I have been going here since I learned to do laundry as a teenager. The ladies who work there have known me since I was a girl. They are always so kind and always ask me how my family is doing. At first, I would only speak English, but I realized they felt a little more comfortable when I spoke in Spanish. The prices are fair, considering it’s in Midtown. We often get our clothes washed and dried by them. 2 weeks worth of clothes, family of 4 about $45. Sheets and towels about $30.

Speak in English to the staff and they won’t care about you. Speak in Spanish and suddenly they become a bit more friendly. Being a foreigner, I understand the language barrier but a smile shouldn’t depend on your Spanish skills.

I use their wash and fold service and I told them repeatedly to dry my laundry on low heat. They clearly didn’t since my pants shrunk a few sizes.

The woman currently working here is incredibly angry, rude, and hostile for no good reason. I arrived at 9:00 and she immediately tried to turn me away. Only after arguing with her and agreeing that I would not dry my clothes was I allowed entrance. Management should find a better employee who does not turn away customers.

Ive used the laundry service here many, many times. They have been washing my clothing for a year plus now (I dont believe theyve ever lost or damaged anything). Clothing always comes back very quickly and smelling clean & fresh. In store, machines are very clean and there is free wifi. The owner is very quick to work with you if there is an issue with an employee or machine.

Second time seeing a roach here 😩😫 & the woman working are very rude with terrible attitudes I wont be back that’s for sure! They definitely should work on how they treat and speak to customers after all without us there no them

Clean, friendly and reasonably priced . Highly recommend this place. Also great opportunity to talk to locals and find out the best places to eat and go . Listen up kids places like this are a great source of information for travelers. This is how we did it before the internet use this place as a place to gain local information.

I would of get them 0 point if I could. The lady that works in the morning has very bad attitude. She yelled at me very badly because I didn’t have my receipt. Even though I’ve been going there for the past 7 years. They know my phone number and my name. Very disappointed. I won’t go back again.

I was washing my clothes today at 5pm. The dryer I was about to use was full of plastic, not a problem. I go to the laundry attendant to ask for a brush so I can clean it, instead she is continuously telling me to talk to her in spanish. So she refused to clean the dryer I ended up using another dryer. Never again will I walk in there.

We’ve used their wash and fold service about a dozen times to extremely mixed-dissatisfactory results. We ALWAYS give instructions to dry on low heat but about 1/3 of the time all of the clothes had shrunk considerably. Even when they write it on the ticket they end up drying the clothes too high and shrinking the laundry. As well, I’ve seen them move clothes to the floor between the washer and dryer multiple times even though extremely unsanitary. Wanting to support a local business we continued to use their service but now having had to replace most of our pants due to them being shrunk and several lost items we can no longer use and even wish to warn others to stay away. DO NOT USE WASH/FOLD if you care about the care of your garments...

Convenient location.Place is usually clean. And full of people.Staff is not super friendly. They rarely say hi or thank you.

Avoid at all costs. Gave shirts for cleaning, one came back with stains that I cannot remove. They refused to hear anything because I didn’t spot the stains the day I picked up the shirt (amongst 15 shirts that I had given them to clean!).

Very Rude workers. I Asked For Change For $5 and Shorty Grilled Me As If I Slept With Her Last Night. And as im waiting for my clothes to dry, she yelled at this chinese boy because he had his things on the folding table. She called him inconsiderate. I Do Not Recommend This Location To Anyone.

This laundromat closing time said 10:00 pm on the website. I went there at 8:30 pm and the lady told me that the last wash is at 8:00 pm. You need to stop wasting peoples time. I would not recommend this laundromat.

The woman working was incredibly rude. I had approached the counter for help and she ignored me for quite a while before making faces at me and treating me like an idiot. I will not be returning here, and i would advise others to do the same. There are many laudromats in area that cost the same and have employees who are not nasty to the customers.

A cheap way to wash your own clothes while traveling in New York, $2.50 for a wash and about $2 to dry clothes, very large washers and dryers.They can swap notes for change and there is a detergent dispenser there with everything you need

On vacation and needed to do laundry. Walking distance to Times Square. Self service and drop off service. I only used self service. 10 double load washers, 3 mega load washers, and 3 triple load washers. 14 dryers. ATM machine, detergent machines, and change machine available. Free wi-fi. Washers and dryers were clean.

It was the nearest laundromat to our hotel. It had 16 washers of different capacities, and 16 dryers. $2.75 per wash using the small machines. The place was very small and very busy with seating for only 6 people. Everyone else stood or waited outside.

The worst customer service anyone can only imagine at this place. I went for laundry at 8.30 and already loaded the stuff but the lady said I have to leave. It’s closes at 10 by the way and if she thinks that people shouldn’t get in, she should the door. The whole time I am using this spot, the lady always has an attitude as she owns the place and hates all the people here.

It was excellent! It is self-service, the prices were cheap compared to other laundromat. The machines are, super, almost new. I DO NOT recommend them anymore because the dryers are not drying, I usually spent $ 7 now spend $ 20 and theyre still wet. They lost a fixed client. 👌👌👌👌

I washed the accumulated laundry while traveling.First I will exchange money for 1 $ on a currency exchange machine.I spent 3, 25 $ for washing and 1,5 $ for drying.The time was about one hour in total.It was very easy to use.

The stash is $ 3.75 large $ 6 extra large $ 7 and will return to normal on a 30 minute basis. Drying is $ 0.25 per 6 minutes.

The site is very good and the owner is very friendly. The only noteworthy thing that people complained about is that the dryers used to dry much more than now, since before the clothes with two coins came out dry and now you have to use three or more ..
