I gave 4-Stars because of the friendly gentleman who was attentive to everyone in the Laundromat. He made sure that every available washer and dryers were emptied, so those who were waiting would use the machines! He offered beverages and gave change for bills to quarters and “did” answer any questions or concerns I had.Since at least 6 or 7yrs ago when I came to this location with some college guests of my son, the inside has too many washers and dryers not working. They do have counter space to fold at the front and back, a nice TV with music playing and the A/C was cooling really good. If they can work on getting those needed dryers/washers, they would have gotten a 5-Star from me today…..(I was there before lunchtime)

The nicest people and everything fast

Lady was rude. Dictated exactly how much to put in the jumbo dryers, and how much time I could set it for. Many of the machines are extremely old, and in desperate of maintenance/replacement. The establishment itself just feels dirty/grimy.

The look of the inside is pretty dismal and the seating is almost non-existent, but the machines are in working order and affordable, and the dryers are efficient. No vending machine (cold drinks and chips are allegedly available for sale from the service counter) or TVs (though thats not a con for me). Gets the job done.

I’m been using them several times a week for the past month and a half for drop off for not only my household but for my 2 house rentals. I’m extremely happy with their service! The employees are always very nice and my laundry comes out perfect. I definitely recommend this place.

No power for days...still working...needed to wash. Googled laundromats and this one was opened within 10 miles of home! The attendant was a very kind lady, but the facilities were horrible! The machines dont look well maintained, dust and grime everywhere, no clean areas to fold clothes after drying.

Ive been here washing my clothes and your employee left an hour early I come back and the washerteria I CLOSED and my clothes are inside . The door says you close at 7:30 and next to the door it says may close 30 min early but not an hour. Tomorrow is Thanksgiving and you have all my clothes locked inside your store.

We use them regularly and have done since well, years. Loveem. She will even repair small fixes. I slip her a little extra for her effort. My only suggestion would be to make sure she knows how you like your stuff washed, i.e. cold water, tumble dry. Quick and affordable too.

Worste experience of coin laundry. Dirty, old, without supervision. No A/C. No vending machine, no seats. I would change the business to something more productive.

The man the run it is really nice they are cheaper than other places

Washed my brand new white sheets and pulled them out of the drier moldy..not cool man. Not cool.

The place is filthy and hot. No ac and sometimes you even have to ask them to open the back door for a cross breeze. Now the thing thats truly unprofessional and most annoying- is that they have a huge fenced in parking lot in back, with an entrance right there for easy unloading. They dont use it! Its empty! You have to park on the street! Its amazing they could care so little for their customers. I asked about it, and got some racist hint about the wrong people hanging out back there... its fenced in!! Come out of your air conditioned cubby with the tv in it, and tend to your customers needs.

I dont normally review anything but for this plave I am making an exception. The worst experience I have ever had at a washerteria. No bathroom for customers. Filthy, many non-wornon-working washers and dryers and very hot inside due to no reconditioning.

Very dirty attendant grumpy alwayssss.No ac so in the summer you sweat to death.No thx for 50 cents more a load Ill go where its clean. Ppl are friendly and where its cool .

Ill-mannered employee, no seating area, and after spending $$$ and hours on loads of laundry and buying snacks - they would NOT let me use their restroom. Find an alternative location for laundry.

They are prompt and affordable with their wash and fold by the pound services.
