The young people who attend this car wash are very friendly and helpful, they keep the place clean, there are always towels within reach of customers, I have a plastic protector for the trunk of my SUV and they always do me the favor of washing it.

My husband has been here several times and really likes it, but I had to go thru twice to get the bugs off my windshield. The first time thru they didnt even brush my windshield, which I had confirmed came with the car wash I purchased, and the second time they only got the drivers side. The passenger side still has a lot of bug smears. I took a picture, but because of my tree its hard to see. If I went again I would just make sure they get both sides really well.

This is a great place for a car or truck wash.The system moves the vehicles through at a steady pace, and there is always a good supply of clean drying rags available.Each drying area has vacuum hoses on both sides, as well as airline hoses to blow out any excess moisture on the exterior. An added free bonus are the two floor mat washer/dryer machines available to customers.

So I had in mind to leave a review months ago, but I left it alone. But my friend went through there with her brand new car and they cracked the windshield. They agreed to pay for a brand new windshield but she had already had her insurance pay for it. She told them she did have a 100$ deductible. They told her they’d call her back about paying for that. It’s been four days. But that didn’t even happen to me. MY story is I came in that car wash with some old ketchup on the passenger side (don’t ask how the ketchup got on my car) but that’s literally the side they have a guy standing there with a brush. And he didn’t even try to get it off. I went through their drive through thing and it didn’t take any of it off. I get it that stuff was dried on there and the drive through stuff couldn’t get it off, but that guy with the brush is a whole human being. Clearly I’m coming to get my car cleaned. Clearly I don’t want the dried stuff on the side of my car on there. Anyways, this place AINT IT. Don’t waste your time. They do not care about you.

Got our car nice and clean but I believe the cheapest wash was $7.00 and the season washes that you can buy are VERY misleading given you arent paying for a Season.. But a month.. 🙄.. Nice place otherwise.

Priced accordingly for what you get. Love the fresh drying rags, strong vacuums and easy in/easy out. I drive across town, 14 miles, for their service. I see now, they are building a new location near Common Street and FM 337, MUCH closer to where I live. Cant wait!Update: New location on 337 is fantastic. A bit more convenient to where I live. Still enjoy the 306 location when on that side of town. Enjoyed Big League so much that I purchased a year subscription. With the option to cancel anytime, its a great offer I plan to enjoy. I am a member of this Car wash I went yesterday due to hard rain I only went to vacuum my car. I approached this young man named Carlos. Asked him if I had to go through car wash just to vacuum my car. And h e said not to worry since it was raining and I was limited on time(lunch hour). He was a very pleasant and helpful. Got the job done and left. Only to notice I was the only car there, he was totally busy doing his duties... alone. This guy stayed productive in the rain while others were no where in sight. He dwindling deserves recognition and a raise. Thank you Carlos.

This place was awesome. In San Marcos for the weekend and they got the car clean as a whistle to go home!! 10 out of 10 for sure.

Very well kept and clean. Multiple employees around assisting. I personally liked the vacuum attachment. I have yet to find a car wash with vacuums that fit in between the seats and this one did!

Love this place! So many amenities in the vacuum area - the towels & pressurized air pumps always leave me and my fiancee’s cars looking so good! The staff is super nice and helpful, do a great job washing and the subscription service is totally worth it. Only $20 a month and it pays for itself super quick if you often wash your car and care about it looking good for a long time. Thanks guys!!!!

For 7 bucks, your get a wash wax and dry. You also can use their FREE facilities to dry off your vehicle and vacuum the interior. Its a really good deal in my opinion. I use them exclusively for my truck.

Just all around awesome! The car looks great and they even have a cool machine to wash your floor mats. Wish I lived close by so I could go every day!

Every thing was perfect, but I dont like plastic roller brushes beating on my paint job .

I drive an oversized truck and my truck fits thru this car wash. The staff was great and helped to ensure my truck fit thru the wash. They were friendly, helpful and provided excellent customer service. I got their monthly membership even though I live about 30 mins away in another town. I highly recommend this car wash.

One of the best car washes in the area your monthly membership price is awesome get to wash your vehicle once a day here in this area with all the birds crapping on you youll hit your car wash at least twice a week stop

The employees are so helpful and friendly. My Suburban came out of the was looking clean and shinny. I liked my experience so much I got the monthly membership.

Although i still like the old fashion car wash I still go to big league from time to time because they offer things that the older wash yourself car wash doesnt like the air blower and the floor Matt washer . Its a great place to clean your car and you can get things clean that you cant normally get to. I wont stop going to the do it yourself washes because i believe in supporting our local businesses that have been around for decades but Ill also keep going to big league to get the cracks and Matts clean.

Came here with my boyfriend a few weeks ago just to check out the place. Its large and elaborate, but the wash was pretty short in comparison to other washes weve been to. It didnt completely clean off a portion of the entire front end of our vehicle, but it did clean about 98% of the vehicle in total, just a few bug splatters were left on the vehicle.The vaccuming station was large, vaccum suction was great, and the rag using station was a very nice touch. This sight even has a floor mat cleaning machine also! The workers were helpful at the entrance to explain how things work at this car wash, and the carwash itself was well-maintained. Would definitely come here again.

Been there 3 times never cleans the lower sides of my car. Was told they dont have brushes that go that low. Other car washes havent problem. I have a mid size SUV

Great deluxe car wash for $18. You get to wipe your own car down with supplied towels, vacuums are great, free mat cleaner,staff is friendly. Have considered the monthly program, but haven’t pull that trigger yet. My go to car wash.

They are able to get a large number of cars through very quickly. Love the self serve vacuum and air stations. They have free mat cleaner station as well. Jury is still out on potential long term issues of continuous car washes and the clear coat deterioration, but thats something you have to decide on your own.

I love this place, but I would give them 5 if there towels were more wet because they were super dry, it was harder for me to clean the interior. Or if they provided interior cleaning spray & window cleaner.

I wish I could give Big League Car Wash a higher rating but I unfortunately cannot based on how my front bumper comes out dirty every time I visit this car wash. The sides and the back are usually well cleaned, but neither the automated car wash or the staff who is supposed to scrub the front and back of every car did anything to wash away splattered bugs.During todays visit, I specifically asked a crew member if they had something for bugs. I was on the road quite a bit recently and grasshoper season left its mark on my front bumper. I was told that they always scrub the front and back of every car before it goes in, so it didnt matter which plan I picked. I picked the Triple Wash. By scrubbing, they meant passing a sponge lightly maybe once or twice on the front grill, and... its all done! Needless to say, it did nothing for my car. Ill have to scrub it myself at home. Maybe I should give myself a tip at the end, since I bet Ill do a better job anyway.Other than that, vaccums are quite nice and the facility is new and wont scratch your car. Will it wash your car though? Thats up for debate!

We were very disappointed in our car wash. We got the $15 Home Run cleaning. The truck had normal dirt and had been washed two weeks prior. After the first time through, my husband got out to look at the cleaning. It was not good. We used our guarantee for a second time pass. The young man at the start said, if it doesnt come off this time, its just not going to come off. After the 2nd time, this is the result.

They provide clothes to wipe down your car, mat cleaners,The people that work there are helpful.So far I have not yet had amy issues with them and their plans are reasonable. They did tell me before in signed up that if I wanted to change my membership that o need to do it before they charge me for next months membership. Easy peasy.Try it out for yourself. This place is awesome 👏, staff is super friendly! Love how they do a scrub down before entering the was and I love how my car comes out so clean, I will definitely return. I drive a muscle car and it looks darn good after getting washed here.

Great process to get in line for a wash! Very busy the day we were there but in and out in about 20 minutes total. That included the wssh and then the use of vacuums and dry cloths to dry everything off.

***UPDATE***My initial visit didnt leave me completely satisfied and after leaving my review the management team contacted me and offered to make it right. Based off this sort of customer service I give the place five stars. The quality of the equipment and the care that the management has is excellent. My only recommendation is that the on premises staff (particularly at the purchase booth, or the carwash entry) pay attention to vehicles that might need a little extra brushing, or spraying before entering the wash. Beyond that 👍🏼👍🏼. I will be a returning customer.Its a newer system so thats good. The vacuums worked well and I like the air hoses and towels that are provided. However, the exterior of my vehicle was not cleaned very well. The initial spraying and brush as I entered the wash did nothing to enhance the cleaning. They just push vehicles through as quickly as they can.

Excellent! Best carwash ever! Every time Im near New Braunfels I like to wash my truck here. For only $7 dollars you get regular carwash, free powerful vacuums, air compressor available for those small dust accumulator spots, microfiber cloths are available to use and return, and a mat washer. I really hope they open a location near San Antonio because I havent found a place like this one there.

Also, loved it that you drive out- right into the detailing area were vacuuming is easy and they provide towels to dry your car & detail areas that need just a bit more attention. They have a monthly pass- or you can pay for the great service of wax/polish etc & it is good for another time thru the wash within the month. Now my fav drive-thru car wash

Young boy didnt explain things very well handed me a clip board and said fill it out and give it to me when you come out. Just sloppy service. That only thing that was nice was the wash itself.

I saw this place for the first time and could not believe that new Braunfels had a car wash this sophisticated and clean. I went through and the people were incredibly helpful and I did not have to get out of my car and the prices were more than reasonable. I let all of my employees know and it turns out most of them already knew and loved the place. There are vacuums everywhere and they are free and I couldn’t believe the kind of wash I got. This place is five stars but six if I could.

Went by today around 2 pm; they were very busy so I had to wait in line over 20 minutes. Drying area was full & after waiting so long, I couldn’t wait so just went home. Got home to see that the car was not clean. The hood was streaked with dirt. Their system just can’t do a good job. Oh, & I had paid for the Home Run wash, $15. So, I can take it back & get a free wash (& wait in line another 20 minutes?), but who wants to be bothered with that?They won’t get my business again. The wash at HEB does just as well.

Very convenient on the go to keep your vehicle clean. This place is always on tip top shape when we visit. The staff are always on board to help when you drive up. I like how spacious it is when you vacuum and wipe down your vehicle. It takes about 2 mins to get threw the wash. Even if theres a line it goes by quickly. I also like how their opening another location. The theme is pretty cool all baseball related.

I need to own a membership here! Were moving here in late July. I was just in town for a few days but had to get the ol truck washed while I was there. Friendly folks and a good wash to top it off!

Great experience, I always come here and get my car washed the grand slam is cleans really thorough but you still have to dry it a bit afterwards. Free vacuuming and microfiber towels and air to use plus they have a mat cleaner for all carpet mats and weather tech style mats! (No molded or formed mats) I stay for awhile but no time limit so that is nice just take your time and detail! The staff is always friendly and they will sometimes come by and help dry off or help with anything you might need!

Changing my review to 5 starts simply based on that. - (since my original review had very little to do with the wash that was provided- I feel that will be consistent with the last visit.)Went once and won’t go back. The wash was subpar. The rear of the vehicle still had soap suds on it after I ran it through the wash. The vacuums dont work well. Save your money and go elsewhere.

I’m a wash tub guy but my wife suggested I try Big league and so I did. Great prices, Great wash, have Yukon suv, cleaned very well was impressed.Well I’ve Ben back 5 times because of the quick convenient in and out. Every time car cleaned well. This time I took my wife’s BMW. Paid for the top wash but when I got home found cat still had a dirt film on it. Didn’t happen the 1st 5 times this was the 6th. Found that unusual, but I still like the quick in and out wash just something wasn’t right today, like the cleaning soaps didn’t work today.

Will not return. Paid for the highest car wash grill still full of butterflys and guts still on truck. I asked if I could talk to someone and they sent me thru a second time. Still no better. Truck is still new and I want it to stay new. Should have done it myself like I ended up doing anyways.
