Love Pampered Nails! The atmosphere is so warm and inviting, which is something that other nail salons usually lack. Chris did my full set, and after showing him the vibe I was looking for, I told him to do whatever he saw fit. They are STUNNING! They have some of the most talented nail artists in the area, and their services are incredibly well-priced for the quality. Cannot recommend enough for manicures, acrylics, and nail art :)

I went to them because I was confident that they could draw palm trees. The tech that was doing my pedicure tried three times and couldn’t it right so I told them to just do flowers. The flowers were not good. When I got my nails done I ask the tech if they could do flowers and they put a small flower sticker on one finger. Then I had him to repolish my big toes. My toes look awful!!! They didn’t seem to care I walked out not satisfied and it looking awful. I definitely won’t be back.

My pedicure didn’t last as long as it normally does, although my nail technician may have only done 1 maybe 2 coats of polish? The interior space was was nice, and the pricing was reasonable.

This is the 3rd time I have left due to waiting for over 45 minutes with no one even checking on me and giving me any sort of timeline. The previous time I went, my feet soaked for almost an hour. I dried my own feet off and left. I used to love these guys and even recommended them to a friend but I just can’t give them any more chances. The obviously don’t value me as a customer or my time.

First time here yesterday not only was the nail tech rude, my nails were rushed and the man was rough ! So rough I ended up leaving without getting my nails painted! Just to come back a day later due to my nail breaking ! Not even 48 hours later! FIRST N LAST TIME FOR ME

I’m new to the New Albany area and Pampered Nails and Spa is the only salon I go to! They perform top quality work and give me exactly what I want every time. My acrylic nails look amazing and last without breaking in between fills. Love them!!

My daughter and I had our nails done here. I give mine an 8/10 just because the gel polish is a little wavy here and there, but my daughter for a full set and her nails are terrible other than the paint. She was cut with the cuticle cutters in 3 different places that bled and I had asked them to be very gentle with her delicate skin as well as her nails turn upward on a few. $45 for her nails and theyre unacceptable. I spent $120.00 plus the tip which was not as much because I feel they deserved no tip for what she went through and ended up with.

Ive been here 3 times now and this will be the last. My gel polish was peeling off not 20min after I left. Went back and they did fix it but now a day later they are chipping and a now a nail has completely broken off. For the $55 I spent I expect a lot more. Very disappointed considering how good the reviews are.

I set an appointment online for 6:15 and had to wait 20-30 minutes before i received service. The young man who did my nails was extremely unprofessional. He made no attempt to talk with me. He didnt shape my nails the way I requested, my nails are different lengths, and the dip doesnt cover the far sides of my nails. He would work on 1 or 2 nails then stop. He would then get up and walk away to do something unrelated to my services. He spoke with people coming in and out of the store more than the customer in front of him. I understand there are times when someone may need to stop and care for something else. I have no problem with interruptions however if you need to step away excuse yourself dont just get up and walk away. This was my first experience with this store. I was not impressed by anything about the services provided.

I asked for SNS dip nails and my technician did a horrible job!! She didnt get the shape right, and she made it worse trying to fix it. The nail that needed a tip broke again 3 days later and 7 days after my visit, I had MAJOR ridges and all my all is were lifting! is was also charged $10 more than I was quoted. I will NEVER use this shop again even if my normal shop is closed for vacation!

This has been my second experience at this salon. The first time I had wanted a full set along with a pedi. I waited over an hour in a chair before someone even started my pedi. I understand interruptions, but it seemed as if they cared about other customers than the people in front of them. As a total time wise I was there for almost 4 hours because of how unfocused both techs were. My second experience was almost the same exact experience. I went in for a fill in and the tech was more concerned with other customers. On top of everything the tech was VERY unprofessional and even rolled his eyes when I had asked to pay after being there for over 2 hours just for my fill in. The quality was exceptional and I was happy with how my nails turned out, however, the amount of how unprofessional they were upset me. I understand again things happen, but it is very expensive. The least thing you could do is have decent customer service. I will never return to this establishment ever again solely off of how rude they were getting with me.

I go to this place every two weeks and they are awesome. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I go to rich as my nail tech. He does such a good job.

Enjoyed being here and love my nails. This was my second time and they were really good.

I had a pedicure at this place and it was absolutely great. However, when I wanted a fill in on my acrylics, I had nails break as soon as I left the salon, two break within 3 days of getting my fill, and the gel polish I chose peeled off half of my nails and was extremely messy and lumpy on the rest. I will not be returning.

Called ahead and they advised a 15 min wait. We asked to put our name on the list and they said to just walk in. 3 minutes later when we arrived we sat up front for 10 minutes before being moved to non functioning pedicure chairs. We sat there without acknowledgement for another 40 minutes before leaving.

Brought my sister to this nail shop for her birthday. When the worker checked to see if my toes were dry, the worker messed up my paint job and failed to fix it. My sister was told hers nails were dry but by the time we made it to car both big toes polish was completely smudged. We were pressed for time so we chopped it up as a loss but Ill never go back. Not impressed

My nails turned out decent, but the tech didn’t do enough layers of dip to make them opaque so they’re totally see through on every nail. And when she used the sander/drill thing on my nails, she literally used it on the skin of my fingers and when I got to my car after I was finished my fingers were bleeding around my nails, and ever since they’ve been in pain when I submerge them in any kind of water because every finger has skin ripped off. I understand that they were ready to go home because I had one of the last appointments of the day but I was pretty disappointed in the quality considering I paid like $40.

While everyone was pretty nice I am not satisfied with my nails at all. They are very thin I feel like I got glue on nails instead of acrylics and the paint job is not the best at all! Maybe I just got two bad employees idk but I am so not happy for the amount I paid to receive what I received. The deluxe spa felt rushed there was no reason for it to be $45 dollars when the job was terrible. I am so mad I even walk into this place just typing this my nails feel like they might pop off! I will never recommend this place their prices are too high cause their quality sucks!
