Finally ventured in for a pedicure after many months. Was very pleased to see the safety measures implemented at Mystique - spacing, masks, plastic shields and chair cleaning. It was a wonderful afternoon of pampering! Thank you!

Great staff, great environment, clean and organized, and the weekend is always beautiful. I love this place!! I have had several different technicians, several different treatments (pedicure, manicure, schellac, dip...), and all have been wonderful! Once, the one time one of them chipped a few days later, they fixed it for free. Plus, they offer discounts on Monday-Wednesday!! 😍

My daughter and her friends wanted to get manicures. We walked in asking for 5 full sets! They were able to finish all of us within an hour and a half! Plenty of artists and chairs to accommodate! Beautiful nails and great conversation! Would recommend and will definitely return!

Andy did my pedicure and manicure. I got gel on my toes and the pink and white powder on my nails. He was meticulous and did an excellent job! My 10yo daughter had her toes and nails done by another person, Im sorry I didnt get their name, but they did excellent as well! Just from the reviews I knew exactly who Danny was and yes, he came around several times to make sure we were happy. I will definitely be a returning customer.

I was a bit worried based on some of the reviews but this aesthetics of this shoo is nice. Management was very welcoming. Pauline did an awesome job on my nails and my fingers didnt hurt after leaving. I am super picky with my nails and my regular nail tech located in another shop wasnt working. Which prompted me to come to Mystique. Pauline was attentive, fixed anything I was worried about. Took her time and did it right

Mystique is by far the best nail salon I have ever been to. My nails look awesome! Since I have been getting my nails done at Mystique, they are long and healthy. I no longer have to wear tips to make my nails longer; they are naturally longer. And, pedicures are a must. If you want a fabulous mani and pedi, Mystique is the place you need to go!Nina Smith

This is the 1st time I have given a 1 star review, but... yikes, I had a terrible experience. It may have just been my tech so I cant speak for everyone there. But, I just went in for a manicure. The lady cut so much skin off my fingers, she made me bleed and I have never had anyone clip off so much skin, ouch! She didnt speak to me or offer me a drink until she saw other people getting them. The Polish was so incredibly uneven and jacked up around a few of my nails, because she was face-timing someone while she was painting them. I should have spoke up for myself, but I just wanted to get out of there asap. Very dissatisfied and disappointed. :(

Very satisfied with the entire experience! The staff is very friendly and the establishment is very clean and sanitary. We will definitely be returning...thank you Lisa, Anthony, Tina and the young girl at the front desk...you all are awesome. This made my 91 year old moms very first pedicure a life changer 😁

Love this places, eyelashes are beautiful and look natural. Acrylic &Dip nails and pedis .. excellent!The margaritas are a plus!Took my Mom and they treated her so kindly. I was super impressed . Definitely recommend this place

I walked in and there was 1 other person in there....apparently someone that knew the apparent owners. I had THE WORST manicure and pedicure EVER and had to pay almost $100!!! They put some little bowl of lukewarm water to soak my fingernails...in my lap which promptly spilled all over me. No apology or towel, just refilled the bowl with more lukewarm water! No top coat, had to tell them to add a second coat! HORRIBLE Customer Service, dark (hiding something??) DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!

Where do I begin? First of all I am born and raised in New Braunfels and have been to a lot of nails salons here ! This nail shop is the worst in NB! The are unfriendly and my nails look terrible! Do not waste your money here ! Than you try to explain to them you know about nails and they should not look this way and they try to argue with you !!! Been getting my nails done for over 20 years and I know how they are supposed to look! And all I got was shellac and that was horrible! There attitude as well is unprofessional! Never again and I will let everyone know as well!!!!

Mystique nail is amazing. Lisa and Danny aleays take care of their clients. If you need a salon I strongly suggest Mystique.

Would NOT recommend. Poor quality and rushed service... Management had an unprofessional attitude when I went back to express my dissatisfaction — my polish started peeling off as soon as I stepped out the door which has never happened to me before. Will be taking my money elsewhere and will let others know not to come here!

New to this place. Not sure yet about how I feel. It was spur of the moment cause I couldnt make it to my fav place....believe it or not....which is Walmart! Im a regular so Walmart nail salon in NBTX always do me right!Mystique WAS able to get me taken care of right away as I was on a time crunch...thankful for that.Mystique has a child size pedi chair. I cant wait to take my granddaughter. Was looking for a place like that. Who knows, this might be my new goto place after a few visits. I do love my guy at walmart though. He already knows what I like and its always the same guy. He even knows my favorite color and everything. *(But i will save future comments for their separate review)*

It seemed as if I was a number they were pushing through.😔 My dipped nails were not fully covered. This was 3rd time there and it will be my last time.

Love this place. It’s the only place in New Braunfels that does my manis (dipping powder) and pedis (shellac).

I love it here. I recently moved into the area and I discovered this nail salon and I had an amazing experience. Lisa who is also the owner was my nail tech when I came in today she did amazing and had great customer service excellent conversation with her. I got my eyebrows waxed a mani pedi with polish all for just 58 orginally 69 but they have a special going on and I was very pleased with the work. I usually leave nail salons not 100 percent happy but this place and lisa i left 100 percent satisfied and happy. I found my go to place and plan on coming back monthly.

First and last visit here. The girl seemed nice. Got me a complimentary water. But once we started seemed rushed. Kept pushing for mani /pedi. Kept telling her just pedi. Then something idk flake of idk on big toenail, tried to tell her but all she did was paint another coat over it. So again pointed out problem & another girl used cuticle cutters to remove flake and polish. So another coat of polish.... well left the shop around 7:40pm it’s now 12:48am Still not dry!!!! So I am removing her horrible job and doing my thing! To think I paid for this. Not again here. I figured out why my nails never dried. The girl was in such a rush that she never washed off my toenails after the lotions and paraffin, so the oil kept the polish from setting properly. I mean if it’s too late to take a customer without rushing the whole thing then just say no.

I’ve been to a lot of nail salons in New Braunfels, and this location was the most unfriendly and unwelcoming place I’ve ever been too. I felt like I was bothering them to do their job. My toes are beautiful, but my feet are still super rough. Not happy with this place and will never be back.

Completely rude ‘’manager’ if you even call him that, sat in the front on his phone the entire time. I brought my sister in to get her nails done after reading on the webiste they have 20% off on Tuesday’s and Wednesday’s. I showed them the promotion before getting my nails done, and they told me they were not honoring that anymore. I said then it should not be on the website anymore. The manager popped off and was completely rude to me. I still sat down and got my nails done, by the owner. She was polite, but the other lady doing my sisters nails was very rude. Both of our sets of nails came out okay, but I will not be back due to the rude remarks.

Im very picky about my nails but Lisa does them perfect! They are friendly and funny.

Poor job by the technicians. Seems like no one at the salon knows how to properly trim & file nails, and treat cuticles. The polish work was crappy too. These people do the work for quantity not quality. I went there twice (thought Id give them a second chance) and both times bad experience. Id rather pay more but leave satisfied and happy than pay less and have to redo the pedi/mani myself. Never going there again and would discourage others.
