Went in for a fill in 3 days ago and had a nice young lady pick my color. Came in today to get two pinkys fixed because the nails completely fell off. Told me itd be a 20 minute wait, 1 1/2 hour later an older gentlemen did my two pinkys. Was in a rush, couldnt color match it, did not file it into the same shape as the others and told me itd be $20 to change the colors so the nails matched If he took it off. Im not a confrontational person so I just smiled and walked out. Im very disappointed in the service I received. I will now have to walk around with 2 different shades of gold until my next fill in. How embarrassing.

I come here often but they can be very rude… I waited over an hour for a single nail fix but when I’m getting my nails done they typically move on to about 5 other nail fixes while I sit and wait. Also I don’t see them sanitize a lot of the tools that they use on multiple people. Very understaffed. Also they need a receptionist to answer phones because they go off and do that while doing nails and get sidetracked. And lastly their dip colors are slim to none. Consists of some grays and beiges and a few hot pinks. Spend the extra 15 and go somewhere else. Peep the picture for a cute bandaid I found and some weird brown sauce.

Went to get my nails filled in at 7pm. They closed at 8. Had a Pinterest pic on an idea I wanted. Billy stayed til almost 9 and did them EXACTLY like the picture. Awesome place. Will be returning very soon with more ideas

While my pedicure was decent, my experience here was irritating and extremely disgusting. When we first walked in, we began looking at the colors - we were immediately shooed away from the area and told to look at the color samples on the ring - totally fine, but if you dont want people to touch the paints, either put them away or put up a sign saying to pick from the color sample rings. I noticed immediately that the samples looked extremely dirty, and that they werent organized in any recognizable way (there was a color changing section, which didnt indicate what the colors changed to?) - they also had numbers assigned to each color which didnt actually correspond to the paint colors, so the person who did my nails seemed to just pick the closest color from 3 she had picked up (which was fine). Again, my pedicure was fine, but, the entire time we were there, the ladies who did our pedicures did not change their gloves once - the lady who did my sisters feet stopped in the middle of scraping her feet and walked over to the nail colors, grater in hand, to pick up the color rings and hand them to the next customers. Again, she did not change her gloves before or after touching the color ring. It was also annoying that there was no way to tip after the card is run - you have to tell them beforehand how much you want to tip, or be prepared to tip in cash. And AGAIN they did not change their gloves before OR after handling my credit card. I will not be back.

I go here on the regular and it very rare that I leave satisfied. The only reason I continue to go is cause its convenient and I paint my own nails. I always know that Im going to have an early nail breakage. They are very heavy on pushing gel nails but its so not worth it. IF YOU LIKE LONG NAILS THEY WILL BREAK IF THEY DO THEM!

I had an appointment for 2:00. It is now 3:00 and I stillhave not been attended to. I am furious! I wasted an entire hour and all I kept getting were excuses. Don’t make appointments if you can’t keep them. Ugh!!!

Went in for full set and a manicure. Cut my nails to short and cut the tip of my fingers under my nail.refuse to give me a manicure have no clue why.I will never go back again.I drive about 46 minutes to get there for bad services. I will not recommend to anyone.

Overall was a good experience. I was forgotten about for about 45 minutes while other walk ins were taken ahead of me, but the pedicure was worth every minute of the wait. My manicurist was polite and quick, and did not continously try to make small talk when I just wanted to relax. I will be going back again.

My daughter made an appointment for a full set and a pedicure. 3 hours later she left there crying stating they messed up her toes and refused to fix it and her nails looked horrible. They also over charged her!!! The lady that saw her was very rude. We called and they told to be there when they opened the next day. She returned and she had to wait another 2 hours for a 10 minute repair. I will definitely tell everyone I know to never go there!

I was sat as soon as I walked in, my nail tech, Ben was fabulous. Very friendly, the establishment was clean and comfortable. I got a full set with coffin shape and they look amazing! Will definitely be going back!

My pedi was great, but the lady that did my manicure was very bad. She went through it quickly, didnt trim my cuticle, sorta sanded my nails but didnt even them out or even shape them. Not to mention the fact that the polish that was used (gellac?gel polish?) Was peeling off literally 2 days later and my nails are a wreck. I lost my length and several layers. Very upset about that experience.

It was the longest I ever waited to be served I signed in at 12:21 there was not water put in my bowl in till 1:15 I do. I will never go back there again.

I got a mani and a dip today. This was my first time for a dip so I was excited to see the end result. Unfortunately, my results were were lacking. I seriously wondered if it was my nail techs first day, my nails look that bad. She cut 5 of my fingers, my dip is lumpy and has bubbles, they are very thick, dip is all over my fingers and under my nails. She was in such a hurry to move on to the next person that she forgot about quality of work. I def will not be back to Gorgeous Nails.

I have been going here about 10 yrs off and on. Ive only had a few bad experiences. Otherwise this is my go to place for my nails. I have a few favorites. Ive seen a few workers that were great, move on to somewhere else. Im not a fan of the manager Billy. I do not let him touch my nails ever. He has done them 1 time and thats it. Some days its easier to get in and out. You just have to know when to go.

Took me 2 hours for a pedi and mani. The pedi looks amazing but the dip on my nails is messed up and looks horrible and doesnt match the color on my toes. Very disappointed

So just a few pros and cons to keep in mind when visiting this nail salon.Pros:*This nail salon tends to have some of the better prices in the New Albany, IN area.*They have a larger sized staff compared to other salons in the area.*They offer pedicure chairs for little ones for mommy/me or daddy/me spa days.*The staff are very quick at greeting you as you walk in and, as you leave*They offer more upto date trends for nail styles, and will try their best to match a design your looking for.Cons:*The nail salon could definitely do with more attention to cleaning. Some of the pedicure stations need tlc.*The wait time can be a bit long so if your in a hurry e.g. cant wait, lunch break etc. call ahead.*They have only one single drying station, dispite serving a larger than normal cliental, for the area, which can slow down the process.*They dont sell/ offer many aftercare products for extra maintenance etc. For first time patrons no after care instructions given.Overall its a decent salon, there are better options for higher prices, but the quality for the price matches at this salon seems to fit quite well, which is why I would be more than happy to go back in the future.

I go for pedicures with my friend. Paris is amazing, but most are not as thorough as her and rush to get through it... leaving you with a less than expected experience.

I’ve been going here for about a year now. They just keep getting more & more careless about my nails. It takes hours and ends up being an all day thing before you’re out of there even if you make an apt. They dont go by it so pointless to even make one. I will be finding a new salon for my next set.

The wait was really long but they were short handed today . my acrylics turned out really good and the prices are great!

Me and a friend of mine went at 7:20 is when we signed in to get a manicure and pedicure and no one still had been with us at 9:00pm at which point they were closing most horrible service or lack of service should I say. We wont be back and trust me when I say that!

My nails were so thin that after the acrylics were taken off they would chip and peel as they grew out, they also cut each one of my fingers with the drill bit. Will never go here again

I went their 2day, and waited more than a hour sitting in the last chair on the right side watch other customer getting service. I politely got up scratch my name off the list and walked out. I will not go back their again!!!!!!!

I went in here yesterday to get my nails done and i wanted cow print nails, i love cow print, and the tech blew me away with her skill. i have never been so pleased with how my nails turned out. i’ve always found things i didn’t like but this time they were perfect. i didn’t catch the techs name but she was great :)
