Its been a while since I have had a good nail salon experience and I was so excited to finally have that happen today! My nail tech was super great- he did a fantastic job. And when he applied the polish and it was gummy and thick he happily took it off and let me pick a new color that I am so happy with!

Only problem: they don’t pay attention to detail with pedicures. They never actually paint all of the surface of nails. I walk out with scrub still on my legs. And even though I tell them straight across they inevitably cut sides of toenails. And they get the top coat everywhere. They only rub top I’ve leg during message. And it is lightest rubbing. Not even massage.

The inside is pretty and big, plenty of stations for manicures&pedicures. They even have a separate area with kids pedicure chairs! So super cute. Came here a couple of times with nieces&that just makes it even more fun for them. Love the complimentary drinks& that theres several to choose from. Coming here feels like a full day of pampering

Ive seen Lee twice now for manicures and he has been amazing. Hes super funny and fun to talk to while getting a manicure. When I get my nails done with him, he is by far the quickest.

Ive been coming here for 4 times. BEST in the area, for sure. Been back recently, felt totally clean, and safe. I LOVE !! Definitely will come again.

We come here sometimes to treat ourselves and this time it was for my birthday! Lee was wonderful. The service was great and the drinks were delicious.Thank you guys so much for making me feel special on my birthday!

We love Winnie!! She does mine and my moms nails & does amazing!! Kevin has also done my nails and did great! He even put an extra coat on my shellac because he knew my job at a Vets office was rough on my polish. Don’t go if you are in a rush because they take their time & make sure you like it each step of the way. Also, have a great punch card reward that adds up to $25 off.

I have been here twice now! Once for a pedicure with a friend- and then again today to get a acrylic gel fill. I like how they turned out. They were beautifully done and for a great price.

Very slow service (we were there for over 1.5 hours for 2 pedicures, at the same time) and the technician doing mine and my friends nails were in their own world. They would get up and disappear for 5 minutes and come back and continue with no warning. If it was the best pedicure I had ever received I wouldnt have minded the time, but it was mediocre at best. They also charged an extra $20 for a shellac nail polish.My friends nail got messed up because the technician didnt put the foam toe separator on far enough and it rubbed her wet toenail. When she came back to get it fixed she was blamed and her original tech didnt even fix it.

My nails last about 3 weeks, and would probably be longer but I dont like the new growth look. They have tons of colors to choose from. I Highly recommend it!

My daughter and I visited Bijou Nail Salon today and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Most salons in town make my pedicures feel rushed and I never feel like I get what I’m paying for. At Bijou, they take their time and make sure you get exactly what you want. They even use timers to ensure you’re getting the foot and leg massages for the amount of time you paid for. The staff is very friendly and professional as well. Highly recommend!

My sister and i went to get pedicures for the first time and when we sat down, her chair was dirty and her water was cold. when my lady was doing my toes, the shaping was good but did not remove my ingrowns to my liking after i told her i didn’t like it. she burned me bad with the towels and when i was showing it burned, there was no care and continued. my fave was red and sweating. then she left polish on my cuticles and it looked messy. i will not be coming back here and instead to my regular place.

Everyone here is absolutely amazingly and extremely friendly! Each nail tech I have been to does an excellent job and they always take their time even when it’s busy. I highly recommend Bijou as your go to nail salon!

Great environment! Very inviting and stylish inside. Staff were in good spirits as well as very accommodating too! Tommy was cautious and understanding with my sensitivity to the heat of the water and hot towels. A lot of selections and options to choose from. I got a manicure and pedicure combo. Drinks were very refreshing and yummy as well! Everything was very organized and clean! I hope staff can maintain such a great spa and friendliness to customers! Very impressed and happy. Honestly didnt give Bijou the chance they deserved solely from being a regular with another salon and now I truly regret it. Just from walking in the door, they were immediately attentive. Helping you navigate their services and products, considering theyre products truly are top of the line and exceptional. NOW, let me introduce you to Tommy and John who truly made this experience what is was, absolutely amazing. They truly pampered my friend and I. They use real fruit in your pedicures. Genuine people here and you will 100% get more than you paid for.

Went in to get a mani pedi and was recommended to choose from a specific nail palette in an effort to get the same color for both nails and toes (shellac for toes, dip for nails). After getting home, I noticed my nails and toes were very different colors after paying almost $150. My toe nails have already chipped, even after getting shellac less than 12 hours ago

I would highly not recommend Bijou nail bar. I requested a basic pedicure with shellac and the price was outrageous. During the service the water was super cold and the lady was on her phone while trying to massage my feet. I could not believe she was doing that...texting with one hand and the other lightly rubbing my foot. Please do not go here. I don’t have high expectations for many places but this was just absolutely terrible. The lady was a young girl with a side pony tail.

Stopped into Bijou for a deluxe pedicure and I was really happy with the quality of the pedicure and selection of colors. I have been here numerous times for manicures and decided to change it up with a pedicure. I will definitely be back!

I used this salon for a pedicure months ago and the tables on the chairs were filthy. Because this place is close to my home, I decided to give them another chance. Big mistake! Annie was rude and seemed annoyed with me the whole time. Then, I’m a nurse and she left my nails super sharp on the edges. I also had polish all over me. Lastly, she left my right thumb a different shape and length than my left. Save your money!

My boyfriend and i went in for Combo green tea mani pedis, i got a gel polish along with it. When it came time to start the massages my boyfriends masseuse was too fast and obviously complained the entire time about my boyfriends feet (hes been in martial arts since he was 5 so theyre a bit messed up). My masseuse was too hard, the sugar scrub started to hurt, he went to hard with the first lotion and didnt have enough time left over to properly apply the second lotion. The gel polish on my toes is great and im sure like all toe nail polish, this will stay on during a nuclear blast. My fingernail gel on the other hand didnt even get done properly, my thumb nail is messed up. I spent $214.00 with an 18% tip, it wasnt worth it but you live and you learn. Overall, in the end i will not be returning.

Ive been here once with my girlfriends and once with my 6 year old daughter and had great experiences both times. Its nice and clean and the decor gives it a luxurious feel. This has quickly become my go-to place for pedicures! They offer a wide variety of other services like microblading, eyelash extensions, facials, and massages in addition to typical mani and pedi options. Try this place out, you wont regret it!

I live out of town but had business to take care of in New Braunfels and was referred to Tommy here at Bjou Nail Lounge by someone from TX DPS... I was not disappointed.. service is great and a great experience... the Mimosas were great too

Lee and Evonne were great! My mom and I got pedicures and they were very friendly and Lee was so funny he had us laughing the entire time. Whenever you are in New Braunfels you should for sure check them out.

They are attentive to your needs, provide phenomenal customer service and you are ALWAYS happy when you leave, not to mention how much fun it is to visit the salon. I highly recommend go to.

Should have gone to signature nails and got a real pedicure-gobs of polish left on my big nail-scratched my foot but managed to miss all of the callus???-did they even do anything on my heel?

I heard great things about this nail salon from friends, so I naturally wanted to try it out. The nail tech I had did come off as welcoming and nice. I asked her which pedicure she preferred, and she pointed to the pedicure volcano spa boxes and asked me to pick one. Long story short, I was charged for the Luxury Paris Pedicure $85! I looked at the menu’s description for this pedicure, and I didn’t get some of the things that it came with. Her shoulder/neck massage was uncomfortable and terrible. This was very disappointing. I hope the manager reads this.

This is very booji. I enjoyed my experience, and was very educational. This isnt a small dinky place either, you can tell they are a happening place as soon as you walk in. I highly recommend it!!!

She did a great job on my dip and went over and above to make sure I was satisfied and offered me a great solution to a concern that I had regarding a previous negative experience at Bijou. The facility is very clean. I feel safe there. The Staff is friendly And make you feel welcomed and appreciated.Most importantly, My nails and toes look much better when I leave.

Yvonne was absolutely wonderful, did a perfect job on my nails and they have lasted and are still strong! not a single nail came out crooked or uneven, she was very friendly and didn’t take long. in and out in under an hour. definitely my go-to place from now on!

The place is nice and so are the drinks. But thats about it. I came with a picture of what I wanted. At first they said they could but i got the complete opposite of what I wanted. The shellac on my feet looks terrible and I absolutely hate my nails. The designs arent even symmetrical. Save your time and money. Def wasnt worth it

I made an appointment on the phone. I left work early to get there on time. They left me waiting for over 20mins. I found Luxx Nail Salon online and they had availability. I left this place. Terrible customer service. One other woman was left waiting too.

I love love love coming here to get my nails done. It is so nice inside and clean. The entire staff is super sweet and accommodating! Annie has done my nails the past few times and does perfect on them. She takes her time and you can tell she absolutely loves her job, she always makes sure my nails are exactly how I want them. I decided to try this nail salon in 12/10/2020.I was the only customer in the salon. Lights were dim; and a male nail tech took me to his station. I said I wanted shellac nails. He immediately started working on my nails before I chose my color; another tech brought the color choices to me. I chose the color, showed him which one. He took a color off the shelf, and when he put it the first nail, I told him it was not the color I chose. He did get another color, but it was still not the one I told him I wanted. He was very rough filing my nails, then he started trimming my cuticles. He cut, not one, but 3 of my cuticles. One, so deep, it kept bleeding throughout the whole manicure! He was not too concerned! No customer care!I told him he needed to take care of the blood, and he nonchalantly dabbed a cotton ball on the cut! It kept bleeding, while was working on my other nails. Then...he sprayed the alcohol on my nails, on my did that hurt! I immediately put my nails in the bowl of water. He said, “I sorry”! I told him I better not get an infection, he said “no, infection”!I had asked for a mani and pedi, so after the nail issue, he said, you go to chair for pedi! I said, no, I’m done!I went to the counter to pay! He charged me the whole price! I said you owe me a discount! He took off $5.00. I refused to leave a tip!I will NEVER go in this salon again. Worst experience ever!

Second time being here and it never disappointed me in any way. It never made me upset! Big color selection, clean, spacious and great staff. The technician who painted my nails did a great job, took her time and my nails came out fantastic. Would definitely recommend this place to my friends and I would most likely come back again!!!

I loved my previous nail salon, but my husband and I changed to Bijou. We both love our nail technicians at Bijou. Tommy does my dip nails carefully and thoroughly. He takes his time and makes sure that my nails are perfect. Yvonne does my husbands manicures and pedicures. Not only does she do a perfect job, Yvonne is also very kind and caring. We love Bijou nails.

I got the sole dip powder and she painted it on my nails. DO NOT GET TINA SHE OBVIOUSLY HAS NO IDEA WHAT TO DO. I have never had such horrible service. DO NOT GO THERE. SAVE YOUR MONEY

This is my second time coming here and I liked it. I am starting to like this place more and more. On my next appointment my manicurist did some nail art for a trip I was taking and was able to copy a picture from Pinterest. Simply amazing! The place is clean, service is wonderful and the outcome is fantastic. It is always busy. I will absolutely keep on coming and recommend this place.

I made an appointment with Becky the day before. Whenever I came in the following morning the secretary told me that she had called in stating that she was exhausted and that she had not put me down for her appointment. What kind of business allows employees to make appointments with customers and not even let them know that their nail tech will not be able to come in. Mind you, the secretary didnt even offer me another different nail stylist she basically just booted me out. Let me add, that I spent $75 on dip nails and they didnt even last three days. They will not be getting my money again. I do not recommend!!!!

The only thing that was decent was the mimosa. I paid for a green tea pedicure. My feet were still rough, toe nails filed uneven & the nail polish actually cracked & peeled completely off the same day. Will not be returning.

I went to go get a my toes and nails done here and i ended up getting a ingrown toe and had to leave with one hand done because they messed up. they drilled my nails to where i had no nail left and made me come back the next day to fix them but wouldnt give me my money back and gave me a gift card instead for next time when there wont even be a next time. terrible costumer service, terrible job on my nails and now i lost out of 82$ because there is no way im returning to this place.

The best nail salon ! Every time I go Im happy with my nails. It took me years to find a salon that I would leave happy from. The staff is awesome and everything is so clean. I love and always recommend anyone that ask about my nails to them.

I came for the first time today without an appointment. My nail technician was Lee and he was super kind and funny. Personally, I’ve been getting my nails done for 5 years and even do nails on my own at times. I know exactly what I like which is very long coffin shaped nails. Some nail techs have trouble with long nails and also don’t shape them well, but Lee executed them perfectly. He will definitely become my new go-to!

Make sure to book an appointment!! They get busy and its understandable why considering the great service for such a low price. The nail techs all know what they are doing and will make sure you love the shape and color of your nails. Of all the places I have been to get my nails done I enjoy Bijou Nail Lounge above them all.

Its a beautiful relaxing environment, the complimentary drinks are amazing, I personally had Yvonne and I am so far beyond impressed. I said I wanted a design and wasnt sure and she saw a tattoo I have on my arm and she said she was going to do it and it is so amazing, the picture doesnt do it justice. Ive gotten so many compliments already over the 2 days Ive had them done! I have complete trust to let her use her artistic expression for any design we think of! I love it! Im not going to anyone else anymore!

Even during COVID- still have not had to wait more than a few minutes. They do a good job on mani & pedi- sanitation is on point. They also have a punch-card for services done. They always with smiles. They also serve beverages, and adult FANCY beverages too!!

Today was my first visit here, and let me just say how EXCELLENT and STELLAR the customer service is! I had solar nails put on and they were the best quality solars I have ever had. Unfortunately I left the store and ended up breaking one of the nails, totally my fault, I called and even though they were closed my technician Anna, kindly redid my injured nail to perfection. I cannot stress enough how friendly, considerate, and kind she was. 10/10 recommend and will be coming back each month for my spa needs!!!!

Great place if you want quiet. The nail techs dont talk to you at all. They did offer me drink as soon as I sat down. Also, trimmed more my toe when I asked. Lastly they have an amazing selection of polish with tons of bright color choices.

They did a great job on my nails! The location is clean and they did a great job adhering to safety and sanitation laws. The decor is beautiful and you can tell they care about keeping things nice.

During a mani/pedi, wax was carelessly poured all over my leg and a velvet skirt my grandmother made for me over 10 years ago. Discount was not offered for such a horrible experience (had to ask, barely getting $10 off) and the lady was rude, surly and could have cared less when I came back with a dry cleaning quote since she repeatedly told me she would get it cleaned if I could not. She was never reprimanded in anyway. Owner was slow to respond and ultimately only offered discounted services as consolation. Useless to me since I would never want to give them my business again. My skirt was priceless because of the love and memories it holds having been handmade and despite cleaning will never be the same. Was so hurt from the experience, it took a long time for me to share but everyone should know how they handled this situation.

I called a day before to make an appointment, it was quick and easy. Upon walking in, we were greeted by friendly staff and taken right to our chairs. The Milk and Honey pedicure was just what I was needing!! The salon was beautiful and my technician was wonderful. Ill definitely be coming back!!

I went here with my soon to be mother in law for the first time to get a pedi, manicure, and eyebrow wax for my wedding happening this Saturday. Thomas did my pedicure and he did an amazing job. He was a lot of fun to talk to and took his time with the massage which was wonderful. I had Anna do my manicure and and eye brow wax. Even though I cannot sit still to save my life she was very patient with me and when Thomas pointed out the color I had chosen was just not showing up and the color was way to light she for my skin tone Anna suggested I put an ombré silver as the accent and it was everything I could have asked for. They both were very helpful and gave me advice on how to keep my highly dry skin moisturized. I would highly recommend Thomas and Anna. I will for sure only be coming here from now on.

Talked terrible about their competitors and the guy giving me a pedicure tried to sell me weed the entire time he was doing my feet. Seriously uncomfortable. Dip nails looked good for 3 days before chipping and breaking. Would not recommend.

Terrible experience! There was no communication on wait time, the were under staffed, and the AC vent in the ceiling was dripping on me. Save your time and money and go to a well established nail salon in town.Went in for a new full set of dip nail. I already had dip on my nails that needed to be soaked off. We were sat at chairs waiting there for awhile and then moved to different seats. Where we continued to wait and reminded them again we needed to soak off our drip. Finally bring out bowl to soak off for only one of us! Then had to ask again to soak my dip off. While soaking it came increasingly apparent that they were unorganized and experience was only going to get worse from here (as the AC started dripping on me). Decided to soak off my nails and forgo the new set. Left with portions of drip still on my nails and had to pay for the incomplete removal of my previous set.

The customer service from the moment you walk in the door is amazing. John did my pedicure. He was meticulous and made sure I was 100% happy. Will definitely return 😁😁

I arrived at Bijou nails at 6:30pm with a scheduled appointment for my nails toes and an eyebrow wax. Once I sat down the lady asked if I’d like to do my nails and toes at the same time I politely said no because I was relaxing. At 7:30 my toes were finished but all of the technicians left. The woman doing my toes then tells me that they can’t finish any of my other services because theirs no one there to do so. Everyone left before closing which is 8pm! Completely inappropriate. VERY DISRESPECTFUL! & id never recommend anyone.
