Ive came into this office because my neighbor referred me and Ive been struggling to find a job for a few months now. I was helped by Mayra Im not very computer savvy so she helped me through the whole application process and now I start working Monday with great pay and close to my home! I have worked for Surge since 3/16. i have worked at 2 great pay places. One of the places i got hurt on the job. They made sure i had an income while on light duty by letting me work at the office doing odds and ends. Monica,Vanessa and Crystal will help you if you are honest to them. I have no complaints, so i sent my son up there and many others with no complaints. Go in there with a good attitude and ready to work and they will look out for you. Period.....

Wow, I have been through many temps companies . And I must say that, across the board, Surge staffing is by far the best temp co, that I have dealt with. They have great customer service and a very friendly atmosphere. I highly recommend speaking with chrystal or vanessa. They are both so very helpfully.

Nick Tefft contacted my friend regarding a job interview. He was very nice and communicated perfectly, until the day she was supposed to hear back about getting the job. She called him FOUR times, and left several messages asking for him to inform her if she got the job or not. He has yet return her call. It is excruciatingly unprofessional, rude, and horrible for business. If zero stars were an option, thats what they would get.

My friend worked through here hes been waiting 3 weeks for his final paycheck my husband went to work through them thinking hed be dealt with differently but no my husband still hasnt received his paycheck instead theyll give you a card and say its suppose to have money on it but it wont

The unprofessionalism embodied and absence of personal priorities at this establishment border on imbecilic and heartless. The places they assign you to are no better than they. Theres a hefty amount ($100) taken out of your first check that is unannounced to you, before you start working. In all honesty, they received one star only because a star is required. There establishment should be shut down for their reprehensible ignorance alone.

I worked for the place called tasco. Got fired because me and an employee had an altercation. When i called surge they ended my assignment with them too without knowing the details from both sides. Unprofessional and u are just a paycheck to them. They do not look out for thier employees

They are very unorganized. They never have jobs thats close to home. That front desk chick Monica shes very rude and doesnt know how to do her job. She say she going to always call you but never do. Im done trying with this BullShit of a company they are, I been on with them for a couple of months and only worked a week with 1 company. I dont advise nobody to apply with them or even waist your time. Cause they waisting everybodys time including mines.

I am writing this review on behalf of a friend D. Meacham. He went to a job fair a few weeks ago, where this staffing compnay was there, represented by Monica Cantu. She was very professional & courteous. She followed up with him & after a weeks or so he was hired temp to perm with a great company! He also had the opportunity to meet with the other staff Angelica & Betzi at the garland location. He said he found them to be equally courteous & pleasant. Althoough, Im writing on behalf of my friend. Ive had the pleasure of speaking with Monice 2Xs & found her to be very professional & pleasant. Wow! I dont know what to say about the other negative reviews, maybe these are new people, but D Meacham said he would definitely recommend this particular staffing agency to others!

Worst staff. The people who work behind the desk are literally screaming at you when they get mad. Literally, no staff is as bad as this one.

People in the office our very nice and ask questions before they just throw you in a job. They really care.......

Getting sick of these leeches, they only get in the way of employers and employees (The people that actually work to get paid).Also, charging for background and drug tests($50)? Really? Isnt it enough to get paid by someones work, now you want to add fees to that?

I called the office asking to speak to my recruiter and they told me that he is no longer in the company, this agency lost a good employee. Something is wrong with this company. It is no use this temporary they steal peoples checks and to get rid of you they give you a card that cannot be activated and they also charge you $ 30 to give it to you
