Office couldnt make appointment so I had to go in and make appointment. Arrived at 7:30 for a 8:00 appointment. I saw my car in the parking lot from about 8:50 to 9:30. When I check to see when they would be done. They had been done for awhile and didnt call or text me. I was in the waiting room during this time.
These guys truly know what they are doing and they are Quick about it.

I got my FORD 250 Super Duty Crew Cap over there for Repairs and let me tell you something 🙂 THESE PEOPLE over there just as amazing as you can think of.. Starting at 8 oclock in the morning for Front /Rear Brakes, Oil Change, Transmission/Cooling Exchange and Alignment !! Truck was ready within 5,5 hours and even after a short complain that my Brakes are doesnt feeling RIGHT lol.. without Hesitation the Supervisor and Installer (Independently) were driving with me around and checked on them!! I must say I just checked on their SERVICE and they didnt Disappointed me.. While I asked for a Military Discount AFTER I received my Bill for my Service, I got an immediately FREE OIL CHANGE for the next Time!!! 🤠 These People are the BEST 😂 and I only can recommend them for your FULL Car Service..!!! Prices are Fair and NOT OVERBOARD!!!😉THANKS BLUE BONNET !!!

Stooped in to grabs some parts for my truck. Guys at the parts counter were quick and efficient. Was amazed when I looked in the repair bay at all the new vehicles up on lifts!
The staff at the Quick Lane was nice, informative and exceeded my expectations. In particular Jose was awesome! The waiting area was the most fantastic thing I’ve ever experienced when it comes to something being comfortable and making a two hour wait time feel like nothing! They have an indoor play area for kids, a complimentary soda fountain and coffee area and plenty of comfortable cozy places to sit. I will be going to them for all of my car maintenance from now on! Highly recommend them!

No quick lane 4 hr wait
I take my Ford Fussion here because the service is usually great. I took my car in to have an oil change and tires rotated. That evening I noticed several lugnuts had the ends missing. When I took the car in for them to look at I was told that happens and I could go to Auto Zone and buy good metal ones. You would figure since it happened there they would fix the problem. This shows how they stand behind their work.

Super helpful, came by late Friday night and they were able to get my oil change done within an hour. They also noticed a plastic part underneath my car that needed to be secured and then fixed it right up. Looks like they have a great new set of people working now in the fast lane area. Nice waiting area and a super clean dealership in general.
This is the worst quick lane I have been to. After using 6 dealerships in 5 states in the last 20 years, this one is by far the worst. I have gone to a single service bay dealership and got faster service, and they were at least apologetic about taking so long. The Bluebonnet service advisor seemed irritated that I even asked how long an oil change and tire rotation would take. After this I will go back to changing my own oil. At least then Ill be done faster.

My husband and I always bring our vehicles to Bluebonnets Quick Lane! This location is amazing, and the staff is very nice and accommodating! We recently had to service our F350 dually for the 5th time, because of a reoccurring stem valve issue (which should be recalled). Our vehicle was fit in the same day, and Chris Cameron handle everything swiftly and with the upmost care. We are very satisfied with our service, and would definitely recommend this location to anyone! They also have delicious pastries in the service waiting area! 😁😊

The last two times I went there Ive had poor service . I pay to have my interior detailed. First time, they cleaned half of my interior. Second time, they charged me but didnt clean it at all. Their remarks were Well catch you next time. Thats what they said the last time. Also, neither time did they call me to let me know my truck was done. I had to call them.
First off I’ve been twice now for a standard oil change. 3 HOURS, yes 3 hours each time. Secondly, I went in to have a drivers side mirror blinker repaired on my 2015 F150 King Ranch and was told that I can’t just have the blinker replaced for a cost of $200.00 because when the mechanic took the mirror apart the bracket the blinker mounts to was broke, and I need to have the entire mirror replaced at a cost of $ 1500.00. I said not to fix it until I shop around for a better price. Once I got home something just did not feel right about what I was being told so I pulled my truck in the garage at my house and began to pull the mirror apart to check for myself the nature of this damage, and to my amazement I noticed that the mirror was never pulled apart as suggested by the the service tech and the man sitting behind the glass writing up the paperwork. Folks, I was lied to! Mad a heck I stormed back to the service center told the man that lied to my face that I want a manager. Went into the managers office and was told in a nut shell that due to the looks of the damage the service tech assumed that internal damage occurred and a complete new mirror was the only option. Lie #2! Long story short they agreed to cover the cost of the blinker and that it was in stock. I walk over to the parts dept to pick up the blinker and was told it was not in stock. I said “are you kidding me”? The service mgr. just called over here and said you have it. So I had to wait till the next day for the part, go in to pick it up and the guy at the parts counter says, ok “ that will be $200.00” I’m about to pull my hair out. I told him to call the service guy that it’s supposed to be a no charge. The parts guy calls the service Mgr and the Mgr. denied he ever told me it was a no charge Lie # 3! In the end I went up the ladder till I got closure in my favor! It’s my humble opinion that this dealership is not looking out for the customer, they are up charging customers and taking advantage of them whenever possible. Only reason I go back is because I purchased a 3 year warranty package that includes my oil changes. Be aware a question all your told from these individuals.
FALSE ADVERTISING BEWARE - Got a coupon for a free oil service in the mail went by dropped off the truck and showed them the coupon - they didn’t say anything until I dropped off the truck when I came back they charge me for the full price and said the coupon wasn’t a coupon just - they simply laughed and made me pay to get my truck back - never again!
Very quick and very nice people
Service was fast and helpful. Sometimes they get a little backed up but theres a nice waiting area with comfortable seats and great snacks. Other places Ive gotten my oil changed end up putting you in a room like the DMV so this was a welcome change of pace.

Everytime a visit goes well, its not long before something happens that makes me wonder why I used the service at this place. My wife had her 2010 explorer serviced including a transmission flush during the last visit. All was ok for several months but once it got hot outside, I noticed transmission fluid on the garage floor. It kept getting worse as it got hotter outside. My wife took it in to bluebonnet to have it looked at. You cant check the fluid level since it has no dip stick and we did not want the transmission to get too low as we though maybe a seal was leaking. Service guy said they were backed-up and it would be a minmum of a week before they could look at it. This was not acceptable so we took it to a transmission specialist. They discovered that the transmission was 3 quarts too full of transmission fluid and it was going out the over flow that is inside the bell housing and all over the floor in my garage. I have no confidence in the service abilities of this place. There is no excuse for overfilling the transmission other incompetence.

Oil changed in the morning, got home in the evening after being out all day only to discover that my truck had dumped oil in my driveway all day.Awesome job guys. AWESOME.Oh, and since its Saturday night I have to wait til Monday to get this addressed.How do you get an oil change wrong?

2 tires and a oil change 3 hours. Going elsewhere to have the transmission serviced.Edit : 2/22/20 Returned for a recall and had transmission serviced. It was done in a reasonable amount of time.
