My nails look like a 2yr old did them.. came in with my mom and best friend.I did tell yall when I was I there about my nail hanging out and the black all around my finger. And they where carved. But all she did was cut fight and made me bleed

I found my new favorite place! The salon is very nice and organized. Everyone is so professional and treated me so nice. I got me a dip manicure and I love it! Very nicely done by my tech and she was very attention to detail. Great quality job and excellent service. I love it here and cant wait to be back!

This is a beautiful salon here in New Braunfels, TX. I just happen to notice it while running errands. Upon arriving to my Moms house, I mentioned that I stumbled on a newer nail salon spa and within the hour Mom and I were there ready to be spoiled.Mary and Andy greeted my Mom and I with big smiles and an eagerness to please. And they did. Mom and I got pedicures and both services were wonderful. Ms. Mary worked on my tootsies while Mr. Andy worked on my Mom. Both did a great job.The Salon is nice and big. Very pretty and clean. Service was great and our pedis look great. We will definitely be back very soon.

Very unprofessional. The lady didnt listen to what I wanted done to my nails,she wouldnt even look at the picture that I was trying to show her. She said she knew what I wanted. Very rude. She did a terrible job. Also she wasnt listening to the customers that were coming in, she would tell them to leave if they didnt have an appointment not hearing that they said they had one. I had to tell her to listen. I wont ever be back again.

The Salon was very clean and very large. I was the only customer. Wearing a mask makes communicating hard.

I get to relax while she doing my nails and I get a good massage too. Very good results and I would be back again

I went in for pedicure priced at $40 and manicure with shellac at $30, a total of $70. I left a tip of $20 and somehow was overcharged $110 on my bank statement. I tried straightening it out with them, but the lady who is in charge doesn’t seem to understand and has a strong language barrier. I definitely won’t be going back!!

Stepped in for a Deluxe pedicure and basic manicure. The place is so clean! Very relaxing atmosphere, friendly place and tech made sure I left happy. Prices are reasonable too. I can’t say enough about this place.

I will never visit this Salon again. I went into today with my daughter and I requested a refill on my nails with acrylic with white and pink and instead, I got my nails filled in with white acrylic and then they put shellac over the acrylic. I didnt request this at all. My nails look absolutely horrible. My nails are yellow and look absolutely ridiculous. When I comforted the lady, and told her that I didnt want this, she kept repeating herself and saying shellac is good. We spent $145 today for 2 basic pedicures, a manicure and my ridiculous nails. I have never been so disappointed. I will never go back here again!

So I had got my nails done ( full set of acrylics) on Tuesday of jan the 28th for 28 dollars (20 percent off) and tipped 5 dollars which leads to 33 dollars total. Not even a WEEK later 3 nails are broken (without even hurting which means to me terrible quality of the glue). So I go in today 2/5/2020 to repair the 3 nails. There was a severe language barrier and they ended up doing a COMPLETE new set, which I did not want to begin with so as I notice shes doing that she tells me shell take 5 dollars off for me just coming in not even a week after getting a full set. so the service is done and its time to check out and she tells me the starting price is 35 dollars than she subtracts the 5 dollars which obviously leads her to 30 dollars than she does the 20% off and she gives me the total of 33 dollars ....and at this point I am just in shock to those obvious math skills and how my price is still crazy and more than I spent last week and thats WITH OUT A 4-6 dollar tip......so were arguing and at this point the lady is so convinced I owed that much so I just gave up and Im never going there again!!!!! my nails have ALWAYS lasted about 2-3 weeks I was just flabbergasted with this whole experience. I DO not recommend!!!!!!!!!!!!

First time at this spa to get a pedicure and manicure. It is very clean, and the staff is knowledgeable. The prices are reasonable too. The back massage chair made me doze off and I felt great afterwards. I recommend this spa.

It’s the only time I’ve been here, and my first opinion of the place was very clean and a beautiful salon. I was the only person in there at the time and some of the reviews looked a little disappointing, so I was scared to give it a try but since it was an emergency pedicure I needed I went for it anyway. The water was good, but the massage was mediocre. She really didn’t massage anywhere except by my toes, not even the heel of the foot and she really didn’t massage my calves even though I got a deluxe. The scrub she used in my legs didn’t smell very good and I know most places I go to for a deluxe pedicure, I get a lot more for the same price than what I got at this place for deluxe. All I got was the scrub and hot towel, and a 7 minute massage which was supposed to be longer. That’s it. I had initially told the lady I wanted my toes blue but she used orange, although I didn’t say anything because it was the other color I was considering so I figured I’d deal with it. At first glance, it seem like she did a pretty good job clipping the nails and getting them even, and getting rid of my ingrowns. But after only a week of having had then done, my ingrowns are back (which usually takes them about a month to come back after a pedicure if it’s done right) and worse than what they were, and my nails are breaking from being too long. Also when the lady finished, she had her boss come check on them to approve if they were good and they kept asking me if I was satisfied with the result which I thought was odd because most places don’t ask as much as they were. I also got my eyebrows waxed there, and that was a good job. All in all, the pedicure was very mediocre, not what was described, and not worth the price I paid. It ended up being a terrible job but the eyebrows were okay. I think it was okay to go to as a one time thing for an emergency pedicure, but I definitely will not make it a regular or be going back anytime soon.

Finally a nail salon that knows what they are doing! I moved here in a July and have been to 5 different nail salons around the SA area hoping to find a quality place with knowledgeable technicians. I was extremely happy with how clean the salon was, how nice and personable Mike was, and most importantly how nice my nails look. I will definitely be back. 😁

Andy and Mary are extremely professional. They’re attentive to the needs of the customer. I would highly recommend Tip and Toe.

The owners and employees are always very friendly and attentive to your comfort. The salon is large and spacious with wonderful massage chairs. Overall a very pleasant and relaxing experience.

Its clean and pretty inside. I tend to go in when it isnt busy. Not completely satisfied with this last visit. The woman would did my nails wasnt friendly and my polish has bumps in it. Usually a young gentleman does my nails and he is fantastic. Ill have to be sure to only go to him from now on.

Went to get a full set of acrylics with shellac, which was $50. Usually at other places they shape the nails with no additional charge. Here, there is a hidden fee for nail shaping. Your $50 manicure will turn into $55. I had exactly $55, $50 for the service and $5 for a tip. I called before to ask about pricing, so I knew I had enough. My nails look good, but the hidden charge turned me off of this business.

I would totally come again for a manicure but NEVER AGAIN for a pedicure! the lady didn’t even scrub my feet throughly! my feet are the same as i came in and i’m just discussed and they had to go in and redo it. then i came outside and saw my nail polish on my toes and it was so chunky and discussing. WOULD NO RECOMMEND AT ALL !

One of the cleanest shops around! I was getting a pedicure and my 2 year old daughter saw me getting one and wanted one too. They were so gentle with her.

It was a bit pricey. Nothing extra special about services or hospitality. Noticed a few defects and paint on skin afterwards. Could have gotten better service cheaper else where.

Came to this place to give it a try since it was closer than the other salons i requested a pedi and full set things were going well till we started getting towards the end of the services, the man did great however he forgot to do the deep cleaning of the sides and under my nail i kindly asked him if he could do that and he did . While i was getting my pedi the nail lady was already installing my nails i was rushed to the nail table and never put under the foot dryer :/ leaving my toes sticky and a waste of a pedicure since now i have to repaint them . While the lady was doing my nail i noticed both index finger nail tip to be noticeably crooked to the point my husband as well commented i asked the nail lady if she could remove them and just start over she insisted that she wasnt done so i waited .still they were crooked because nothing will change crooked nail but removing . So she filed and filed and still crooked so i requested again please remove and start over instead she filled the top of the nail down and put a new tip on top of the old tip . I again asked could she just remove the old tip and start new . And this point i was done with the whole situation and requested to leave the nail ladly roughly cut down the nails and forcibly put my nail in acetone stinging my nails as well as insulting me saying it my nails and that my nail is fat ive gotten my nails done for at least 15yr never never had an issue she then talked about me to the other lady angry and upset i left paying for my pedi only . Once arriving home i realized what a mess i was end my nails look like a train wreck and my toes looked like some one rain over them due to not being dried i called and mari said i could go back and get my money back . Once i went for my money thing changed mari suddenly didnt remember english neither did anyone they just insisted NO MONEY! WE DO NAILS OVER!! of course not i want nothing to do with this place nor will i give them a second chance so Im out my money and have to go else where to fix .

Makes you feel very uncomfortable when you are paying for a service.Never sticks to the price. Always overcharge. They charge what ever they want. I didn’t even get the 10%. I am a very quiet person and this really up set me.Don’t go there if you want to feel Mediocre.

He put 3 layers of glitter even though I didnt want it and he scraped and cut my nail off all the way to my skin and tried to put cotton balls on it cause it wouldnt stop BLEEDING and I said just stop and left

Although pedicure and nails together are quicker it’s kind of awkwArd to do it all at one time. separate feels more professionL I’d give people the choice but if they aren’t in a hurry I think to sit down for the nails and then a relaxing pedicure after is the best/ you guys are great thanks and I like the main office station in the middle also people don’t like to try new things maybe offer a free first time.. 10 or 15 min massage let people see how great it is like after a nail pedi they’d I’m sure come back for a hour one after they see what it’s lije or say keep goi g I’ll oay for longer but you sometimes got to try before you buy it’s a idea . Or offer for 15 dollars or more a 10 or 15 min massage while they get their nails done at the table gave someone come and do a neck massage while the nails are being do w it’s a good add on people would like after a hard day to the ne k area massage it’s a great idea 💐 happy Easter god bless you all your nails and pediatric are awesome !!

If I could give NO star.... I would! Im new to the area and thought Id give this place a try. Lets start by saying for a basic shellac mani pedi I paid 100.00 for a really horrible job. The man who was doing my hands was very rough and very rude. He was in a big rush. I told him to slow down and I told him I do not like the way I was being treated or the job he was doing. He started telling the other people there something in their language. And completely ignored me. Lesson learned. I will not be going back.

One week later my clear coats peeling. Its the most I have ever spent on a manicure not happy at all!

Do not EVER get your eyelashes done here! I paid $120 for my eyelashes and they came out stiff, clumped together, and looked terrible. They only lasted 5 days (told they would last 4 weeks) so I went back and they fixed them but still made me pay for the refill!! I now, 4 days into my second pair, am dealing with them coming off again and my real eyelashes are broken, short and really thin.

I asked for a full set the gentleman started a manicure on my nails.Proceeded not to ask how I wanted my nails shaped. Did what he wanted.I had 3 nails fall off in 2weeks and already needed a fill.Poor rude customer service .All my nails look different
