For most of the time, there are cabs available and are down to earth. A couple of times there were taxi drivers that gave me an attitude due to their arrogant behavior when asking for the price but I have instead called again and another cab has arrived very soon and has been a much better positive experience .

This taxi service is awesome! First time using. They arrived in 5 minutes after i told them my location! Will save their number considering my initial taxi service had no cars available on a SATURDAY night

Hello, Today 2/12/20 after I called for their service the driver after the time given he cancel and he didn’t call the operators either me, also I loose my child appointment for the unprofessional service.

After asking the phone operator of RC for a car with a plastic divider, because of CoVid-19, he said there werent any available and that most drivers removed them because the pandemic is basically over. ??!!! I was horrified by the ignorance, misinformation, and negligence of a business that has drivers and passengers who could get sick & die if they dont take necessary precautions. I let him know its definitely not over and is dangerous to say so. In the end he did find a car with a plastic divider available and I took it. The driver completely agreed how necessary the precautions are of divider, mask, and sanitizer to protect him and clients. He also is informed enough to know that with higher cases of people in hospitals than the peak in the spring-- this aint over.

Ill probably wont use them again the next time Im in the area. My driver did the bare minimum to reach out to me when I was struggling in identifying his car.
