We used the drop-off/pickup service and were SO pleasantly surprised at how fast the service was. They were very responsive and hospitable. The employee even brought my laundry to the front of my door! Wow! Excellent service A++, won’t hesitate to use them regularly. All you need to do is text them if you are within 5 blocks of their location and they’ll give you step by step instructions from beginning to end. Our clothes were also neatly wrapped in a plastic casing!!

Glad that they have a customer service that texts me when my laundry is ready. I can schedule a time for delivery. When I need a pickup, what I do is sending a text when I need it. I provide my detergent and softer because I have Allergic! Every time my laundry comes back nicely folded and warp with a clear plastic bag. It makes me feel nice and clean. Highly recommend it to lazy people who hate to fold their clothes. The most important thing is their pickup and delivery service is free!

Cheap for self-service, but about 40% of the machines are broken in perpetuity, and of the ones that are working, many of them do not even have hot water.

I always know I can rely on Jie Li Laundromat for reliable, quick wash and fold service!

Pros: Inexpensive drop off laundry service (same day if you drop off early in the morning). You can also drop off dry cleaning that they bring elsewhere. Cons: Washers and dryers are usually full on weekends. 8pm close doesnt give enough time to do laundry after work.Wash and fold prices:$8 for 1 to 8 lbs$.70 for each additional lb$2.00 additional charge for laundry over 16 lbs

Visited this spot because my regular laundromat was closed for Labor Day. Most of the machines were broken or partially working. Limited amount of dryers.I would not recommend unless you are in a bind. Looks like machine maintenance/repair is not a priority at this laundromat.

Terrible dry cleaning. My clothes came back with stains and smelling like smoke/ chemicals

Visited at 10:30am on a Tuesday. Plenty of washers available and less than half of the dryers available. Working coin machine (takes 1s and 5s only) and WiFi.

Really low drop off prices. Wouldn’t recommend for self service as some machines don’t work well.

$2 per 25 minute wash.
