Horrible. Car Wash is a mess. Didnt even finish my 10 dollars deluxe car wash. And the change machine took my money. Will not return. Worst car wash in town! Hands down. Not worth the 1 star I have to press just to post this. So call the one star rating a negative 10 rating. Thanks!

I used to never have issues at this car wash but last couple of times I went the soap never came out and the spot free didnt seem to be spot free. Its hard when you only have a limited amount of money to wash the car then no soap comes out to clean it...on a positive note the property is well taken care of and always clean and the stalls are big but the wash system needs some attention ..

Nice and clean car wash. All the bays and vacuums worked. There is an option to pay by debit card which came in handy when I ran out of change. The machines take 1,5, and 10 dollar bills. There is a small vending station for armor- all and other car wipes.

Great to have a self service car wash. Clean, and no waiting.

I lost my 5 dollar bill at one of the machines and the owner wasnt hesitant at all to get me back my money and he definitely keeps up with the place.

They only do the outside and I can get that done two blocks away at HEB

This wash is great! Being able to use credit/debit is so helpful. Just make sure that you push the cancel button after you are done, or the timer will keep going!!!!!

Nice for a quick car wash. We came by today and the owner was there, he was so friendly and was giving free washes to all teachers for teacher appreciation week! Will use them again.

Enjoy washing my cars there. All good except sinks at vac stations Need to be repaired. I end up going to carwash on Old Hwy 81. Water and sink works great there.

Everything worked and nothing took my quarters. Something i did notice was nobody ended their car wash time with their debit cards. So i went through and hit the little green button at the bottom right of the card swiper.

On June 9, 2018 at approximately 6:50pm my wife and I were washing our car. While I was drying my car the manager came over and said I had to leave. He stated i should dry my car in the designated area so other people would not have to wait. At this time 3 wash bays were open and only 1 other customer washing car. I stated thats fine but no one is here right now waiting and i will be finish in 10min. He said leave now or Im calling the cops. And he did as the police officers arrived in less than 5 minutes. Immediately the New Braunfels police officer approached my wife and I with hands on gun and questioned us. He told us to leave. During this entire time there was a man drying his car next to us and nothing was ever said to him. Who ever this manager is really needs diversity training and need to learn how to work with customers.

Used this place a bunch in the past. Great facility but BEWARE if the night watchman (owner?) is there!! Guy is EXTREMELY aggressive about HOW and WHERE you wash your car. Looked like he may have been drunk and acted like he wanted to get physical. Not worth the trouble. UPDATE - Its been a year since my original post. Owner states he was out of town for a YEAR?! Must be nice!! Now 2 recent complaints about the manager being agressive towards customers. Notice a pattern?..the owner seems more interested in making excuses for the agressive manager than fixing the problem. I was the only one there the night the drunk manager hassled me. There are other washes in town that appreciate your business....go to em.
