The first time I went to Omni Nails Bar it was great, so I decided to give it another shot. This time the color did not look at all like what was at the front and the shape was slanted and bumpy. The owner was really nice and said he would fix them for me. He changed the shape to be more oval and did shellac over the dip. He did not even look at them after the tip coat before I left. Just said to put under the light and good to go. They are still very messy and do not feel like they were worth the money or my 3.5 hours of being there. This was a terrible experience.

Amazing experience! The place itself is beautiful, clean, and looks so professional! All the receptionists and nail techs are so friendly. Bebe did my toes and was amazing and made me feel at home, and all the acrylic nail techs are fantastic. Great color selections and ability to do fun designs on acrylic nails. Would recommend for sure!

It was my first time here. Mimi did my nails and I was expecting to get an okay job, because not every nail tech can do stiletto nails very well. Boy did I get lucky, because Mimi did awesome work. Their was another lady next to me and her nails were super long and the nail tech who was working on her nails was doing gorgeous nail art on hers. That customer seemed very pleased. Needless to say, Mimi was quick and I loved my nails. This is a new nail bar that recently opened up and it’s very clean & beautiful. I got lucky as a walk-in on a Saturday and didn’t wait at all. My 17 yr. old on the other hand who fell in love with my nails walked-in on her day off on a Friday afternoon and they were busy. She waited about 25 minutes and had a gentleman do her nails. She was happy. We are definitely going back, since it’s closer and more convenient to my home. The location has easy access to drive in and out of w/plenty of parking. It’s where Payless use to be.

Great nails!! The lady Chi that did these beautiful nails was very nice and gentle. Her drilling skills are 🔥! I showed her a pic of what I wanted and she matched it . I would (am) go there again. Also, if you’re trying to find a affordable place that can do nail designs like this and get you out under 2 hrs, this is the place. And I would ask for Chi. Highly recommend this place.Went back to my newly found favorite nail place Omni and 🔥 nail tech Chi!! Once again left happy and loving my new look!I had missed my appointment with them the day before but rescheduled for the next day and ended up staying for the Milk & Honey pedi! Pricing is good especially for the service they provide.And I’m absolutely extremely picky. 😁 can’t wait for my next visit.4th visit and all I can say is THIS IS MY FAVORITE set yet!! Chi once again nailed (lol nailed) it !! There was a lil hiccup with my appointment but was completely fixed with great professionalism. Nothing big just a series of misunderstandings. I like reviews that are completely honest so I write mine this way if their service and/or how they confront a mistake was awful believe me I’d have nooo problem stating so, BUT this is not the case.The staff and owners are so friendly and professional! Plus have great nail techs like mine, Chi!Trust me this is the place for great nails both regular and design. I’m so excited that Omni Mail Nail Bar is now open!The salon is beautiful and they offer so many services. My nail girl is Sonja Ho and she is the best! She pampers her customers and does a great Hohn on my nails.I would recommend this mail salon to anyone who wants a great experience.

Space: A+Modern, clean, and posh.Pricing and service menu: AReasonable with a variety of services to choose from.Service: DIm moving from San Diego and in search of a new nail place. Went here 0930 on a Friday. They were able to accommodate right away. The lady [maybe the owner or manager] was very attentive with setting up my chair, water, etc. A male nail tech was assigned to me, did not say hello just went straight to removing my toe gel nail polish, cool whatver. I wanted the cappuccino pedicure and the presentation for the service was very nice. The service itself was lacking. The nail tech did not work on any cuticles, just clipped and filed my nails, which I had asked him to redo since the corners were still jagged and uneven. The nail polish job was something I could do with my left hand [Im right dominant]. It was my bad for paying $50+tip for this service but never again.

I went here today with really high hopes because of all the good things I heard. My sister and I got our eyebrows waxed and the people were so rude! The lady I had was very short with me and rushed me while I tried to get my sister and then myself situated. Then when we were done with our appointments my lady just walked out of the room not saying anything. Once I left them room she just handed me the ticket an walked away.The person at the front was also not very nice. I will not be returning.

I decided to go back and get my nails for school. I decided to take my sister and she got a set and I told her to make sure she get nail Polish and somehow whoever was doing her nails was trying to upsell with gel Polish because it was her first time getting them done. In my opinion they should have listened to her because she knew what she wanted And the person that was doing her nails was taking forever to start on them and was kept looking at his phone, we walked out of Omni with her nails being $50 And with a crooked pinky nail and if they actually listened to her it would have be only $35 instead of $50. I decided to get French tip nails and I asked for squared but some lady gave me a triangle shape/rectangle And she missed like a 1/2 of my finger on one of my nails And she seemed like she was in a rush. I never had a problem before but today was felt like they were rushing things and not getting our nails right.

Quality, quick and friendly service, even with a packed salon. My only area that has room for improvement, would be to put more than one coat of actual color polish on toe nails when using regular nail polish. Just so they will last a bit longer.

Ive been going to this nail salon since they were across the street, about two years. Chi is wonderful and the new place is immaculate. I go every 3 weeks at 2:30 for a manicure and there had never been a problem until they hired an incompetent reception who keeps taking walk-ins, making me wait up to 45 minutes. Today I went for my manicure and the owner told me my name had been marked no-show. That incompetent girl had written down my appointment for 12:30! The owner told me he could give me an appointment for TOMORROW!!! Im done with this place and I am going to find another nail salon. Obviously, the clients time isnt important to them.

Just had my nails done for the first time- I was so scared before appointment but I was greeted with such professionalism and warmth! Lan was my nail tech and Jessie helped me get signed in and the customer service was amazing!! I definitely recommend Lan if it’s your first time and dips are HER thing!! We had so much fun talking. I will be scheduling every 4 weeks with them. So sweet!! 🧡💖🌞

First timer. I did a walk-in and they were super quick getting me in a chair. I asked for a pedicure, and Naomi was an amazing tech. She was very attentive and super gentle when handling my toes. Ive never had as great of an experience at any nail salon as I have here at Omni.

This was my third time there. I always try 2-3 times because it may be just a single worker with an issue. First time my skin on the bottom of my feet peeled horribly after. Second time they cut my nail bed and I had to wait 4 months for a jagged cut to grow out of my nail. Just went again and they cut my nail crooked, cut the side of big toe and it’s scabbed over, cut my cuticles too close and they were messy with the nail polish. The manager was nice and tried to fix it but it was still bad. I do not recommend this place and feel awful that I spent money here.

Omni nails is the best! It’s beautiful inside and the massage chairs are the best! Plus they offer complimentary drinks (just two- come on people it’s not a bar!) Most importantly- don’t just walk in- schedule an appointment with SONIA (but don’t expect to get in right away because she’s popular!) She has been doing my nails for 4 years and is AMAZING!!! I always get compliments- she takes the best care of her clients!!

Rush, rush, rush is all they did. Didnt clean up the cuticles during the pedicure at all, my feet were back to rough by the next day and the nail polish was already falling off within two days! The tech, who didnt speak any English, could not understand anything I asked for, and seemed like she justed wanted to get out, almost like I was bothering her. I paid a good amount for something I feel was extremely subpar, no quality at all. I paid for two people, even tipped a good amount but will never go back. I see it as a lesson learned. They really need to get their stuff together and maybe learn a thing more about customer service, sorry to say. Off to find a quality nail salon.

My daughter and I both use Omni Nails regularly. We always make our appointments with Sonia. Sonia always does an amazing job on our nails. She takes time to make sure they are just right every time. The salon is always clean and the employees are kind and helpful we moved to New Braunfels a few years ago, and I visited several salons before finding Sonia. I knew the first time she did my nails, my search for a new nail tech was over. I absolutely recommend Omni Nails!

I got dip nails and within 3 hours one of my nails chipped. I went back and they said they would fix it for no charge. The lady who did my nails said she didn’t want to do an acrylic nail to match the length of my other nails, so instead just did dip on my natural nail. So the fixed nail was ridiculously short and didn’t match the color of my other nails. After 4 days of having this same set 4 other nails broke. When I called to see about getting a new set because obviously the set I got was not going to last my normal 2-3 weeks, the manager said that he could only fix the nails that were broken as he claimed it had almost been 2 weeks. Not sure how 4 days is equivalent to 14 days, but basically don’t waste your time going here. They don’t care about the quality of your nails!!

Love this place! Drinks are great, everything is clean and sanitary. I see Sonya, she’s amazing and I always leave so happy. Definitely the best nail salon in town.

Not worth it! I paid $50 and regret every penny of it. Quality of work is low. I had Bebe who rushed doing my nails. After 10 mins I noticed there’s still some spots not covered. She just put a think coat over it and said I shouldn’t move so much. After 30 mins of still with my hands under the fan I left. Taking my keys out of my purse did damage to the nail since it’s just a giant blob of nail polish. Waste of time and money. Not going back.

I really wanted to like this place. It was clean and the receptionist was friendly. Nail techs on the other hand seemed like they just wanted to get you in and out to take your money. I went to this place for the first time with my mom. I had a few bumps in my nail and lint stuck on my nail. Instead of removing the lint, Khan just painted over it and it left a bump. I told him about it and he seemed annoyed. I also said there was bumps on my other nail and he insisted it was just dust. I showed him closer and he finally fixed it. My moms nails were messed up even before going under the UV rays. She asked to get them fixed and BeBe just slapped another glob on top. I would not recommend. Please go somewhere else.I have pictures but not sure how to post it on a review. I uploaded them to the google photos. My moms nails are the blue ones.

I have been going to Lena for about five years. I was so excited when she and her husband opened their own salon. Their new location, Omni Nail Bar is top notch. Beautiful, relaxing environment and my nails always look amazing when I leave. They are very detailed and very conscientious about the quality of their work. I promise if you give them a try you won’t go anywhere else.

I had an awesome pedicure. Granddaughter enjoyed her first manicure, but the technician left her under the drying light until my pedicure was done!!

I been wearing nails over 25 years and this is the worst set I have ever had. By the time I got back to hotel 2 was off. Went back next day and the owner himself redid the two and charged me $5 after I had already paid them $55. Not to say within 2 days same 2 came off plus 4 more. Not breaking actually whole nail coming off. I’m a retired cosmetologist and never been so dissatisfied.

I have been seeing Lena for my nails for about 6 months now and she is the ABSOLUTE best!! I’ve shown her so many Pinterest and Instagram pictures of nail art and she not only recreates them on my nails but makes suggestions to make them even better! The salon is beautiful and clean. Went for a few pedis - the 2nd woman I got was Mai - she was great. She offered a massage so I booked a 30 min neck & shoulder one. It was good so booked another one for the following week. I called to say Id be a bit late and the guy who answered the phone said they didnt do messages. I had gotten one last week I told him. He just kept saying that they didnt offer like I was lying about it. Wont be back - pretty unprofessional- they took my money & made the appt last week.

I came for a pedí after work, and near closing time. They put me in HEAVEN! Wonderful service, staff, and service. I will be back!

I been there before and never had a bad experience but this time was different the girl was rushing and didnt give me what I pay for I got the $35 pedi but seems like she did the $25 one she told me to leave right after she finish didnt even send me to dry my nails till I ask where to go I think her name is Naomi.

They always get me right in when I call to make apt. Extremely clean, they have plexi glass around each pedicure chair. Tiff does great work!! Friendly.

This was my first (and last) time here. I cant speak to the nails portion, I got my eyebrows done (this was yesterday - 7 Apr 19). I initially thought the swelling was due to having my eyebrows waxed but when I got up this morning, I can see a scab forming. Never have I ever had this happen after getting my eyebrows waxed and it was just one eye not both. Let this serve as a warning if you choose to get your eyebrows waxed here.

Last 3 times I’ve gone they are only able to do very basic colors because when I asked for a design or embellishment they told me the technician who does that wasn’t there or they just can’t do it for one reason or another. It’s disappointing to spend money and leave feeling dissatisfied especially when I called ahead to see if they could accommodate my request...

They told me itd be a 20 minute wait, but it was actually 45 minutes. This was also the second time they tore off skin during an eyebrow wax. The shellac nails were ok, but they missed a spot of polish on my thumb nail. I wont return.

I followed her from the last salon she worked at . she recently took over this salon with her family, they really care about you personally & want to make sure you are happy with your service EVERYTIME. she can do just about anything you want from dip, shellac, regular polish. If you bring her a picture your nails will turn out BETTER than the picture! Additionally her pedicure menu is the best I have ever had she came up with all of the different options herself and she pays such close attention to details. This place has it all! ❤️💓

I came here because my nail salon was closed on Sunday. I came here because the reviews were okay. I my nails looked mismatched on the length and size also they were so thick and ruined my nails and nail bed. My pinky nail is ruined and tiny with a huge hang nail and is ingrown. In 20 years of getting my nails done off and on my nails have never been so damaged. I’ll never go back!! Save yourself the pain and go somewhere else.

Great salon owned by great people! I followed Lena when she moved from NB Nails to open this salon with her husband, because she is SO good at what she does. It really is an art to do it well every time, and Im pretty picky about mine. She always makes sure that Im happy! Highly recommend!!!

Love this place! Anytime I have gone and I have seen a couple different people, everyone does a great job and is very friendly. They even have a reward system that computerized rather than you having to bring a reward card for them to mark. Love the convenience of it.

I also work outside with my hands a lot, and I have NEVER had to go back in to fix a broken nail. They take care of me and they always do it right the first time! Do not go anywhere else!
