Machines are always clean and the people who work there are always friendly and helpful.

I like it there is convenient even when I can pay my phone bill also

The staff is nice. Mr. Melvin is very helpful always willing to assist you and greet you with a smile. The laundry equipment is in excellent condition, the place is always clean and tidy. I dont go to no other place to do laundry. In my opinion its better than any laundry facilities Ive gone to in the greater New Orleans area. I can go on on on about how this place is.

Overall great laundry matIf you can beat the crowdI only had 1 bad experienceTheir machine took a 20 from me and didnt load it on my card and there was no one there to help...Ive probubly spent over $1300 at this placeSo $20 not so badThe best deal is when you load 50 or 100 on your card but I always make sure theres a attendant there and I let them know Im loading that much on the card in case there is a problem

Good experience everytime. Everything works well. If theres an issue it is fixed quickly. The owner/manager seems to care about his customers. All of the employees Ive seen there are overly helpful. I appreciate that. Ill be using this location until I purchase my own machines!

It was my first time going to this particular one. I bought a laundry card for one dollar. Attempted to load 20 dollars onto it and went to do my laundry. The machine told me my card was invalid. Some other patrons advised me to call the number on the wall, that it was the owner and he corrected the problem with in 2 minutes. I am very pleased and will return overall. Thank you so much for your swift help.

Where to start... you have to buy a card to use washers and dryers... the attendant was very bossy and moping the floors when clearly the were several patrons trying get their laundry done... Telling customers where to put their clothes and which dryers to use. Found out the place had been robbed 2x in one week. nice to know. (Wont be returning). Telling me that washers are not available.. when clearly they were. Was up on top of me while I was trying to do my laundry.. really??

New facility! The washers are clean, no built up detergent. The temperature In the building could be cooler but its not uncomfortable. Very clean building and the atttendant does a wonderful job. The best part is you put your money on a card so you dont have to mess with dirty coins. Please public clean up after yourself and lets keep this place like new.

I have typically like visiting this place every week for the last eight months or so. this last time, they had a new cleaning lady. the larger lady with the short blue hair took it upon herself to exclaim oh I know you aint walking on my clean floor! I just mopped this floor with her friends sitting down in the laundromat laughing, she continued to talk about how I was messing up her floors as a paying customer, trying to use remove my clothes from the back dryers a little past 9 pm on a Tuesday. I would have more empathy if I hadnt been visiting this place weekly for months. I truly enjoyed the company of the older dark skinned cleaning man they had, he was very polite. I felt disrespected, especially since I know more about the place than she does.

The laundry facility is close to my hone, it’s always clean, the hours are excellent for anyone with a hectic work schedule. It’s well lit, next to a gas station and someone is there working while you wash.

Although the place is very clean, I just discovered that you have to pay to use the restroom, I think about .40, So if you have noticed that your card balance is disappearing every time you go ro the restroom, that is why. The attendant confirmed it.

Its a nice place to come wash clothes and be in peace nice and clean great severs I would recommend my family and friends to come here

I have been washing my laundry at the Gentilly location for 2 years. A nice and very clean place/machines with friendly staff and TVs so you can have some enjoyment while waiting for your wash to finish.

Why does it cost an arm and a leg to do your laundry like a pleb?Edited to add:I did my laundry here a few months ago. You could buy a washer and dryer for the price of doing your laundry here 10 times or less. Its expensive. You force your clients to buy a card so that you can make a few extra pennies off of the change. The man working there was very plainly annoyed with the customers.I will say that the place was clean.

Everyone is super nice its always clean, attendant always there to help and always on duty, great hours 7am-10,pm, Gentilly is my location by Louisa and the Interstate but Ive had zero problems its only been open a year so all machines are brand new, its card operated not coin but theres a money changer and with the card theres a loyalty program the more you spend the more it gives you back like $2 off every $20 or go big it takes $18 off every hundred it just credits you back on your card, but randomly it takes off $3 and every 300pts you save you get $3, parking is available just more crowded over weekends but just show up early or later... Its convenient, clean, very nice, no problems. Also every dollar you spend is worth 10pts and 300pts gets you $3/Credit it goes fast They also offer, Wash/Fold Service just drop off laundry it gets done then just pick it up later...Its worth checking out, Michelle Weston

My husband just had upsetting experience there 30 min ago. Clothes were stolen from a dryer he was using before he could turn it on. A woman threw her clothes on top of ours. An argument started, the manager was NO help. He knew my husband had the dryer and told the woman so. She sass talked the manager and he got scared and walked away. A phone call by me to the number on website went to a full voice mail. Who will reimburse us for our.clothes? What will we wear to work this week. Does anybody care? Do NOT GO TO THIS LAUNDROMAT!!!!! In addition the woman threatened my husband with I gotta weapon in my car! I can go get it! So I am trying to find the owner of this place before I report this to another source. THIS PLACE IS NOT SAFE

Place is always clean and very safe and comfortable !!! Machines get the job done nice and clean and very kid friendly! Clean restrooms, snack machine video games and wifi !! Only washerteria I come to!

Up until two week ago on old Gentilly it had working TVs. First washing prices go up and now no TV service.

Lesson learned that the card from gentilly Doesnt work at Claiborne I had a lot of money left on my gent card and the Claiborne location was closer so I just stopped over there .. kinda sucks the cards dont work for either one but all in all cool place to wash

Later hours than most places. Not scary. Couple machines are broken and take an extra half hour to give your clothes back tho, and no one there to help you.

They charge you to use the damn bathroom! And the prices for washers are higher then what’s shown in the picture. On the other side, the place is clean but expensive. Be prepared to buy a electronic card to use the machines...
