I have been a client of Bei Capelli for 15 years and I can honestly say I have never had a bad cut or color. I exclusively see Shannon but often see the interaction and work the other stylists create while Im there and WOW!! Such talent!Probably one of the main reasons why I go there is because the stylists are honest! There are occasionally times that I will come in with an unrealistic expectation of what I would like my hair to do. But they are honest if they feel my hair would not be able to achieve that look, and they give me options of looks we could go for. And for that I respect and trust them.

Had a great experience. Sidney cut my hair and did a great job. I was pretty nervous because I was making a pretty significant cut but she did wonderful. The salon is clean and everyone is masked. Has a nice and welcoming environment. Feel priced for the quality and attention i recieved. I will be coming back.

Sydney has always done a great job on my hair. She listens and gives me exactly what I’m looking for. She has an eye for color and did highlights that look amazing. Sydney also does my daughter’s hair, which is super curly. She is great with wiggly 3 yr olds and very patient.

I have went to multiple stylist at this Salon and they have all been great. I had an appointment on a Saturday and apparently my stylist had moved to a new salon. I missed this message and showed up for my appointment at BC.The ladies at the salon told me they were grabbing my stylist and let me wait for nearly 30mins for my stylist that apparently did not work there anymore.

I got a trim and layers and it is very uneven. i hate my hair so thanks a lot

I went to Whitney B today and I’m inlove. I had a horrible experience before my hair was orange gold looking. I waiting 6 years to color my hair and it was horrible so i was so scared to try again. Amy does an amazing job on my pompadour fade. I am extremely picky about my hair and used to go to a barber, but she does a way better job.

The best salon, if you enjoy your stylist (you will!) you can request them at the front if youd like. Mine personally is amazing at what she does, I have seen lots of people come in and out and have smiles on their faces through the entire experience. As of for products, they have sponsorships that are actually reliable, that they use only if they want to. Also, they do not over price or under price. They have a policy in their head that calculates the perfect price for your treatment. Its different with the hairstylist, but at the same time there is no permanent price tag on certain hair treatments. Lastly, its not just hair. Bei Capelli has services such as waxing, makeup, and of course...hair! Also, at this certain one, there is a nail salon right next to it. This shows that if you are having a special occasion and need a do up, this little area will be your saving grace. Overall, Bei Capelli is one of the best hairstyliing and trimming places around and I would totally recommend it to anyone, boys or girls.

Carina Tellez has been doing my hair for several years. She is extremely knowledgeable and has a great, warm personality. I love relaxing in her chair and knowing I am going to look like a million bucks when I leave. Sometimes I need a traditional style, and she does a fantastic job, but where Carina really shines for me is the fashion colors. No one keeps up with the trends like she does, and she makes the colors look brighter and last longer, always for the most reasonable prices around! Cut, color, style, you name it, she does it.

Whitney is an artist. My hair was a wreck when I first came in before this past Thanksgiving. She made it beautiful. My second visit was just as good. I have finally found a great salon. Also, it is a very friendly and relaxing place which is important to me.

I walked in as a new customer to see about making an appointment. 3 stylsits turned and made eye contact. They all 3 turned back to what they were doing and didnt acknowledge me at all. No one said a word and it was an awkard 3 minutes so I turned around and walked out. I feel like if youre going to be in the customer service industry then you should have a little bit of knowledge in how to do so. A simple hi, we will be with you in a moment or hey, can I help you goes a long way. I was blown away by how rude these stylists were.

I have been going to Bei Capelli for about a little over a year and I always leave very pleased with the results. The staff is wonderful! My most recent experience, however, was over-the-top. I was truly amazed with the amount of care and concern they had for me and my hair. I came in to get my hair lightened as it was already pretty damaged, so lightening it more obviously only damaged it further. However, I was offered many samples and tips to take care of my hair as well as offered weekly conditioning treatments to help improve the condition of my hair. I was completely blown away by how beautiful my color turned out as well as how helpful everyone was and I was clearly shown their concern for the satisfaction of their clients. I have never had such an amazing experience at any other salon as it is clearly not just about the money for them, but also keeping a satisfied and loyal client.

Groupon discount.I have only been here once, and it was on a Groupon... Sometimes I wonder if that gives stylists room to slack on their work.I asked for a trim, full color dye, and eyebrows waxed.When I walked out, I noticed that she didnt trim most of my hair since I could still see plenty of split ends. The color I has chosen was a dark auburn brown, but appeared black after it dried. My hair was left feeling dry, and extremely over-processed. This could have been done by the selection of their products, and not the stylist. I wont blame her for that.When I sat in the car and looked at my eyebrows, they had clearly been neglected. She didnt pull the excess hair that wasnt waxed, and it looked terrible! I, of course, cleaned them up when I got home and they were fine.Overall I wasnt pleased, and I have no reason to go back again.

Bri Capello is the only place I go to get my hair done or to get my eye brows waxed! So relaxing and a great environment! Carina has been my stylist for about 3 years now! She does an amazing job and is never afraid to go shorter on My hair if it is needed! She is an amazing stylist and Bei Capelli is the place to go if you want to feel pampered!

I stopped into the salon as a walkin, and left feeling like a million bucks! Heyley is the stylest who cut my hair and I can honesty say in 40 yrs this is by far the best haircut I have ever received. My long hair now has style and is so easy to manage. It had never held a curl until now. Bye bye ponytail and messy buns! I will definitely be back!

I asked for about an inch off my length and layering to be put in, my stylist, Tyler, did put in layers... Or should I say layer and he managed to cut off about 4 off of my length. He did not show me the back of my hair before I left so I left none the wiser. The next day I had my wedding hair trial, I hadnt styled my hair from the cut to the trial so little did I know what had happened. My hair stylist then had to cut another 4 off my poor hair to try to salvage it. He had cut it uneven, chunks were missing from sections, it was just awful. I have been growing my hair out for 8 years and get a regular trim, but because of this butcher job, I am not not able to have my hair styled the way I wanted for my wedding in 3 weeks. The salon manager did not act like they were really that interested in making up for this stylists lack of care. I was refunded but that doesnt make up for me losing over 8 of hair right before my wedding. The manager did not even ask for a picture or ask if there was anything else they could do for me. Their lack of care for what has happened to me is unprofessional and uncaring. My 4 year old nephew could have done better with his eyes closed. It took 8 years to get to this length, It took him an hour and a half to destroy it. I would avoid this salon at all costs. They dont care about their customers and they dont care that this stylist couldnt do a basic hair cut on me. After I posted a review on their facebook page, the stylist claimed I was a liar and that he didnt do that to my hair.
