Amazing property managers! I lived in the government place building in williamsport for a little over a year and they were amazing the entire time I lived there. If I ever had a question or concern, I could easily contact Selina or Dana via email and they would answer within minutes! If I ever had a maintenance issue, they were available 24/7 and were always willing to help! I once had an issue with my plumbing, and the maintenance man was willing to drive from lock haven, which was 45 minutes away to fix the issue at 11 o clock at night! When I had to abruptly break my lease due to my husband being stationed in North Carolina, they were very understanding and flexible in giving me time to leave. They also established a payment plan with low monthly payments which allowed me to pay off the rest of the rent that was due for the year. When I was unable to make payments due to my lack of employment following the move, they were understanding and gave me time! Overall, a wonderful experience! They were very patient, understanding, and compassionate to my situation. Definitely recommend their apartments to anyone who is looking! Thank you again to Selina and Dana for being amazing landlords and overall good people!

Paid $750/month for a one bedroom apartment that was literally falling apart before we got there. They wanted to charge us $1000 to clean the place before we moved in, when it turns out that they mandate that occupants clean the entire place when they move out. On top of that they had zero sympathy or rent forgiveness for those effected by the COVID-19 pandemic. The staff are good people and they have a lot of properties to chose from but Id look else where first.

Just spent the last year leasing from, Realtylease Properties. I have to say, they have made my experience wonderful. The cleanliness of the entire property made me very confident and comfortable any time I had guest over. Also, the communication from their entire team is outstanding. Any time I had a question it was answered within one business day. I wish they had properties in my new city!

Excellent service from these people! For two years they have been completely compliant with any issues that arose. The units I have lived in were the most comfortable/affordable housing options I found in the city of Lock Haven.

Out of the 6 apartments I have lived in, this was hands down the best renting experience I have had so far. Awesome apartment kept in excellent shape. Had no problems. The owners are extremely attentive and a pleasure to rent from. Wish all rental experiences could be this good.

We will miss renting from Realtylease Properties for sure! Very helpful and friendly staff from the office personnel to the maintenance guys. If we werent interested in buying our own home we wouldve stayed with them indefinitely. The only trouble we had with our apartment was this past winter when we experienced sub zero temps for weeks there was an issue with frozen pipes in our building. Within 45 minutes from the time we placed the call there was a group of guys there working to resolve the issue and our water supply was completely restored within an hour. We were very impressed!

The nicest people we met while looking at apartments. They had so many different properties with so much to offer. I would recommend them to anybody looking for a cozy place to live in Lock Haven.

The absolute worst experience I have ever had while renting an apartment. I will never rent from Reality Lease again and advise all others to look else where before resorting to Reality Lease for living spaces. They could not keep track of the payments of my rent; my refrigerator broke and I lost over $150 worth of food easily. I was never reimbursed for the food, nor was I given a new refrigerator for 5 days after notifying them of the it being broken. During move out, I purchased brand new blinds for the only 2 windows that my apartment had, and was deducted money from my security deposit return due to them being dusty. I was also deducted money for the refrigerator not being clean enough, when it was brand new. The overall apartment was not meant to be lived in and should have never been advertised for rent. I had clothes, a couch, and mattress that had to be thrown away because the were permanently covered in a musty basement smell.

Very good people to rent from. When I have a problem I call and they send someone right away. Never any troubles.

Pipe broke over winter break, they said they fixed it and cleaned up. Returned to a mess and no one will return phone call.

Live there right now. They said they turned on the heater but my place is still cold.
