These folks are so friendly an they work hard for there pay.

Im so excited they are back open! Since they last closed I have been to several other nail salons, none can compare to the detail and quality of this one. New Albany is lucky to have this little gem back up and running.

The best pedicures I have ever had in my life! I love coming here with my daughter! They make her feel welcome and pamper her and let her act goofy and they welcome us like family! Love these people!!! I always look forward to my next visit!

The owners are so nice! I love the woman who always does my feet! She’s amazing and takes her time! She doesn’t rush and always cuts extra if I ask and never complains. They both are very good! I also like that they are detailed!

After reading the reviews, I decided to leave one myself . Super nice people that deserve more credit for their work ! The woman did an amazing job on my pedicure . Not to mention she took her time and did way more than most places do. Did I mention it was only 25$!! I have paid almost 50 for a spa pedicure at other places that don’t even come close to the pedicure I received at neon nails ! Manicure also turned out great !! They will always be my go to place !!

I’m not the type to normally leave reviews, but I was really pleased with this place. It’s easy to miss from the street but I was happy I decided to give it a shot! The two things that usually really get to me about nail salons are rudeness/arrogance from the staff, and rushing through just to get to the next person or get done. Both of the workers (although I neglected to get their names) were VERY friendly, and worked promptly, but patiently and diligently. I was also really pleased with their display of unique designs they offered. I definitely recommend them!

It said that the gel fill ins was 16 dollars. So I went with my mother. And in the end the total was 60 dollars. I did give gems on two fingers but it still wouldn’t be 60. He was nice it’s just the price wasn’t right

Scariest fill I ever had. He had the machine on full tilt and almost went through my nail. He didn’t remove my nail polish with nail polish remover but with the dremel tool. He then put acrylic over spots that still had nail polish on them. He filed my nails into very angular strange shape. There’s no recovering this. I’ll have to pay for a removal and new set. The woman was so nice and sweet to my daughter I couldn’t say anything but after living with these nails for a week I had to put it on here. I’m surprised this place is even open.

Very clean, extremely nice. They really go the extra mile with the pedicures. Its been a long time since a salon has taken the time to reallt give a foot and leg massage. Plus my feet look better then ever. I will be back.

Wow, best pedi I have ever got! I got the basic for $25 and she spent about 45min on my toes. She was precise and took her time. Would highly recommend, Ill be back, and will bring my friends! Thank you neon nails!!

Went back for the first time in 6 years and their quality and prices are still some of the best in town. Super friendly people and Im so pleased with my nails.

I was here for a total of 2 hours for a simple set put on and nail polish. The guy was really rough on my hands, especially around spots that were visibly tender, and cut into my pinky causing me to bleed. Two different matte top coats were used, so there was a noticable difference in color, and a ton of dust settled into the polish as it was drying, so it had to be removed and redone. I think he must have been irritated at that point, because he hurt my hands even worse as he was taking the polish off. I went back under the dryer and waited quite some time, then reached in my purse for my card.. and it all smudged. My only guess is that because he was in such a rush to repaint them, he didnt allow any time in between for the coats to dry, causing the bottom layers to still be sticky. At that point a woman takes care of me and repaints them. She was very kind and gentle, finally getting my nails to look how they should be. I left with a ton of nail bits stuck underneath though, which I tried to remind them to get, but I think everyone just wanted to be done at that point. I will not be returning again and will not recommend this location to any of my friends.

This place is the worst. I went In for a gel mani...He so aggressively clipped my cuticles that they were bleeding and wouldn’t stop. Then, when painting my nails he was very messy and painted past the edge of my nail onto my fingers. He did not go back and clean it up so now the polish is starting to peel away from around my skin. It hasn’t even been a week and already my nails look horrible.

Wonderful experience! The staff went out of their way to help me with my wheel chair. Very friendly and my nails look great.

My 6 year old cousin couldve done better than this the guy working in here should be fired he sucks at his job didnt finish my pedicure literally got up in the middle of it to go do someone elses nails my nails looked awful, i asked someone to fix them and they didnt. i will never come here again :)

WORST NAIL EXPERIENCE EVER. The man that works there is so careless my nails are uneven and crooked. I paid $35 to make my nails look worse than they did when i came in.

I have been going here for years for a mani pedi and always appreciate the time they take on my pedicure. I’ve gone in with painful ingrown toenails multiple times and they are very gentle and so kind. I am very grateful. My polish always looks great. I’ve read the other reviews and I wonder if there is some communication breakdown because I’ve had good experiences with both the man and woman. My only thought is that I typically go through the week when they are not so busy. I did go once on a Saturday when it was super crowded and they were not as fast getting me out and changed their techniques on mani slightly to get me out quicker. Everything still looked great. They have examples of nail shapes so they can do it however you prefer, but I’d say it’s important to communicate clearly. I always have them get my credit card out for me if I’m in a hurry and worried about leaving with polish that’s not 100% dry. I generally feel like they offer me more value than I pay for each time.

My gel nails didnt even last 3 days. There was only 1 single nail tech and he rushed throught my manicure and burned me twice on the UV light because the base/top coat got on my skin. This place is the cheapest but is it worth it, no. They do not do dip nails either..

I went to Neon Nails on State Street in New Albany Indiana and was saddened by the service that was provided to me. I only needed a toe polish change and didn’t think that there would be any problem in doing it. The problem arose when I informed the technician that I wanted the French tip to be as thick as the one that he took off. He told me that it was thick multiple times when I said that I wanted a little bit thicker because I knew that he would need to take some off with the brush. I explained that with the other place they usually put on a certain amount of the tip and slowly work their way down until it’s to my liking and felt that that’s what we should do in this situation. He told me that maybe I should go back to where I usually go instead. I continued to be polite and attempted to ignore his comment. He stopped working on my nails and complained about how he’s not going to go through that as if my toenail was a foot long and it would take a lot of work. As I left he sarcastically apologized a couple times as I softly said “it’s fine”. I have never had someone recommend that I leave their facility and treat me as rudely as I was treated there.

My nails look decent but I’ve literally had a root canal that hurt less than that. Two of my nails are bleeding and I was still charged full price.

The people were super nice but the stations were not clean and my shellac was applied so thin and streaky - didnt look horrible in the store but so obvious out in the sun. And it started chipping on multiple nails before even a week had past. And the parking lot was an absolute zoo.
