Let me first say THANK YOU to the owner of the establishment for opening up in the aftermath of a hurricane, second to the PATIENT, ATTENTIVE, CARING and FRIENDLY laundry attendant and thirdly to the community that keep this local establishment flowing. My first visit was Sunday morning. I was greeted so welcoming I felt like I should of worn my slippers and robe. The laundry attendant made sure that my careless mistake of leaving my laundry detergent didn’t get carried away by intentional thieves. She was very calming and welcoming. The facilities was very clean and operational. The owner was on site and friendly. Rarely you see an owner of a business comfortable enough to speak with patrons. The vending machines had a great selection and they was operating as well. The prices was detailed on the machines. There are a mask mandate as well. There are plenty of dryers and machines to accompany the community. And drop off service is available as well. The only thing that is missing is the community taking advantage of the wonderful establishment!

******The laundromat is in the building in the middle of the parking lot. Not the strip mall***Neighborhood laundromat. Two ladies manage it and they don’t play. Clean new updated digital machines and they have WiFi. They have a wash & fold service as well.

I hate having to go to the washateria but this one is the exception! This place is always clean and the machines are always well maintained. This time I was pleasantly surprised to see that all of the machines were brand new! I was also glad to see that the very nice lady attendant was still there because I usually have questions about what settings I should be using on the machines or how to wash certain materials and she is always patient, kind and knowledgeable. She really runs that place well and treats all of her customers kindly and with respect. I highly recommend this washateria!

Always clean and very friendly staff. The prices are the best in the city. Always plenty of machines. Never any damages done to my clothes or never missing any clothes. All machines are new. I wont go anywhere else so happy to have found this one.

This was the 3rd laundromat I tried here in New Orleans today. I walked out of two others earlier in the day for being filthy. This place was clean and efficient and the staff was very helpful. As long as I have to go to the laundromat, Ill be heading here. Also the graffiti art on the walls is amazing.

I have to say that this neighborhood laundry mat is A + in my book. After trying several in the area, I won’t go anywhere else. It’s always clean and has lots of machines and tables. More than this, the ladies who serve the customers are such a delight. In addition to being quick and efficient, they are typical New Orleans ladies- personable, sweet and full of personality. You can tell they love their job, which speaks volumes about the place.

Very friendly staff. I have never been to this location before and had lots of questions. The kind lady attending was very patient and helpful. I liked that there were different size machines to use for large bedding. Everything is coin pay but they do have a change machine inside. They also have a soap powder and fabric softener coin dispenser too. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Laundromat is in a good location. Employees are very nice and helpful. The ladies keep the area clean and safe. The new washers and dryers are a nice improvement.

Our dryer is currently getting repaired at home and this location costs 25cents for 8 minutes of drying clothes. And it literally took me 24 minutes to dry three loads of clothes. The total price was $2.25. This place is amazing!!!

Its close to Dollar General and Food while you do Laundry, Coin Operated, money changer in case you dont have quarters 7am-8pm so stop washers about 7pm, mostly crowded except early, mid afternoon or later but they offer Dry n Fold service, just drop it off itll get done, measured by the pound used to be .99/lb a deal, convenient for busy folks, Nice area, neighborly people

It was nice I met some people that I know over there.

I like the variety of machines, better prices for dryer minutes, all the seating options, clean bathroom, natural light, two entrances, easy parking while shopping for groceries etc. My favorite laundromat with friendly personnel, now offering free coffee and WiFi!

Large space, but can still get crowded. Been coming here for a year. Main pet peeve is that on each visit at least 25% of the washers and dryers are out of order, which means waiting time.
