Ive gone here 5 times now. They have tons of snacks, drinks, mimosas, right when you walk in. Which is awesome . but Im not too happy with my last visit. Got a manicure and pedicure. They charge a extra 15 for a gel pedicure (Im used to places charging an extra 10. But usually they tell you).. and for my manicure. I didnt get a massage or hot towel. And they charged an extra 10 for taking off my old nails. Mind you I only had half of them to take off(I did the rest myself). If I would have known that. I would have taken the rest off myself too. The gentleman explained the pricing to me in the end. Which I asked him about. He was nice. Ana serviced me. For my pedicure she was great! For my manicure. I didnt realize what all came with a manicure until I checked out (it was my first one I usuallyget a full set). I realized she didnt do everything. But she had the best customer service other than not doing everything I paid for. Not sure if Ill be back after this visit.

Friendly & fast service I had a gel manicure but after a few days my nails started peeling off. I was very disappointed with the quality.

Made a phone appointment, new client. My nails were awful, removed a set about a week ago. First off it’s a beautiful and comfortable salon, free snacks n drinks, and the front desk gentleman was super nice and helpful. I showed him a picture on my phone and Daniel the acrylic tech made it happen. He was meticulous and careful, not rough with buffing or shaping. He was great. I got short stiletto nails, and my my. My first time getting them and I’m so happy. The shape is perfect, so symmetrical. I picked black tip to nude ombré and he used 2 acrylic powders with a small amount of sparkle in them, and blended them so well. They have so many specialties, it’s hard to choose.Edit: almost 2 straight years of beautiful nails!Edit: post COVID many changes have been implemented, and they do an AMAZING job at keeping up with the demand. I’ve had to stop getting them done partially due to a glue sensitivity, hopefully with time things improve. 🖤 still one of the best in the valley.

I came in her the service super nice as were the people but after about two or three days my nails just began to peel off and they were gel. coming off in whole pieces nothing ive ever seen

Ive had some bad nail experiences this year so I almost gave up on nails. Until my coworker who always has the best nails gave me her secret! 1st of all YNOT is so beautiful on the inside almost like a spa not your average nail salon so much better! The owner goes around cleaning and inspecting her peoples work which I appreciate the pride in her business. I had my nails done by Thain she did such a great job. I have receieved many compliments so far. There are so many polish and design options to choose from. There are a few technicians who can do some really intricate designs.I will absolutely be back!!!

First time here and won’t be the last time. I definitely loved my nails and customer service was great. Hanah did an amazing job and I couldn’t be happier! I 100% recommend the place :)

First timer Got a full set that I wasn’t to pleased with the price of them. I usually get this set and I get charged no more than $50 well today I got charged $60, for me this is over priced for the set I got. $60 for this simple set !!! Oh and the glitter you see I didn’t tell her to add it she added it on her own .. I paid $110 for toes and full set. 😡

HANNAH is who you want to book with. I followed her from blossom nail spa and I would follow Hannah anywhere. She is fantastic. Long lasting, natural looking sets every time...just perfect. When I arrived for my first time here I was very impressed. I already knew my nails would be done PERFECT but this shop was just that also. Great customer service and very well maintained. I was very happy and impressed with my service here. After a misunderstanding the owner said my nails were on the house. My cousin recommended Hana and she did not disappoint me. Hana did an amazing job. Thank you Hana and Hop.

Second time here and had the worst experience and I had to travel from Sunnyvale. My acrylic are thick after telling her several times and my gel pedi like seen has gel outside of nail and she didn’t take the color that was on my nails before correctly! The red is still showing.. and I was overcharged. I asked for the $25 pedi not $35 and as for the acrylic $70! First time I came in I had gotten designs etc and only paid $50 ! Ridiculous. Very disappointed. Got pics to show

The best place around for a pedicure.

This place is by far the cleanest, most vibrant, gorgeous nail salon I have been to. Just the decor and ambience was inviting enough that I decided to do an impromptu pedicure. The beautiful white and bright yellow minimalist decor is tastefully done, and very chic...I asked about the cost, the pedicure starts at $25, goes up to $50 & $80. I asked for the basic ($25) as I only had a 40 minute window of time available. Nancy worked on my feet. She was very good, detailed and friendly. Love the color Its a Girl by OPI.The nail salon has a snack and drink bar, you serve yourself with any snack, drinks (wine, soda, water). It just feels like you have been pampered when you are done. I will definitely be back...Just remember to enter your phone number for the frequent shoppers reward, also do a YELP review for future discounts. I just did mine

Paul is the best artist. JOJO gives the best pedicure EVER!!! Been a customer for 14 years. TINA AND HA are the best owners EVER. They care and their place is FANCY and I mean FANCY. Best of all its IMMACULATE. Have to make appointments they are too busy for walkins but they do their best to seat you. Love love love this place!!!

Messed up my colleagues nail and pulled it out and still charged her and was very rude and dismissive about the whole issue dont go there horrible customer service.

Wasn’t really happy with the manicure pedicure. Very clean they just really didn’t take the time to take the skin off your nails and left them uneven, I could have done my own nails. Never coming back again

They do not try up sale you on gel or dip powder which is refreshing every one knows how that can be aggravating !! They are clean and take their time to give you the best nail treatments ... y not nails has a friendly staff ... offers snacks and drinks... also a plus they give you a hand lotion as a thank you gift !!

Beautiful spa/nail salon excellent customer service

I thought it was a great environment and I didnt mind paying more. However one day after my visit my gel polish started to peel. Also, Jo Jo who did my pedicure cut down the side on my nails and now I can barely walk. I wont return. Worst nail experience of my life. Im so upset and in pain everytime I walk.

Beautiful place did wonderfulJob on my pedicure. my second time here but if you want add one they will not accomdate you. Even though it was late evening no one else waiting they could not do a massage . Downfall no covid restrictions no 6ft social distance or barrier between each spa chair

This is the first i go that charges to remove the previous gel on my nails. The shop is very clean and well kept but the service i received was not okay. My manicurist Jojo seemed to get upset because i asked for short nails and filed my nails rough huffing and puffing. I am paying so i dont the attitude for what i select AND they falsely advertise cash paying discount. Wont be going back to this place. The greeting man at the counter is the best part of this shop.

Always loved going here, the ladies are very nice & friendly. However, my nails always chip very easily from the cheap gel. If you want nails that are going to last I do not recommend going here. Ive had two nails with gel completely come off after 1 week of getting them done.

I looked up dash nails because a friend recommended so i could get my nails done for homecoming ! but after reading the reviews & seeing how some of the owners respond to their customers, i’m not going. it’s just petty & rude. i didn’t have to stop by to believe some of these reviews about owners being rude, i can see it on my phone !! unprofessional in my opinion. i don’t think they should speak to customers how they do. to be honest it’s more professional to just leave their reviews alone. this place should just shut down. there’s more negative reviews than good ones

I had a pedicure done this passed Thursday 12/31/15. They were extremely busy and I expected that, thats why I arrived a half hour early. I was excited given the fact that this salon has great reviews and I was recommended by someone.Unfortunately I was extremely disappointed by the time I left. The lady not only rushed and cut me, but my toes now hurt and my polish already is chipping. That wasnt the worst part! After the lady finished painting my nails she started taking my arm to get off the chair and telling me to go pay. Which I found Extremely Rude! I couldnt even sit in the chair to wait while my toes dried for a bit.I had never been to a salon where the person doing my nails or toes literally was kicking me out and was telling someone else to sit down even before I got off my seat.And yes the chandelier is nice like everyone talks about but their customer service skills are horrible which makes the chandelier and place ugly.I would not recommend this salon to any of my friends.

Kate is the best and does great nail work she creates her own from a picture .... and Lisa does detail pedicures I recommend them but over all everyone is professional and will do there best to keep you coming back as I have been coming here for over 4 years

This is my daughters favorite nail salon so we scheduled pedicure appointments (a week or so) in advance but they seated and started hers first while I sat by the doors waiting to be seated even after I stressed that we wanted to start together the lady mumbled something and basically brushed me off and did not care.

Best mail salon so far! Is now know as YNot Nails. It is beautiful and great staff! Highly recommended!

The man, I want to say his name was Tony did my nails. He is an awesome artist with the nail art but my nails lifted, which is weird because my nails never lift.

I was a regular here for a good bit but today theyve messed up big time and lost a regular. I went in for a pedicure and picked the cheapest one, $25, and was fine until the polish. The woman did gel on my toes without asking me, and did not inform me that it is an extra FIFTEEN dollars. I also got a polish change, and could not find the color I wanted in gel so i went with regular polish for this which was a huge mistake, as the woman left it lumpy, told me to leave when it was still wet and did not seal the polish correctly which made it smudge and left dark spots all over my nails. When I went to pay, I was informed of the extra charges and told the man up front I was not told this originally, and told him about all the issues with my polish change. He didnt care and told me to pay full price even though I didnt know what I was paying for in the first place. Going back tomorrow and getting a refund :)

I called to schedule an appointment, they said, no appointment is needed, just come back tomorrow we close at 9. I come all the way from Sunnyvale and they denied me service because they are too busy, tell me to come back tomorrow! They wew rude and disrespectful! I used to come here with my daughters and my mom! We are never coming back here again. I will take my business somewhere else! They lost 6 clients, just like that!

Ive gone here twice, the first time I got a fill, I had called and got the prices, my nails are short, so my fill was pretty easy and quick, I was charged $40.00, I was told it would be around $30.00...the second time I was there I got a full set, short and nothing fancy at all.... they charged me $50.00 and made all these ecxcuses as to why it was so expensive...worth it, their service sucks and they are not friendly at all, always rushedI will never return, they are a beautiful salon but charge what ever prices they choose, definitely not a place I will recommend to my friends.

I always come here and my nails usually come out great. But this time I went in and the gel started cracking a couple hours later and were chipping by the next day. I just went in to have them fixed but instead of taking off the cracked gel they just painted over it. Now they are cracking again a couple hours later. Very upset.

I was asked to select a color and take my seat, then one after the other, 4 ladies came in and were accommodated immediately. When I asked why I was left out, they said they forgot about me because they were busy! It was not even 2 minutes when the lady next to me came in and was accommodated!

I just got regular powder nails and they charged me 50. I got my eyebrowz waxed and they charged me 15 wich in every other place charge 8 . i was so dissapointed because Also my eyebrows were uneven as well as my nails. I pay to get done things correctly ! yes the owner is nice and friendly but service and prices suck.

This place charges way too much and the owner replies reviews with lies to try to prove their point of view. @owner, when someone gives you a bad review, replying with them angrily does not make you look honest!
