I have been a customer for a few years. I am normally pleased with the value and service. However today I was very upset because 3 vehicles who arrived after me, one of them arrived 9 minutes after me, moved forward to be serviced while I was still sitting in line. If I had just been able to stay in the line I was in it would have been faster for me but I was told to move over into another line. This has happened before. I was going to mention this to the cashier when I paid but didnt because it seemed she would have just blown it off and it would not have been heard past her ears. There needs to be a better system. In a business where it is first come, first served it should be just that.
They die a terrible job. Was there for wash and detail 5 hours and still had dirt front floor board and told them to lift back bench seats vacuum under BC had hay everywhere. Handfuls of hay still. Spots on dash still had coffee rung that they didnt wipe down. Windows, didnt even bother to roll down a little too clean too of glass. So much for a detail job. Will not be going back!
I pulled up behind a vehicle that was already in a stall. Then 2 vehicles pulled up behind me. A staff member came out and directed the 2 cars behind me to pull into the 2 empty stalls. THE 2 CARS BEHIND ME WERE HELPED BEFORE ME. I find that to be unprofessional and rude. I’ve worked in customer service for over 15 years, and I would never skip a person in line to help the person behind them. You lost a customer. Where is the common sense in doing this? How was that logical to have the cars behind me get service first. And not even come and talk to me? No thanks, have fun sucking at customer service.
Great response from management at Bus 35 Washtub in New Braunfels! Had a situation recently where I had misplaced an item left in the car during cleaning. When I contacted Joe, mgr on duty, he went right to work to investigate on his end. I then found the item a day later and called to apologize. Joe was very courteous and understanding - it could have easily gone a different direction. We will definitely continue to patronize this WashTub location. Hard working folks!
While the management / front staff was very friendly, and assured me that they would take care of everything... I paid over $200 for a detail, didnt pay much attention after just tipped the kid and drove off. When I got home noticed they missed a lot, including details the manager was quick to point out that they would clean. Took it back, they detailed it a second time. It still was a horable job!! No attention to detail, the kids here are only there for a paycheck they could care less if your car is clean there boss just wants them to be quick and get it good enough that hopefully the customer wont return. Such a waste of money! Never again! These photos are from after the over $200 detail!

Love going to this Wash Tub. The staff is friendly and helpful. They always do a great job in cleaning my vehicle.
Overall the cleaning and dressing was fine. The small issues Id point out would be the more even application of the tire dressing(splotchy, missing where the tire was on the pavement), the wipe down of the interior missed a few places, same with the door jams, and the wheels themselves still had brake dust in certain places. I realize that the place was pretty busy(7-8 cars in three lines when I arrived), but that little extra time it would have taken to make sure the truck was completely done would have made 5 stars. Just that little extra attention to detail. Overall, happy, though.
The Manager was pleasant and professional when I voiced my displeasure. Horrible wash job and when I requested that they properly wipe down the car I he still did a horrible job. Did not wipe down the inside and was unhappy when I asked the. To clean the rear window. Was there for over an hour because they were not moving the cars in accordance with how they were numbered. Extremely unhappy and disappointed. Truly a waste of my time and money.
Friendly, fast, professional. They could definitely focus on your interior more in the final step as they didnt wipe inside handles or top of console but still great overall. Also didnt dress my tires Id have asked if I wasnt in a hurry. Perhaps this standard can be stressed regardless how busy it is. I still think its a great place I go everytime Im in town
My first time at this wash tub. Theyre usually busy as the days start to warm up. Sometimes areas are missed wiping vacuum ming tire dressing but overall they did a good job considering my truck hadnt been washed in months. They did what I didnt want to do in half a day
Top notch customer service! I received a free membership when I purchased my new truck. I wasn’t sure if I was going to redeem the offer from the dealership (since I am a member at another car wash) but I’m glad that I did! Super friendly service from the beginning to the end. The wait wasn’t too bad. My truck was pretty clean too! I also liked all of the Covid precautions that the staff took. Thanks a lot y’all😎

Got the top package. The interior was barely touched. They used to do a good job here, but have gone down hill recently.
I was literally the only person here, they finished my truck in 8 minutes. They didn’t vacuum it or clean the inside at all, I paid for the most expensive wash which includes cleaning the inside. I had to go down the street to Zipps and do it myself, I will never be going back again. 35 bucks just donated to washtub.
Great wash, got the interior detail and it was spotless when i picked it up. Happened to run into Joe the manager and he took care of my truck. Great business!

Was very impressed. I would like to have seen a better vacuuming job in the back but I never asked them to redo. All and all very satisfied. My neighbor told me how nice the car looked when I pulled in the driveway.
Pricey and I feel some of the smaller detailing places pay more attention to detail, but overall my car came back better than I left it.
These folks do a fantastic job. Their yearly plan pays for itself if you get your car washed at least once a month. They arent cheap, but they do a thorough job.
Extremely disappointed! Stolen items and services weren’t completed!I came about 90 minutes before close and asked if they would be able to finish the service. They said they would. Car wasn’t finished until about 20 minutes after their close, and parts of the car weren’t cleaned or finished either. Which they acknowledged and blamed it on them running out of time. I noticed that my new aux cord was stolen, nowhere to be found. And since the office was closed when my car was done, I was unable to call and see if I could get my stolen cord back, or have a refund or a finished service for what I paid for.
Unsatisfied with order they finish vacuuming my car after 4 other cars were done before me. I was there before the other cars
Shout out to the team at The Wash Tub. As a small business owner, I know there are times where there are some slight oversights. I respect and appreciate a business much more when they acknowledge things and ask for the opportunity to make it right. Joe and Derrick did just that today and because of that, I’ll be going back when I need a good detail!Note: my Jeep was full of dirt from off roading and the team at Wash Tub did an excellent job at making it look and smell better than new! 🤩
Not worth the money I couldnt tell if they vacuumed or not, windows still dirty inside which I specifically asked to be cleaned. Ill keep doing it myself.
It seems they have better service when they are busy. I went the other day around 10:30 am and they were not busy. I waited for my car to be finished and for me to be called. While waiting I noticed people that came in after me were being called. After a while I looked out to see my car sitting outside with no one near it. I asked if it was ready, so the lady at the counter asked. It seems they forgot or did not hear or something. Any way I headed out to get to my next appointment. When I got in my car, it looked like they didn’t vacuum it. I told the guy with my keys that I was not happy with my car but had to go. So I left. Later in the day I called to express my dissatisfaction. I do want to say that they offered to redo my car when I go back tomorrow. So they have attempted to make it right. I appreciate that kind of customer service. I will give an update after I go back. I don’t go very often because they are usually busy but usually do a good job. That is why they get 4 stars. I can’t say they give 5 star service, but a solid 4 stars is what I believe they usually give for service and speed of service.

First time experience.. met a welcoming outdoor and indoor staff, competent, well trained and engaged staff at all positions, from start to finish. Boutique was splendid with well appointed displays, gifts and current seasonal apparel. Yes. I bought a great little ensemble.

I love shopping her. You are always going to find something new and if your in a pinch before a party grab a gift and they will gift wrap it for you and they even have stiff for thr kids
So I went to the wash tub today at New Braunfels and 35. I had the worst customer service experience. I asked a gentleman to finish my car like rims and tires and my back window and when I asked he replied and said “ nah not right now “. Very disrespectful and very unprofessional. His partner did amazing job though. Thank you to him again.

My car still looks great weeks after my visit. They did a great job.
Upon my arrival all of the employees were very attentive, they even opened my car door for me. They asked what services I wanted and completed them in a timely manner as well as doing a great job with both the inside and outside of my car. I have not seen my car that clean since the day I bought it. This is one of the best washtub locations I have been to and I will be telling my friends and family about it.
This was my second visit. I received a year membership with the purchase of my new car. The back window inside has not been cleaned either time I have brought my car in. And the inside of the doors aren’t wiped down very well. But it was a free membership. It was very busy today so I did expect the 45 minute wait which didn’t bother me since it was very busy. But what got my attention was two other customers ahead of me. One was a middle aged woman who literally walked around her vehicle and opened every door. Had the young man shake out her mats and wipe down many spots inside and out. As I could tell she was just being very very picky. But the young man helping her out was amazing! He didn’t miss a beat and kept a smile. The other was an older gentleman with a walker and a small fur baby with him. When his vehicle was ready I watch the attendant watch to be sure he got to his vehicle safely. He also opened the back door for the fur baby to get in. He even took the walker, folded it up and carefully placed into the trunk area. These two young men made me smile watching them. Great job and customer service to these two young men. ❤️

Very terrible services, I request a detailed services inside my vehicle, the charges was $140, what I got was regular car wash, vacuum, and armor all, the car was still dirty inside, Id claim and they answered bring it tomorrow, I did take it next morning, they call me car was ready, and was just vacuum and more armor all, charge $140 for that, is not acceptable, with all my respect this is my first and last time I use they services, and Im not recommending they services.
The car wash, as usual, was great. The salesman talked me into a “Ceramic” quick polish which would “Protect the finish for two months “ ...$25 because I’ve got a membership, which I’ve had since 2016...said it would take ten extra minutes. Okay.....I was watching my car being dried off, nothing more than the usual car wash and was told it was ready.....when I asked about the “Ceramic polish” the young man looked at the instructions and said, “Oh yeah, I’ll get somebody. “ He was very polite. The “Polisher” sprayed about every other foot, wiped my car with a cloth and said “Ready” he KNEW I was watching him, because I was standing right there! I asked him if he could possibly include the roof in the “Polish job” I drive a Mustang, it’s NOT difficult to reach... he sprayed the driver’s side and walked away....I would estimate roughly 1/3 of my car had the “Ceramic “ sprayed on it!! The windshield STILL had the white grease pen writing on it!I realize it’s chilly today...but my advice is get their EXCELLENT car wash...skip the “Ceramic”
The car came out looking like new...lots of dog hair Gone!!! Smelling great & looking great also from friendly employees!!!
The worst location ever! No sense of urgency. 12 minutes not a single car moved through the vacuum line. Cars stacked and employees everywhere. I asked no maintenance issues. Employees standing around drinking pop. Wont be back at this location.
Over all its a great place to get your vehicle washed and detailed. I bought a membership here for the year to make it more affordable per wash. It’s kinda pricey without the membership. Friendly staff and they do a good job. But you sometimes need to do a walk around your vehicle to make sure it’s all good.
They do a very nice job here. Better than the one closest to my home. Worth the extra few miles.
Updated review on one posted 2 weeks ago. Was not happy with car wash I received at location of FM 46. Was contacted by management and asked to bring my car back in to get washed again. I chose to visit location of I-35 location where Leo and his staff and crew took care of me. My car looked like I had just drove it out of the dealership. Every part of my vehicle was spotless and looked like it had just left the dealership showroom. Best car wash Ive ever had. Will bring my vehicle to this location from now on. Thanks for making it right.
The guys washing me truck were very fast and thorough. The truck was properly cleaned and was dried completely spot free. I would highly recommend the Wash Tub. They have over 25 convenient locations to serve you

Place is okay. Paid way more than I have ever. We had just arrived after a long car trip. So I took it to this place so they could wash the carpets and everything. My husband took it back the next day to have them rewash everything and the carpets. I think Ill just do it myself next time
Not a good we experience today manager broke my Atenna off my truck 😫 trying to take it off . Also the wash even though they paid for it was not very well didnt even get off all the bug guts on the windshield. They are replacing the Antenna but it was just a major inconvenience. They were nice but I may have to reconsider future business with them.
Ate lunch next door at the iron horse grill Walmart car was being washed. By the time I was done eating card was ready. Works for me!

Friendly people but I spent $220 for a ok car wash. I feel like for that price they should have done better. Plus my seats were soaking wet.
So unhappy with their service.Don’t believe they did anything to the inside other than half way vacuumed. Purchased the $35 package and it looks the same inside. Nothing is wiped down except the rear view mirror which is BLURRY!I need to go home and redo it. Such a waste of money and time.I called to speak to the manager and was told he was unable to take my phone call at this time.I don’t wish to invest any more time to this business as that doesn’t care.

Took 3 hours to detail my car
The kids were friendly but that is where it ends. Will not ever return. Had to essentially redo the inside because it was barely touched. Top it off the young lady at the register needs social and customer service skills. Rude and aloof. Please don’t waste your money there.

I have not been here in years because quality others offered was so much better. I decided to give them another chance and am so upset I did. They have absolutely no attention to detail! I got the super wash at $35 only to get back in my car and find my whole center console still full of dirt and grime that had not even been vacuumed or touched and I had large unwashed spots on my car. Will never go again!!!

Not very fast. I bought the annual package. Which includes unlimited free washes. I feel like if I don’t upgrade my wash when I come in they don’t do a very good job washing or vacuuming my car.
Went today to get my focus cleaned mainly for the interior. Since I’m a groomer I have accumulated a lot of dog hair in my car, plus daily use...lets just say hot mess of a car. Gordon I believe his name is, the detail manager did my car and he did an amazing job! He was also very polite and offered to help me put my mass amount of stuff back in my car lol. Highly recommend this location! And highly recommend Gordon!

The Wash Tub has expedient and thorough service. Plus a very comfortable waiting area with a WONDERFUL little gift shop inside! It offers a great alternative to hard seats and cluttered offices as well as a great way to fill the little time it takes for them to do such a great job!
Nothing was cleaned and the mats where barely vacuumed. I specifically asked that all the doors and areas would be cleaned and I was told they would be but not so. Guess I will have to clean it on my own in the future!

DISAPPOINTED! Ive taken my truck in several times, hoping that the last experience was a one-off, but once again, Im disappointed. I have to ask them to wipe out my center console EVERY SINGLE TIME. How is such a high-traffic area overlooked?I requested to have my black leather seats conditioned and they used the same sponge they use for armor all, so it left a white residue all over my seats.I do like the boutique.
Wash my truck here pretty often, and typically great service.... however I feel that if I have to grab some rags and continue cleaning my truck there is an issue. I am very picky on how my truck looks after a 40-50 dollar wash, especially when I find bugs, dirt, and smudges in various areas after they call me out for pick up. Again, typically great work, but I find myself using their stuff before I leave their lot to finish off the job. The ladies in the gift shop are great. I can tell after I grab their rags to wipe my truck off, that their supervisor gets on them to help me... and I appreciate that... probably just in too much of a hurry to care that much about one truck maybe. Overall great place, I’ll always be a customer.

Worst car wash experience of my entire life!!! Interior still had dirt, dog hair, and crumbs everywhere. Friendly staff, but do not give this place a penny.YOU WILL WASTE YOUR MONEY. Truck would be cleaner rolling the windows down on the highway. Very disappointed.Reading the reviews, I like how management only feels the need to respond to positive reviews. Really shows dedication to resolving the issues. Please dont waste your time or money here. Period.
Awful. Waited 35 minutes for them to complete a $35 Super Wash. Had the kid wipe down the front end after they ‘finished’ to clean off the road grime and some of the bugs. Floor mats are vacuumed but still dirty. All 4 wheels still have brake dust on them. Every body crease still has dirt in it. The windshield is smeared rather than clean. The tires have uneven, patchy tire dressing. The dash has dry and wet-looking spots from applying dressing. The doors have the same patchy, uneven dressing application. I paid them to wash my car; now I have to wash it again because they made a few clean spots and it looks worse. Google won’t let me upload photos so check my yelp review for proof of how awful this place is.
This place is terrible. For years we have had to put up with their slow service that still leaves the car dirty. I cant think of many times I have been here that they have actually done a good job. Unfortunately we never had another option because Clear Blue is even worse than Wash Tub! HOWEVER, there is a new wash in town that is AWESOME. GO TO PAPAS CAR WASH INSTEAD! They are over by the new HEB on 46 and well worth the drive even if you live on the east side of town. Their wash does a much better job, the people are nicer, and the attention to detail on the full service washes is unsurpassed. Not to mention even their full service wash is still done in about 15 minutes (instead of the 45 minute wait at Wash Tub). I am so excited to never have to go to Wash Tub again!
This location did an awesome job. This team did a better job on my basic membership wash than another location has on a full service! Everyone was extremely nice. It is worth it to drive into NB to get my car bathed!! Thanks !!
Guy walks up to ask me what type of service were doing today.Man, all I really need is the dog hair vacuumed off of the back seats. I guess all of your packages offer vacuuming?Yes.Ill take the managers special then.I pick up my car. Zero vacuums touched my seats. I dont know why I thought the McDonalds of car washes would offer a legitimate product.Almost $30 for a vacuum job that I didnt receive. My fault for being lazy.
If you need the dust knocked off your car you have found the right place. Should the workers have to ask you to look over your vehicle to see if its good or ok? If so, then they arent confident in the product they are selling! And 99 out of a hundred times they usually miss something. When you think they have finally met your expectations you drive off the sun shining at a different angle shows otherwise.

I use them all the time. They have a nice waiting area with coffee and a boutique shop. The quality of work is generally very good. Since this type of work is a cleaning service...it may vary depending on the employee doing the job. They have a large staff and can get VERY busy at times.Suggestion...be proactive...when you get your car, before leaving...look over it and point out any areas you believe need a little more work; they will be happy to touch-it-up to your specifications...so you are a satisfied customer.Overall, theyre service and quality is quite well...just be sure to inspect your vehicle before leaving...communication is a two way street...

BUYER BEWARE!! I’m so upset!! The instrument panel on my brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee was scratched today after having it serviced at this location! It was the first thing I saw when I got in to leave. I immediately notified them about it. The manager refused to admit that they did it. I guess customer isn’t always right, I know it wasn’t there when I got out at vacuum station. I was told that it was impossible that it happened there because of the training the attendants receive 🙄. Also was told that they are trained to not even wipe the instrument panel or screens. ??? Isn’t that part of cleaning a vehicle?? I felt helpless and mistreated!! I won’t be revisiting that location. Haven’t decided about others.
Good place to get your truck washed but kinda got to stay on top of the guys not to miss spots when they are doing the final wipe down
If there was a way I could give them zero stars I would the wash was absolutely terrible there was dirt still all over it. You would have a cleaner car just using the gas station wash. Definitely not worth 18 dollars!!! And when we called the young man who answered the phone did not seem to care at all either. This place is pathetic.
I went on a slow Saturday afternoon and there was limited people there but somehow the entire process took about an hour, there were a total of 4 people there at the time so it took much longer than perceived.
This place is awesome! The staff is extremely friendly, fast and efficient. I have never experienced anything bad here. As long as I live in New Braunfels, (and Im not going anywhere) Ill continue to go here for my weekly wash. Keep it up!
They have a new Manager, Ben is his name I believe. We have noticed the new change since he has taken over. Service has done a 180, its faster, cleaner, friendlier. Great move Washtub, you have kept our business.
Friendly people but a really bad interior clean. Inside of car is still really dirty and windows are very streaky. I have been to other washtubs and had great experiences. The cleaning staff at this one needs better training.
Its okay but expensive and not always that clean inside.
Took forever to even get through the line. I paid for the ultimate package and was very displeased. Smears all over the glass and didnt even clean my rims properly. One rim looked fantastic the others were half done.
