Cant even give them a 0 ⭐. What a joke, I see online that the tires I need are in stock, ready for pickup. Get there to be told I need to order them online and set up a installation time. So I do, I get home and order them online, they are still stated to be in stock. My appointment was at 2 today. Got there a few minutes early and Im told my appointment got cancelled..sure enough, they sent me a email at 2 saying it was cancelled. Now I cant reschedule the install until Friday, 3 days away.I can pick them up and get them installed elsewhere, so thats what Im going to do. But if Id known that the Walmart service department was such a joke, I wouldve had them delivered to my house, which would have been next day and had them installed already.And that guy Mike is a dipspit with very poor customer service skills.Zero stars, wont ever bother with them again.Update.. went back to pick up the tires that Walmart online customer service said were there ready for pickup... only to find out that the online customer service representative CANCELLED the order completely, and they didnt have my tires.WALMART auto New Braunfels Texas ..if you want to try, good luck.

I dont really use the walmart Automotive but I recently purchased a battery for my vehicle because of the low priced they offered. I.needed help changing the battery so i asked the guy at the desk which wasnt very customer service experienced so he said its included in the purchase and to go tt one of the guys in the garage so I did and the guy says, yeah we can change it in about 2 hours or longer and its 6 15 pm and they close at 7 as there was one guy pulling in tires and another guy doing nothing but talking and the guy I spoke to was just walking when i stopped him. He said the other cars were priority cause they were here first and as I looked into the garage there was one vehicle with an open hood but yet they couldnt change my battery which h takes about 15 maybe 20 minutes . It seemed like he just didnt wanna do it..as I was lvg the other guys were still doing nothing so they put a bad taste in my mouth and if you dont want to change a battery then get another job....really disappointed in the auto dept....
Usually change my own oil. Had the wife get oil change a few weeks ago and noticed oil leaking heavily on our driveway since. Checked the basics and THE OIL FILTER was NOT even hand-TIGHTENED and it was the same old filter I put on the last time I changed the oil. I would not send my worst enemy here. I would check your plug and your filter to start after you get oil changed in this joke of a shop. Complete carelessness. A new 6.2L engine bc some kid didn’t remember the other half of his job?
This Walmart auto center is a joke! Ive came here to Automotive care center for the 3rd straight day and the previous days I have came here the associates told me that they were booked until close and it was 3:30 pm on both previous days and now its Monday and I was the first one to come in to just balance and rotate my tires and now that Im here it took 2 hours to finish my rotation and balance... The Walmart in Shertz is my fav place to go but since I work in New Braunfels this is my only option.
Im sitting in the waiting room with my car untouched at 11:30 am. My appointment was for 10am, I sat in my car for 30 minutes waiting to get service. After I handed them the keys the price of install on each tire went from $25 per tire to $34 even though $25 was written down when I made the appointment and their website claims their hazard warranty is $25 with install. Now Im being told that the 4 viva tires they had in stock miraculously got stolen this morning and are now trying to upsell to the $84 assurance tires. This is the literally the worst customer service experience Ive ever been apart of. Im just trying to get out of here and never look back... Makes me worried about whatever tires theyre going to install, we will see Ive been left in the waiting room again so theres that too.

The service guy who answered all my questions regarding the problems I was having with my cars alignment and needing rotation etc ...was so great so down to earth and so caring and HONEST I felt ....I really appreciated him and will definitely take my car there in the future to get it fixed when I can afford it..I couldnt go that day because I had just got laid off from job and was asking pricing ...so waiting for more funds.... but very impressed by the young man whos name I feel ashamed I didnt write down....so I unfortunately forgot

Went in to ask about repairing a flat and they wouldn’t walk out to look at the tire to get the size. So I drove to discount and they came right out and took my truck in right away and fixed it for free... just go to discount for tires
We sat and waited for one hour before someone Came and “wrote us up” we had previously gotten our oil changed so we were already in the system. The guy informed us he could not change our oil because the “rules had changed” and tried to up sell us on a more expensive brand. Oh and he coughed in my face. Would give zero stars if it let me.
It took them 30 minutes to just try to get me signed up for an oil change (the man who worked there kept having problems with the tablet)....And then it took them about 2 1/2 hours to change my oil when there was only 1 car ahead of mine.For the oil change, they didn’t even do the complimentary vacuuming that all the other Walmarts do. Additionally, they didn’t turn off my oil change alarm.The same thing happened when I went here back in August; however, I thought it was going to be just a one time thing.Also, the waiting room is extremely dirty.Please improve, ya’ll.
Let me start with the good. Alfredo, the guy who works inside is VERY friendly and customer service oriented. So big plus for that! However... The few employees that are outside, and believe me I have had 2 and a half hours to watch them do the 1 cars oil change in front of mine, the oil change employees, not only are there not enough of them... They have ZERO sense of urgency... They dont hurry, at all! The lady from outside, I would rather not mention by name, walked around and did zero work for 30 straight minutes... She wasnt rude in her interactions with people but she also was in no hurry to get the vehicles serviced either. I know Walmart is a cheaper option for oil change but ITS NOT WORTH IT!
Lied and told me couldn’t perform oil change because of stripped drain plug threading. Shop confirmed no damage whatsoever to the threading. Avoid if possible.
Showed up right at 8, first car there. Just needed a new tire put on. Again first car there, it took 2 hrs just for them to pull the car in. Then I watched it sit there for the next hr and a half! It took 3 1/2 hrs for them to put a tire on. I saw alot of lazy walking around by the employees! Guy at the counter is just worried about going to lunch, and talking to other employees about it, and not helping customers! Jeez man!

When I stopped to get a tire changed after a nail getting stuck in the tire and starting to go flat, I was basically told they did not have time to change it and no one was there to do it. This is even after seeing a worker rotating and balancing tires. I was then recommended to go somewhere else in the morning with complete disregard and they could have at least checked the tire. Never going back...definitely lost my business!
Had to get 2 new tires and they were fast and efficient. Very good price. They were actually pretty nice too. Sometimes that is hard to find there. I highly recommend them for tires.
I took my car there to get a set of tires mounted and balanced. While re installing wheels one of my lug bolts snapped off inside the wheel. My technician, Matt, informed me of this and assumed responsibility rather than trying to hide it or shift the blame. I was told to have it fixed elsewhere and that I would later be compensated for the cost which they did. I cant speak for everyone there but Matt is a great guy
I was on the road driving and had a flat they got me in out out quick. Even though they were about to close. I had a long drive back home and was happy to have a safe tire.
NEVER AGAIN! Was the 1st car in line for an oil change it is now 9:15 and they still haven’t even pulled my car in to start. This place is very poorly operated and the saving just aren’t worth it!
I got off of work late and went to get some badly needed tires. I was told they may not be able to help me because they were going to close. The Automotive manager looked at my tires and stated that he would stay late to help me be get some tires since he felt it wouldnt be safe for me to drive. I truly appreciate their thoughtfulness and willingness to go the extra hour. Thank you again.
Took two hours to just swap a tire and when my tire was done nobody called me. I mentioned it to another customer and Mel the cashier just gave a lot of attitude and excuses. I wouldn’t have come here if it wasn’t a Sunday and my trailer on a jack. I won’t be back.
Have warranty on tires and they didnt change them, road hazzard! Also said i had an alighment problem.. I just tighten bulbs to tire and it stop making noise
No complaints here, got some new tires for the taxi today. I was amazed how quickly the process went. Excellent service,would recommend to anyone!!!

I took the car to make the oil change, however they told me that they could not do it since a plug was forcibly placed and that if they removed it would break. Therefore, the oil change was not carried out. All good so far, but a few days later we realized that they did not put the plug or cover, (above) so the entire engine was filled with oil, splashing up to the windshield. We do not return to say anything, because we believed that it did not happen to adults. The oil change was done by someone else and everything was fine. Without any problem.On a second and last occasion, the purchase of tires was made, they were installed but they did not put a bolt or screw, I do not know what it is called, this, on the side of the co-pilot. Nor did the wheel covers put them well, which already on the way, the one on the same side flew out.
