Have had nothing but the best car wash experience until recently. My work hours have changed so I find myself using the car wash after 5pm lately, employees seem to be focused on tasks not the customer, havent had anyone to do the little pre-wash, which makes a huge difference on my car. I wash my car at least twice a week sometimes more. I will continue to use them, hoping things get back to normal. Seems to be a lack of employees lately.

Can’t beat the monthly cost for what you get. Great wash, vacuum, clean towels, scented sprays, mat cleaners, and even air blowers to get those tough-to-clean spots.

The best car wash in New Braunfels period. The wash gets your car clean, and the free vacuums with purchase is amazing. Really affordable options too. The people are awesome especially my man rich. The nicest man ever!!

New carwash is open and provide fine services from the brushes to the vacuums. Unlimited washes on special for the first month of a month to month commitment. The wipedown cloths are great, too.

The wash itself wasnt anything special, long wait times and staff that seemed they were interested in when they could leave instead of helping customers. Im just going to stick with watershed for now on learned my lesson :(
