WORST car company ever!! My mother had an appt. to her cardiologist and they never arrived. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Total garbage!! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!! Total IDIOTS!!

Not professional at all. I called three times trying to give the benefit of the doubt. The lady that answered the first time just said hello and hung up. Them just picked up and hung the other two times. It was a friday night.

If I could give this car service 0 stars I would. Worst car service I have ever had to deal with regarding patient transportation. They will have patients waiting for HOURS, will leave you on hold forever, lack of communication between the base and drivers and their drivers are exceptionally unprofessional. Patients - especially dialysis patients - are already tired from their treatments, only to have them waiting for 3+ hours for a ride to go back home. Unbelievable. The worst car service EVER.

Horrible customer service don’t do it.

Not the most impressive of Car services. While drivers are usually on time for pick up they often arent the safest drivers. They lack English speaking skills, making it hard to communicate and understand. The Reyno call center tend to have long waiting times to speak to a live operator and arrange your pickup. Much improvement is still needed

No stars!! on 3 different occasions my client and i waited over 45min for medical transportation. Their service sucks and i advised my client to discontinue using their services.

Horrible service! Drivers are constantly late and drive reckless. Customer service line has long wait times. I strongly suggest this car service gets their act together.

The most rude person I’ve ever spoken to. He hung up three times, was totally rushed and not specific in what he was asking for. I tried to book a Medicaid taxi service and he was beyond rude.

Driver with the mask under his nose, late, and you have to wait a long time for the call to be answered. When I got back to my house, they sent me a very respectful driver, # 30 !!
