Went today and paid $20 for the best carwash. It was a joke. After I went through, I was going to put the back windshield wiper on, and it was gone. I went into the office and told them it broke off. They said they would get a person to find it for me. After about 15 minutes, a guy came with my broken off wiper. I noticed while they were looking for the wiper that the part it attaches to on the SUV was cracked as well. I asked what they can do about it, and was told they have a disclaimer, about things breaking, but would give me a gift card for another carwash. NO THANKS!! I was also told that since their back scrubber broke my wiper, all future SUVs like mine will have that one scrubber turned off. That didnt help my situation! I asked for my $20 back, and was told sorry, and that he hoped my day got better! Do not go there, they dont care about customer service when THEY break wipers!

It did not do a good job washing.
