We have our king sized comforter sets cleaned here after every season since our washer/dryer is too small to adequately clean them. But I give all the praise and glory to the women who work in the drop-off section of this laundromat. They always do an awesome job, EVERY single time❣️💯🙏🏼

Clean. Clean. Clean. I saw reviews of unfriendly staff - that was not my case. Parking was hard as its right next door to a gas station (some folx made their own parking which does create a bit of chaos).

Clean environment.OK people.Requested to use the bathroom but the lady said it was broken.Their hours on the entrance is incorrect.They lock the doors at round 6pm & have to let people come in and out.Please correct your hours of business and fix your restroom please.I had to walk to Brothers and you couldnt flush cause the toilet was broken.No paper towels and no soap during a pandemic.Not to mention use EXTREME caution cause the toilet leaked so bad there was puddles of sewer water on the floor

Washers are high. Dryers take more than $2 to dry clothes on highStaff was not helpful to many but the place was clean

I give it three stars because I would have given it one star, but I spoke to the manager after an altercation with the employee.I walked in to check and see if the change machine was working and I left my laundry in the car because Ive been in laundry is where the change machine wasnt working I dont want to carry everything in first. I wanted to see that everything was working first.well, the employee raced up to me and started berating me and treating me like a low-class person, whichI am not, basically yelling at me that I cannot use the change machine.I told her Im doing laundry and she just basically yelled at me I do not see your laundry and I told her its in the car and she said well then you cannot use the laundromat until you bring the laundry in.I cant describe it word for word because it would not be accurate but lets just say she was EXTREMELY aggressive and rude.having worked in customer service myself, I realize that its important to treat everybody with respect even if you are explaining certain rules to them.not going to complain but then I noticed another gentleman complaining to the manager about the same thing about how rude the person had treated him. He was a veteran of the military as I could tell by his hat and he was very polite and nice. he was basically explaining to the manager the same thing that I had just experienced so I went and talked to the manager as well.And the manager was very nice.if I had only to deal with the manager then I would have given five stars because she was very nice.if I were the owner of this business I would not want to have my employees treating the customers this way and would find another employee.Good laundromat, though.

Kinda expensive, small washer was 3.25$ and 0.25$ for 5 minutes of drying. Kids running around in your personal space. But it’s clean and the machines work!

This place is ridiculous. Over priced and clothes dont come out clean depending on what washer is used. The laundry attendant is very nasty.. No matter how you people feel about black people, they keep you in business. But I cant save the world now will I try, but as for me and mine, I hope you are shut down.

Horrible attitude. Witnessed several encounters including one small minor one with myself in which her attitude would have made a world of a difference. I believe in treating others with respect in order to get respected. There is no reason to speak down to others.

The Laundry itself is very Clean and monitor by very nice Lady Whos constantly wiping down and Sweeping up Whatever she sees. The only issue I have is with parking, parking is a nightmare!

DONT NOT USE THEY DO NOT REFUND WHEN THERE BROKE MACHINES TAKE YOUR MONEY AND ALMOST EVERY MACHINE INSIDE IS BROKEN. DO NOT COME HERE. WAYYYYY TO HIGH TO COME HERE.

Id absolutely LOVED the NO CHILDREN provision. Especially now.

Great always clean

November 23, 2019 I was accosted by one of the attendants at Spin Zone. The attendant stated that her boss didnt want me in the washateria because I took too much time and didnt spin enough money. The attendant put her finger in my face a number of times and was extremely belligerent. She yelled explitives in Spanish as well as English. I asked her if she was a racist and she said responded, Yes! No one should have to deal with such behavior. I called the owner to make a complaint and I am still waiting for a return call.

Worst attitudes!!! I called to ask a question and she hung up directly in my face.

This laundromat is already not the biggest. I have had several run in with the hispanic lady that works there. She looks out for other hispanics instead of ALL customers Ive seen her do this several times. I had 5 loads of laundry baskets. Customers were coming in simultaneously so washing machines were filling up fast. So after i loaded three loads i noticed there were no full sized washing machines available so I went to ask for help but there were only small washers left. So i am walking around the laundromat in circles looking for a washing machine. As I am circling around the laundromat looking for washing machines two hispanic women were coming in with their laundry and she quickly led them to a washing machine that almost was finished which i didnt spot but I had already expressed I had more laundry to wash which takes time to load. To me this is unacceptable. So then when I asked her about it she says i told you, you have to put money in the machine but the guy that was using the machine still had a load in it. I was very upset. Good service is everything. I work in customer service so I know how it can be dealing with the public. I could have cared less if it were two white women or two black women. You are supposed yo help service those first come first served. After a little complaining another customer overheard me and said she only looks out for other hispanic women. Its sad that this is what the community has to settle for. She has been there for a long time and she has always had the same attitude.
