per their request.My clothes were not washed, think they only refolded them and put back in my laundry bag, they did not smell/look clean/washed. Still had unclean smell from when I dropped off.

Drop off wash and fold is $11 for 11 lbs, great price in SoHo area. The laundromat is clean and you can do your own if you prefer.Friendly staff (with limited English) as they speak Cantonese and Mandarin.Clear price list and can pick up in a few hours (thats fast).Highly recommended!

This place is great for coin laundry and wash and fold!! Super clean (can be tough to find a clean laundromat in this area), never too crowded, and they even have wifi and a nice seating area in the back where you can wait. They sell cold beverages and also offer alterations! The staff members are so sweet and its always a pleasant experience coming here. I highly recommend- favorite laundromat in the city!

Great place to do laundry for the area. They offer self service but it’s hard to get a free machine. Their drop off service is where it shines! Inexpensive, fast and reliable.

Busy staff viewed me as inconvenience to getting their work done. Even though I wasn’t the only one coming in to wash my own clothes (rather than drop off), the staff took over most of the available washers. Suggest find somewhere else to do your own

Terrible service. They don’t have enough machines to accommodate being a laundromat. They use all the machines for there own house use and leave you waiting for hours to dry 1 load. Terrible service and just plain rude.

I walk a little further to go to this laundromat because the ladies are friendly, I have room to stretch out my arms and do jumping jacks if I wanted to, and they have a back patio to wait during self-service.

Came in for the first time after moving in SoHo to drop off a load of whites and colors. Whites were completely ruined. They told me it was because of my deodorant despite the fact that Ive been wearing the same brand for years and bleaching my whites for just as long. No refund offered, I was just told to deal with it. Dont recommend.

Rear patio, you can wait outside and use their free WiFi. Well maintained equipment (rarely broken machines), clean space and highly efficient staff. By the pound or DIY. Basically the best you could hope for in a laundromat!

Wow, REALLY WARM AND FRIENDLY staff who speak to you with a smile - sometimes you come across cold and absent businesses but the old lady and old man here were a pleasure to speak to.All I did was come in for a couple of plastic shirt covers. If only every business had such people working there. Please STAY as you are and share your joy!

It is located in less than 10 minutes from the hotel and was taken care of twice during the trip. It opens at 7:30 in the morning. The laundry at the coin laundry is $ 3.75 each. I think the dryer was $ 1.25 for 10 minutes. It took 30 minutes to dry. It seems that you can leave the laundry to the shop staff and leave it to you, but I do not know the price. However, most of the laundry seems to be used unless you go from the morning. The lady in the shop also kindly explained to me.
