We arrived mid day on January 1st.. The shop had only 2 technicians working that holiday. We had 3 pedicures and 3 sets of nails to have painted. The ladies worked efficiently to get us all moving forward and completed in a fair amount of time. We were all pleased with the work and I do recommend this shop for great work.

Excellent customer service. Very nice staff. Perfect pedicure! The front desk girl was so accommodating. The nail tech took her time and made my pedicure look amazing! I will definitely be a returning customer for sure!

Pedicures turn out amazing. They are very thorough and do not just rush through them.Ive gone here for dip nails multiple times and they always turn out great. The nails are always smooth and even.Ive tried a ton of different places, but this one is definitely the best.

Service was great! I came here to get my birthday nails done. All the ladies know how important that is. I didnt have an appointment but I was seated relatively quickly even though they had a special event going on. I was very happy with the finished product and received many compliments. My tech was friendly and the conversation was great. I really enjoyed myself and will definitely be back.

Ive been to this salon 3 times and experienced the best service each time. The technicians are detailed-oriented and are willing to make adjustments with ease.For our pedicure services, we requested to have feet massages by hand instead of hot stones and they were more than willing to be accommodating. For my pedicure, I tried dip nails for the first time. The process is the same time-length as the gel nail process, but results in stronger, long-lasting beautiful nails at the same price! We cant stop staring at our nails!The space is clean, calming, and HUGE. Their relaxing open setting allows customers with their partners to comfortably sit next to them during their appointments.Love this place!

My new favorite place. I found this place from Google reviews and Im so happy I did. I had a 6pm appointment and did have a to wait a bit to get seen but after the results of my nails, I didnt mind at all. I can see why they get busy. Love the shape of my nails and how clean the gel manicure looks. Technician did such a great job.Thank you guys for taking me in and I will be back!!

AMAZING!!!!! I called this J Nails this morning to have my nails done for my wedding coming up this weekend. They booked me an appointment IMMEDIATELY.I told her I wanted glass nails with 3D flowers and showed her some pictures of some styles I liked. I was reassured that she could do even better! And SHE DID!!! It was more beautiful than I could ever have imagined! I dont usually write yelp reviews but the work was so beautiful, I couldnt not share with those who are looking for truly skilled and talented professionals. Ill just let the photos speak for themselves!!

I went here when I was on vacation with my boyfriend. I loved the decor and atmosphere of the salon. Very cute and modern.They gave me the best full set of nails I have ever had! They were perfect, perfect length, color and shape. They lasted forever for over a month, without any lifting or chips. The girls are very sweet and friendly. Would definitely come back when I visit New Braunfels again.

This is my favorite nail salon in New Braunfels! I started going here a few months ago and absolutely love it. The atmosphere is chic, clean, and relaxing. They ALWAYS leave my nails and toes perfect, and best of all - they take their time! Its truly a spa experience here.

This place is great - tons of chairs, nail selection, and all the tools they use on you come out of an individual sterilized pack. Technician did my nails today - and she did a wonderful superb job. Shes definitely one of the best out there - meticulous, took her time, it felt great, and looked beautiful after.

Walked in an hour before close last night because I needed a quick manicure. Not super welcoming but the lady who did my nails was fairly nice in making conversation. My nails looked ok when drying but today they look pretty bad. At least it was only $15 but I could’ve done them better myself.

Ok, I will never be returning here. I came in to have a pedicure done, and I opted for the hot stones so I could relax. The lady/man seemed extremely rushed while cleaning up my cuticles and trimming my nails and the water was also not very warm at all. During the entire session I was afraid I was going to be cut. Those thoughts then prompted me to ask if the items being used were sanitized, which I was quickly told yes, although I never saw the utensils pulled from a sanitized package. During the hot stone massage it again felt like he/she was in a hurry. There was no relaxing massage and my poor shin was taking the brunt of the stones. I had also decided to get my lip and eye brows waxed. That was another rush job, as the wax was too hot. Also, there was even wax dripped into my hair, which I was not told about. He/she told me to go sit at the fan area to dry my toenails, and I had to turn on the fans myself. While sitting there I picked away at the wax in my hair but when I tried pointing the wax out to him/her he/she could not find it in my hair. I cannot believe the horrible experience I just had.

They remember me by name and just cater to their customers. they did a fantastic job and I just love them.Other noteworthy things I forgot to mention in previous review- extremely clean. You wont find nail dust all over the place and they use liners for ther pedi basins.Their peeps give THE best massages! Most places do too hard and I end up with bruises... I swear, its so soothing that I almost fall asleep! Theyre fantastic!I would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone getting their nails done for the first time.

Most nail shops can be overwhelming and busy. Sometimes so busy that they are rushing to complete the service. This one is very intimate, quiet, and they always do a great job.

When I do get the time to come in I get the same thing I always get, basic pedicure and a gel manicure. I get different workers each time, but the results are all the same. I end up coming out with nails that are better then I imagine.

I should have read the reviews before coming here....not impressed ☹ The lady Tammy who did our nails was on her phone the whole time. Didnt converse with us at all, seemed like a rush job & our nails turned out ok, I could have done a better job at home & paid almost $40. Never coming back!

First let me start off by saying great customer service, but thats where it ends. I was charged $80 for a pedi and manicure. I would have achieved the same results at home doing it myself. Never again!

I chose J Nails because of its Google reviews - I was not disappointed! They have a great selection of Essie and OPI colors (and then some). They take their time with each client - and even include a neck/shoulder massage! The facilities were clean and up-to-date. The price for a mani/pedi was very reasonable. Overall, I was impressed and will definitely be back.

I just went in to get my eyebrows waxed. Idk why the person doing it was having such an awful day, but I wish he or she hadnt let it out on me. I also wish I was more assertive so I would have said something instead of just letting him or her roughly turn my face from side to side.Then when theyre done, instead of saying so out loud, this person just jabbed me in the shoulder with their finger. 🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️ So rude. I wont be going back.

Love this nails salon, they take time on customer. My husband and I came to Texas visiting my friend in New Braunfels and try this salon. All staffs are very friendly, I will definitely come back when I have a chance. Recommended!

The salon is super clean, hygienic, and has a really calming ambience. The staff are really friendly, always greet me with a smile, show me their new products, and do an EXCELLENT job!!! Even though they are a little more pricey, its def worth it for the service that they provide!

Terrible attitude from the lady doing my pedicure. I chose the basic pedi and she kept pushing me to get a more expensive one. She speeded through the pedi and left paint on the skin around my toes. Total waste of money!! The only reason I went there is because it’s close to my house, I guess I’m better of still going to Creekside!

I would give a zero, but there wasnt the option. Had nails done Friday by Victor. Sucked! He thinks hes amazing, not! I had to go have them redone. And he cut me with the drill. Got liquid all over my fingers and kept pulling my fingers into awkward positions that I couldnt relax. Never go there again.

I’ve come here many times but unfortunately won’t be back. Each time I am unhappy with the quality of the paint jobs (I just get simple mani/pedis). It’s messy, uneven, leftover on the skin, and the paint doesn’t even cover the entire nail. This has happened too many times for it to just be a fluke.

Very Poor job, more polish on my skin around the nail, it was a perfect U. I ask them to clean up the unnecessary polish, he told me it would come off when I wash. And he was right it came off in a day with the entire nail. Worst Shellac manicure, I have ever had! Lasted all of 24 Hours. Would not recommend.

Worst pedicure Ive ever had in NB.The hot stones were very cold.The first lady was hurting me so bad as she trimmed and cut my cuticle. I had to ask for a different staff member to assist. Asked if they did gel manicure before I walked in, which i was told they do. And was given cheap aryclic nail set with gel polish. Wasnt a loud to wash my hands, and never pushed backed my cuticles or put treatment on them. Set was very uneven, and not worth $45 bucks. Was sent out the door with polish all over my fingers front and back. Was a waste of money when I specfically asked for gel manicure set. She was just more worried about closing down then listening to the customers. Which I had 20 minutes even after i was SO CALLED DONE! Dont waste your time.****Update- my nails are breaking off hasnt even lasted a week. Thanks!**** :(

This place is okay. I went in to get acrylics put on and i wanted the powder polish they put on the tips. The guy kept insisting i used shellac nail polish even tho i told him a few times that i didnt want it. Finally he quit asking and started doing my nails, he didnt take much time to make sure all my nails were straight. Both pointer fingers were crooked. He didnt say one word the whole time i was there either. I asked the price since they have no prices on the wall and he said nothing. One good thing i can say is, my nail broke off about 4 days later and i went back to get it fixed and wasnt charged but other then that i wont be going back. I like signature nails over by Target, you get a complimentary drink and they do a great job!

I enjoy them and the job they do is great!

Also, prices are lower than most New Braunfels nail salons.

I get my nails done here about every 3 weeks. I had one bad shellac job and I called and they had me come right back in, and redid my whole nails for no charge. I even tried to tip again and they would not allow me to do so. Very friendly staff!
