I called them at about 6:08, she put me on hold so i hung up and called back at 6:13. told me the cab was 4 mins away, 10 mins later i’m still waiting. called back and asked where the cab was. she said now it’s 1 minute away; that they’re down the block. another ten minutes later, i called back 3 times and no one picked up. i was going to give up and call another but i decided to give it one more shot. finally, they answer. she said another 4 minutes. 11 minutes later my cab arrived.
The driver said 2 minutes, when he found out it was Brooklyn he said he had a flat although we saw him out there and he was going to make $50. SMH

It is true what they say about that hippo!! she is very rude and non-professional...you guys need to do better, we are your customers and if we dont feel welcomed then you know whats next! ......20 years ago i would have been at the base ready to smack her, but i do her one better and leave the company alone...outdated anyway......
Rude customer service! The lady who dispatch is very impatient and lazy. I called to ask for a car service she told me that there’s no cab available at the moment to call back, so I asked her when will you have a car available and she hanged up the phone. Her tone was also very unwelcoming. This place can do better than that!

Very bad terrible service apart from the fact that they leave you on hold for a long time when you try to Claim them they offend you and speak badly to you, those people who work there should give them some classes in manners and customer service
