Great, pleasant driver. This was a storm with wind, rain and floods. I was stranded no trains running at all at 110th Street, Manhattan from 10: 00pm all the way to about 2: 15am finally I got a cab driver to Brooklyn. God bless him thanks again.PS the Uber was the cheapest that morning $112

There a lady who worked on Friday April 2 at 1:40 pm I called to see if I can get a cab and she said there are no cabs available after 10 minutes went by I called again to check if any cars are available I had some where to be and she just kept hangiNg up and cursed me out and started calling me no called id insulting me and harassing me

THEY LEFT ME ON HOLD FOR OVER 20 MINUTES SO DONE WITH THEM!

Ive been using this car service for about 2 weeks now on a daily basis. There absolutely wonderful the dispatcher is friendly and the. Drivers Ive had so far are also plesent,also come quick and when they say .. Ive never waited more than 5 mins. not to mention the otherday my husband dropped my debit card in the back of the taxi, when i called to see if it been in the cab the dispatcher immediately called the driver he had and thankfully it was on the floor. I got it back as soon as he had dropped of the customer he had! I highly recommend Harlem taxi service! And there pricing is very fair!

I’ve been taking this cab service for years and they have never over charged to this extent When the taxi driver called the base for the price I literally think the lady checked her Uber app to come up with a price for the trip. After years of taking Harlem I’ll never take this cab service again.

This is the WORST cab base ever !!! I requested for car service and the West Indian lady told me my car will arrive within two mins. I literally was waiting outside in the pouring rain with a new born for 20mins, Mind you after I informed her that my cab never came she brushed me off and continue to assist someone else ... My car never arrived and I was forced to find my own car struggling. NEVER AGAIN. These representatives need to get their act right, This is very unprofessional

My cab driver tried to charge me an inflated price and then when I told him what I normally pay he rudely told me the price had tolls included which I’ve never taken a toll going home before he sails “well it’s faster and I wasn’t tryna drive that long”. He sped home and dropped me off and I will never use this service again.

Took long to find me a car so hung up and got me a uber. Then a cab from harlem calls my sell saying he downstairs. Like huh

Had one of the worst cab drivers ever. The cab driver was extremely rude, disrespectful and threatened my fiancee and her mother over his utter refusal to take direction or accept criticism for not taking there advice. I promise I will never use this company again as long as the company employs incompetent, and disrespectful drivers on there payroll. Also to avoid that driver at all cost his cab # is 91.

You call them they put you on hold for a long time and then catch an attitude saying they dont have cars available which makes no sense to me your a cab company. Then when you adk them for help or to refer another company they say no and hang up on you.

I had a lovely ride out of NYC with this company. Driver came early, was polite, and friendly. The fare was determined before the ride and was less than the name car service companies.

The ladies that pick up the phone have really bad attitudes no patience at all very bad customer service. A couple of the women actually hung up on me and told me off if I had to repeat something to them. The cabs never come at the time Im told they are as well.

Would give zero stars if possible. Always make sure you schedule a pick up/reservation about one hour in advance because the drivers arrive at your destination late many times (as in my case) because the disrespectful dispatchers enter the wrong address. Once that address is in the system, it will never be erased or corrected. Even if you try to start over using a new number, they may be on time for a couple of days until a dispatcher figures you are the same person (same addresses used) and puts the wrong address once again. Harlem, Malcolm, Kennedy, Audubon, etc., all have the same universal system and are all connected. Use them if you dont have to be on time anywhere.

Horrible service, I needed a cab for my father and I who uses a walker. The dispatcher lady was rude and act as if she really didnt wanna do her job. She stated nothing was available and hung up on me. Dont depend on this cab service for good customer service.

I live and work in Harlem therefore I being calling this company everyday in the mornings and nights for 7 years however for the past 3 months they are having the worst customer services. If is not one of the drivers is one of the dispatcher. And tonight they loose me forever... I called them at 12:12am on May 19,2016, to let them know that I leave a blue plastic bag in the trunk of one of the company car that drove me from work to my home but the dispatcher hang on one me the 3 times I tried to talk to her, because saying every time she cant help me. When in my third time trying to talk to her, because again I just could not believe that being such a loyal costumer she will not even listen to me or explain me why she could not help, her response was I dont want to talk to you, you are making me loosing mine time, I told you, I cant help you and she hang on me again.Please dont use them!!!! They are just going to give you the worst service ever.. They dont respect neither care for costumer.. I truly dont know what happens to this company.

Lady Dispatcher was very rude and nasty! She hung up the phone on me twice after sending the wrong address to the cab driver. They gave me two different prices, customer service is terrible will never use this company again!!!!

I called this car service to make a complaint and instead of being listened by dispatcher, the dispatcher insulted me. This company has no customer service! The cab I took had a bad ciggarette smell and wanted to overcharge me. Never again!
