Very good car wash. Fair prices. Extremely clean. They provide towels for you to use on your interior. Only reason I cannot give it 5 stars is because the last place we had a membership to also provided a free floor mat washer as well as free air fresheners. So I got spoiled by that place.

I used to use them before they changed names. Does okay for the basic wash, but the tires/wheels/running boards are not cleaned. Last time I thought maybe something wasnt working correctly, but yesterday was the same. Ill find someone else next time.

Quick. Automatic. Easy, butbird-guana needs 2-3 times through with their automatic pelting; or a manual sponge off.

I have a membership I now use at other locations. This location is often closed during posted open hours. I’ve had black marks show up on my car after going through. It somehow messed up my license plate and bent it all up? I’ve had my car STOP in the middle of the car wash twice now (scary). The vacuums hardly ever work. Soap spots always left when I exit as if it’s not rinsing well. It just seems like this location has a lot of disorganization and technical issues. Luckily the other locations are great.

Decent car was thats been around for a while now, dont understand why they needed a grand opening for an establishment thats been there a while.

I had just bought my 2015 ram truck. I knew what marks and blemishes were already there because I looked this truck up and down before I bought it. I went to the watershed and after I had went through the wash and went to dry it I had marks that were in a sweeping motion all down the side of my new to me truck. I was so bummed. I tried to talk to the manager but he was too busy trying to get customers thru that it took him forever to come see me. When he did he basically told me he would look at the video and get back to me. Well he never got back to me. We had been bringing my wifes truck here for the longest time now we will be finding another place to give our monthly payment to.

A monthly pass made it fast and easy to prewash, wash, dry and vacuum. Worth it. 👍

Extremely dissatisfied with the service at the 35 business location in New Braunfels...I have seen and personally had too many horror stories including my own to mention in this comment space...HORRIBLE...protect your expensive vehicle investment by going somewhere else! (my opinion)

The wash and vacuums were great BUT dont waste your money. The only way out of their lot after using the vacuums is directly through the standing water that remains when the clean cars exit the carwash. Why drive your clean car through standing water and get it dirty??? Go elsewhere... the layout of the location is ridiculous.

Love the fact that they have the vacuum, rags, bug prep, and air available at no cost.

I would give 0 stars if that was an option for customer service. Mathew and Ever have no customer service skills, they sounded very arrogant on the phone. We tried the 3 month promotional grand opening special for both of our vehicles. The email we received says its month to month, no hassle, cancel anytime. We canceled on the 13th like the email instructed us to do. They still charged my card. The car wash is not worth the 60$ that was charged. When explained my complaints they both proceeded to say well if you didnt like the car wash service why would you keep coming back. To explain that we tried 4 times in june and 3 in july, we thought give the car wash some time to work the kinks out since they are brand new. Ive been told by Mathew they are unable to refund the money since i didnt cancel 7 days prior the 13th. Then Ever told me that if i had canceled a day before he would be able to refund the money. When online the return policy says its up to the manager discretion. I believe the reviews would be much better if the site and general manger was reminded what actual customer service is.

Great place to have your car or truck washed

This location in New Braunfels Texas was pretty good. Gets crowded early on the weekends. Fairly reasonable for the cost and you can also wipe down your car after its gone through the wash if it hasnt completely dried.

Everyone is friendly. Good vacuums and they also supply towels for free. Good music plays as you vacuum or wipe down your car.

Wow!!! I always come here have both vehicles I honestly have a wash tub pass that my dealership gave me but would rather come here. Today Matthew at the new I-35 location made it even better I locked my keys in the car when I was done. This car wash is so prepared they had a pop lock system and Matthew safely opened up my door. Thanks Matt oh and I love that they have praise and worship music too. God bless

Bought a subscription to the car wash two weeks ago, been by 6 times to wash my vehicle and the car wash has been closed during their posted business hours. Basically got scammed. Will be reporting the charge to my credit card company and canceling my subscription as soon as I can get ahold of a manager.

Excellent job cleaning my car, super friendly staff and the free vacuums are great!! I used this car wash when it was previously owned and was not impressed, glad I decided to give it another try!! Highly recommend this place.

Vacuum power was weak. The wash was ok, no pre-brushing like other places.

Went inside to view footage of my antenna being ripped off, the worker said it was due to my 2013 car being old. I left the conversation as that and informed to cancel my membership, which I was than charged for. No surprise there! When asked for a refund the site manager stated it was my fault for not cancelling online as he has great well trained staff that wouldnt make that mistake. Sad I had to give the review 1 star instead of 0.

They dont seem to maintain their car wash very well. Took my brand new truck through it and it scratched the new vinyl on the hood. Will never use this car wash again and will be contacting the BBB since they dont seem to respond to phone calls or reviews.

Did not clean my truck in the front well the 1st time. 2nd time, the GM almost ruined our wheels because he started the machine as the other employee ran out to remove our antenna. As this was happening, the GM told us to stop the truck and it caused the rollers to push up under our tire and wheel and jerked the truck forward into the rails.We will not be going back. We get better service and a completely clean vehicle at Big League.

Absolutely terrible car wash!!! Put a HUGE dent on the back of my BRAND NEW CAR!!! I have been trying to get ahold of these people but nobody answers the phone, and nobody calls back. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! Machines are very rough. Many people have had the same thing happen to their vehicles. This place needs to shut down, and stop damaging people’s vehicles!!! Especially if they won’t make it right.DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!

I have had the unlimited washes a month membership for just about a year now. I use it alot but today I canceled it mainly due to Covid-19 related financial issues.The car wash does relatively a good job washing the vehicles but it was disappointing that everytime I would go throughout the month atleast one brush wouldnt be operating properly.

I had been having problems with my membership online and when I called the other location - but once I spoke to Colton S. he took care of all of it for me. Very polite, helpful and professional- he saved me lots of time!

Worth paying a monthly fee to wash your car up to 2x daily and free vacuum....

Update: Ripped off my rear glass wiper on my brand new navigator. Made me sick over it! Also noticed scratches that were absolutely not there beforehand.Use the bug prep station if you want your front end clean.

Great place to get car wash and cheaper than most places

I joined during their opening and got the 2 month free promotion and was happy with the hours and thorough cleaning of my vehicle. Employees are friendly and I like the dashboard wipes I can get for free to do a quick wipe while my car tunnels through.Sadly this month will be my final.Hours have changed multiple times since and it just no longer coincides with my drive to and from work anymore from Seguin to NB. Also the wash is horrible now when my car runs through it, so many spots leftover. I have the highest package and the drop down formula in the beginning no longer pours for me even though its included in my package. I truly did enjoy it when it opened, not so much now. Im on the hunt for a new car wash.

A little expensive for the better washes, but they have a wash for all income levels. Their machine does a good job and the staff are very helpful and accommodating.

I really enjoyed the promotional $3 - $6 entry cost for 2 months of membership service in order to try out the service. The employees and helpers hiding you and giving you assistance where needed is AWESOME. My only concern is where the violent machinery comes in, that is in the car wash facility itself. It took off my standing antenna (original with car) plus a cover off over my back light where the license plate/back area is. And though I understand that a deep scrub wash might include more force from the machine, I have never received this type of force that caused damage to my vehicle. They have a sign on the entrance of the wash area that they are not responsible for mk.Other than these couple of things, I really am pleased with the wash/cleaning of the SUV.

MY FIANCE HAD USED THIS CARWASH SEVICE FOR SEVERAL MONTHS USUALLY ISSUES WITH ITEMS GETTING DAMAGED ON EVERY OTHER VEHICLE GOING THROUGH WASH IN AUGUST HE USED THE SERVICE AND HIS RACK WAS BROKE IN HALF BY THE MISGUIDED USE OF MACHINED BY INEXPERIENCED EMPLOYEES REACHED OUT TO MANAGEMENT TOOK 7 DAYS FOR RETURN CALL NO CALL UNTIL HE LEFT A MESSAGE WAS ADVISED BY MANAGEMENT AFTER CALL BACK THAT THEY WOULD REVIEW THE INCIDENT REPORT AND THAT IT WOULD BE UP TO DISTRICT MANAGER NO CALL FOR ANOTHER WEEK IT IS NOW 28TH OF AUGUST AND WAS INFORMED THAT THEY WERE NOT GOING TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT THE MAJOR DAMAGE DONE TO HIS TRUCK TO DO WHATEVER THEY DONT CARE .. SO HERE COMES THE LAWSUIT . DONT GO THERE IT WILL TEAR UP YOUR VEHICLE.

Good morning...We have been loyal customers of Papas Car Wash since it opened. The Doc and his team ran a great business. But ever since Watershed took over the business it has gone straight down hill. Few examples: I took my MB SUV in and the car wash tore off my rear windshield wiper. The attendant (young man W/ pony tail very courteous) came over took the report. He said since they just changed companies the new owners would be in contact with me. To date no one has called. Took my cars (I have 4) over to be washed. After first one went though it didnt even come clean...Ok, I was thinking it was a fluke. Took second car in and same thing. As I was having to re-clean my call by hand in vacuum stall the lady next to me was complianing that the car wash did not clean her car. She reminisced about how well the car wash had been run under the Docs ownership. She indicated she was not coming back. So I now asked the gentleman in the other vacuum stall. He indicated his displeasure in a most colorful manner and said he was no longer coming back. I asked a third person and they too voice displeasure of the exceeding poor job the car wash had done. Bottom-line to this people are going to vote with there dollars and head to the Wash Tub or the amazing Car Wash on Rt 306. Needless to say I took my last two cars to them and will not return to the new Watershed car wash. And OBTW my wiper is still broken on my MB SUV and its been crickets from the company. Id post the review as a ZERO but it will not allow me to. Were very sad because we loved Papas!

I love this place,, location is not that good but its affordable.

This is well worth getting a membership at the end of the wash theres uv light its real cool. you can wash your car and go vacume.they allso have a air machine so you can do detail cleaning in hard to reach spots like your ac vents,cup holder.the workers are very nice and if theres a problem will correct it.its in a safe location its new and I cant wait for the other location in town to open.it does close early its not 24 7 though

I was a member of Papas carwash and figured to try out Watershed. I have tried both locations on 46. Both dont do as good of a job cleaning my vehicle off like Papas carwash did. I still need to clean my vehicle as it misses so much of the front and rear of my vehicle. I am canceling all vehicle memberships there.

My husband took his car here and paid $44 for nothing more than a wash and a poor wipe down. They left bugs and other marks on the front of the car. When he went to complain the man he spoke to was rude. We won’t be coming back again.
