Great place to get a manicure. They didn’t use any ‘power tools’ and didn’t chop away at my cuticles. Even with getting a biweekly gel manicure, my nails are strong and healthy. I make the drive from Seguin to get my nails done here, worth it! The ladies working here are all lovely and the salon is clean and mellow.

I absolutely love everything about Frenchies in New Braunfels! I have so many nail salons to choose from in my area but I choose to drive 30 minutes to Frenchies because of how clean, friendly and accommodating they are. If they dont answer the phone they always send a text right away, which is great service. I love how Ashley at the front desk always helps me choose my polish colors and how nice she is. Hillary the manager is the sweetest and no matter what nail tech you get they do fabulous work. Yes, it is a bit more pricey than your average nail salon but have the peace of mind that Im getting clean, sanitized tools and service is worth so much more to me. Give them a try, you wont be disappointed!

Love this place! It is important to know before going in that this is a totally different type of nail salon! There are no acrylics, no dips, no drills, no chemical smells. The focus is on cleanliness and quality. (You also won’t see the pedicure chairs you’re used to but I promise you won’t miss them!) All products used are high-end salon quality and this is what makes the difference. It also costs a little more. (But your nails will also last longer - my CND gel usually last about 3 weeks.) The staff is friendly and professional. You’ll get a complimentary beverage of your choice and can take the files/buffers they use on you home because everything is single use. Even if you don’t make it your “go-to” nail place, you need to come treat yourself or bring a group of girlfriends and feel pampered at least once!

Love this place! Everyone is so friendly! I went in for a gel manicure on Saturday and received a tour of the facility, the offer of a complimentary drink, and a really great manicure. Pamela explained what she was doing every step of the way, asked my preferences, and I walked out with one of the best manicures Ive ever had!. I was so impressed by the level of attention the entire staff gives to making this the cleanest (healthiest) nail salon in town. I had such a great experience that I went back on Tuesday for a pedicure and received another hour of pampering in a super clean salon. I look forward to many more visits to Frenchies New Braunfels.

I was apprehensive at first because I have Juvenile Diabetes and needed a place that not only was clean but without jets. This is the place! Super clean, wonderful staff and very responsive business. They addressed my concerns and delivered the best service I’ve ever received at a nail salon. Their products are amazing! I have found my place!💕

I had the privilege of being one of Frenchies models during their training days. Even though they hadnt officially opened and were ironing out their processes, I still had a fantastic experience. I was greeted at the door and a concierge walked me through the entire store - even the sterilization room! I was impressed with all of the procedures to ensure a clean experience. My technician was very knowledgeable and explained every step of the manicure process, including why certain products were being applied to my nails. The gel polish used was a non-toxic polish that made me feel good about having it on my body. Even after doing some serious yard work, my nails still look great!

I was Just there today and had the best experience with Cheyenne. She is an amazing nail technician! Thank you Cheyenne for taking the time to give me beautiful toes and fingers. 🥰💅

I have found my new nails place! I am so happy to have found a clean, professional, and friendly place to relax and spend some me time! The folks at Frenchies go out of their way to ensure a clean, safe experience and the quality products speak for themselves. Had a lovely manicure and cant wait to go back in a couple days for my pedicure! Definitely a spa-like experience.

The staff was super friendly and took the time to explained what makes them different from other salons. It was really clean and they took their time and didn’t rush to get to the next person. I really like that it’s by appointment only! No sitting around waiting for my turn. In, out, and happy..

First time here yesterday and I was impressed. Loved walking in to such a clean environment and knowing that the instruments were actually being used on just me.The packages were opened up in front of me and they even give you some of the supplies because they only use them on one person! This was THE BEST experience Ive ever had at a nail salon, ever. Pamela was lovely. All the ladies made me feel welcome from start to finish. Oh, and the place is so clean you could eat off their floor. Definitely will be back!

So nice to have some support for going acrylic-free on my nails! I enjoyed my time with Pamela and learned a lot from her about how to get through the tough part of going without acrylics. She did a beautiful job on my hands and also gave me a luxurious pedicure. Its a bit of a drive for me, but I do plan to go back!

Clean! Clean! Clean! Did I mention this place was clean? Prior to my appointment, I was provided a tour of the nail salon and was very impressed with the cleaning/sanitation protocol. Their Facebook page details their process. I received a deluxe pedicure and it was very relaxing. The technician took her time and took a lot of pride in her work. I purchased a membership! I will definitely be back and have recommended this nail salon to my friends. If your are in need of some well-deserved pampering then definitely give Frenchie’s a try.

Went for the first time today. Had a pedicure and was very pleased. I live off 46, so passed by Frenchies many times before they opened. I looked them up and liked that they were very clean & hygienic. Super easy to book online. Their instruments are soaked to sterilize, then autoclaved, which is not required but provides a level of cleanliness. Foot bowls do not have jets, which are prime breeding grounds for bacteria. Nails files and cuticle sticks are single use only. Environment is very calm & soothing. Ruby really took her time with my pedicure & I appreciated not being rushed. They offer complimentary beverages which is a nice touch. I was not upsold on other services or products, which for me is VERY annoying at other nail salons. Ruby informed me at every step what products were being used but didnt push them on me. Overall, Im very picky about nail salons. Im so happy to have found Frenchies and Ill definitely be back. 5 stars!

Got my nails done on saturday and by sunday morning all the Polish is cracking.. The staff was nice but the quality was not worth the price at all not to mention NONE of my nails are the same length..
