10 STARS. As far as Im concerned, P & K is the ONLY laundry on the UWS. Fung is so kind, friendly and thoughtful. She makes everyone feel welcome and taken care of. Ive been going to her for over four years now and wont be stopping any time soon. Stop by if you need a smile!

P&K is the best laundromat Ive experienced on the UWS! Fung is so kind and their family is amazing. Sometimes the dog is around so it just brings a pleasant neighborhood vibe. Theyre great people and are timely. My clothes smell super fresh every time and the folding/packaging they do is incredible too!

For the last 4 years, I have brought my laundry to P&K joyfully. Visiting with Fung at the front desk always makes me laugh and smile. Clothes are always clean and crisp. They look department-store folded in my closet.

Ive been using PK laundry for the last 5 years. They have the best service and great turn around. Also helps that their staff is always so friendly. Wouldnt recommend any other place to get my wash-n-fold or dry cleaning. *Even when we had a washer dryer on hand we would bring our laundry to them... ^^:

I did a lot of review research across multiple sites in order to pick a place I could trust with my cleaning needs. They are always incredibly friendly, on time, and get things done right the first time and at a very reasonable cost.

My favourite local Laundromat for reasonably priced, fast, and amazing service!

We were travelling with 4 kids so we had a mountain of dirty clothes each day. P&K was just around the corner from our hotel and much easier and cheaper than using the hotel laundry. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and our clothes came back neatly folded and packed. The kids even got lollipops from the kind lady at the front desk!Highly recommended.

I love P & K. Ive been using their service for 3 years about once every 1.5 weeks. I use their pick and drop off service, my clothes are beautifully cleaned and folded and the price is great! Highly recommend.

Kept nice and clean. Modern machines. Reasonably priced. TV was on a good channel. Free WiFi. Limited seating but not a big deal. Open until 11 most nights I think. I did self service. Just wish it was closer to my house. Ours closed.

Good place for wash and fold, going there for 2 years now, same day if you go early for wash and fold, 2 days for dry cleaning. Big plus, I got my pictures on the wall ;)

Laundry and dry cleaning always comes out well and they are very friendly. On top of that they are the most reasonably priced in the neighborhood and they are open on Sundays.

These people lost my laundry despite it being pretty clearly labelled, gave it to someone else, and couldnt get it back for 24 hours. When I got it back it weighed a pound less and they wouldnt give me a refund. Dont go here

I do not recommend as fluff and fold. mix whites with darks and give you back dingy. and loose clothing and will not refund.
