My mother was was dropped off for her eye appointment and was never picked up. When I called to follow up with them, the dispatcher said they had no cars available. This was 2 hours after a no show, no call. When I told them that I was going to report them to the health care transportation dept. The dispatcher said Go ahead, you can call who you like and hung up the phone. My mother is 90 years old. How could people be so disconnected & disrespectful 😀 smh

The driver was Rude and disrespectful, when I called the dispatcher to explain how the driver treated my mom he told me Its busy and hung the phone on me. My mom is elderly and recently had knee replacement surgery, the insurance company provided the car service. I am currently doing everything possible to have another car service transport my mom to her doctor visits. I can not believe a company so unprofessional is still doing business in this day and age. Professional Car service needs to be shut down immediately.

This Car Service should change it’s name to UN-or NON Professional Car Service, lacking sympathy or care. My elderly sister n her husband used this company service(NOT) the one they called, but supposedly the car service they normally used had no cars available n they co share rides with this NOT Professional AT ALL, (not the driver or dispatcher),car service.My sister had a walker the driver arrived did NOT grant any assistance to her n her husband by NOT even opening the door to assist w the walker, oh did I also said it was raining(I guess he did NOT want to get wet). The ride was less than 10 city blocks and almost immediately exiting the car (again w NO assistance) my sister realized she left the phone in the car, both her n her husband got on the side walk n called her original car service with his phone to let them know that she left the phone in the car, less than 5 minutes ago, the original car service told her they got in touch with the driver who claimed he did not see anything. This company car service name n number was given to my sister by the original car service she had called, the dispatcher from un-professional car service told her she was too busy to handle her call however; when she spoke to the driver ihe is Not a thief (no one said he was) and that the phone was not in the car.If my sister had dropped the phone on the Street both her n her husband was standing right there on the side walk n would have seen it on the ground after he rapidly sped away.You be the judge. No Professionalism.πŸ‘ŽπŸΎ

The worse car service I’ve ever known. The problem is not the driver rather the dispatcher by the Nama Junior. He’s rude, unopologetic, belittle people, lies about having cars and gives you some romdon time so it’s not the driver’s fault rather his. He uses profanity to address to people like it’s the way talk to customers. Sadly, I’m stop doing business with professional. I say sadly because they have great drivers that go above and beyond for their clients. However, what the dispatcher by the name junior does to customers is not part of taking private transportation, especially if your insurance is paying for it after you work for so many years. And now that you’re sick and you need to be treated with compassion and dignity and this is what you I get. Think first before making professional your main source of transportation. They might not be what they seem to be. I had to give them a star to write this post.
